4/11/2024 @ 4:30pmI went to see if they had the clearance item that I had found while I was at another location. Before going to register I asked the manager that was stocking on the floor she said yes. As I was checking out the cashier was rude, I showed her the items were a clearance itemShe rolled her eyes and told me they don't go off the website. I asked her then what's the point of the website and I just asked the manager. I sure wouldn't of taken these items if they weren't. The cashier shouted to the manager that they were showing as clearance without looking up or coming to the register the manager shouted back, WE DON'T HONOR ANYTHING FROM THE SITE EITHER PAY WHAT'S SHOWN OR GTFO. I left

Short older lady with curly hair extremely rude talking disrespectful in front of customers I don’t recommend this place I’ve even heard the main manager of the store talk to her employees and cuss at them like they were children.

I was there around 8:30 am 8/172023. A man walked in while I was there and he told the clerk he was going to grab something to eat because he had not eaten in days. She 1st told him to leave his backpack at the counter & he said he was going to grab something to eat. She told him no & to leave. (He had some money on him not a lot) so she assumed he was going to steal food. So I went outside & asked him what he wanted. And he said anything he didn’t care. So when I went back inside Marquita the employee told me she would not ring me up if I bought him food. I said why it’s my money. And her statement was I was putting her in danger. Tell me how buying food for a man who left the store was outside not causing a scene putting her in danger. I told her she needs to have compassion for people & she said then take him to McDonald’s and buy him food. What the hell? She was so damn Rude & I go there a lot to this Family Dollar. She didn’t have the right to not sell me other items because I didn’t do anything wrong or cause her any trouble.

Horrible store Junkie. the lady at the cashier act like can't talk can't say hello. Horrible horrible. Not even putting forth any effort. I was in there a little after 6 PM today's Sunday.6/18 The junkiness of the store reflects the people who work there.

👋HELLO👋!!!😲Not to be much of a "wiseguy" here, but one would think that a multi-billion dollar company, that pretty much corners the market in it's area of technologies, such as Google, would account for the open for business hours when one is asked to write a review for this particular app...??? I just happened to be dropping a friend in that area for his work, and my morning coffee came late today... their parking area seemed tidy and this particular location LOOKED VERY SECURE, with a steel reinforced gating pulled tight and locked with thick chain, but other than that...Sorry Family Dollar, but have to keep things level with 3☆'s, and a Google Maps.. scratch of the head🙄🏳...Have a great day! ...and BeWell!😎

They're really friendly here, it's really clean. The stock is usually pretty decent and if there's something empty there's usually someone on their way with the Box to restock it they stay busy but they take care of the place and they're nice they remember you

Not a bad little store. It's like a miniature K-Mart. The couple of times I have been here, it always seems understaffed. I say that because some, not all, of the isles are real messy. They do have great prices and a wide assortment of goods for sale.

I went to get dog food, Kibbles and Bits minis only 4lb bag. my pitbull hair is coming out this summer. I think she can't eat bone treats. She itches herself. 🤔

Just like any other store, its quiet and has a lot of options when buying products. Just have to be cautious when leaving the store or entering due to some of the homeless people in the area. Some are a little aggressive when asking for help.

Attitude is everything. Closing shift clerk tonight became extremely irritated and rude because of a problem with their technology not correctly reading GPay. It's not the customers fault that you're Tech is faulty or on the fritz. Patience is a refreshing quality, in this experience, extremely lacking.

Wish I can give this place a ZERO starThe cashier here was really rude and very impersonal. I was waiting in line and she let TWO people cut in line and assisted them while I was waiting to be next in line. I don't come here very often but now I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Anyone reading this. AVOID this place. Unles you prefer rude service.

No customer service, store was a dissaster, I asked where something was and nither employee had a clue and didnt bother looking, or helping me look, so I just kept searching until I found what I was seeking. Pretty sure theres other family dollars or dollar stores not far from here that youd be much happier with

If you go in to purchase something check the price what's on the Shelf is higher at the register they're ripping people offI've already made a phone call to weights and measures.

I really like the Family Dollar because I am retired and when your on a budget you have to save the best you can and Family Dollar helps by not over charging like most other store's.
