You all have gone and done it I make a lot of posts on Yelp reviews about the workers on the Thomas stores but yesterday I witnessed the wear and tear that had taken hold of one of your employees and it started when I witnessed a lady harass your mid shift cashier and he continues to exude this grace, poise and dignity that it makes you wonder will he just walk out the door and not come back and here is to hoping that the Dollar Tree does not allow that to happen. I used to consider Blanca the vein of the front end because although she was young she too carried herself beyond the scope of most Dollar Tree Employees but right now Alicia the store manager has a team in place that seems to have so much respect for this cashier that I believe over time and direction and maybe some classes on leadership building could go far. Elizabeth, Caroline, Nick the stock team and others have brought so much value to this store its one of the ones to pay attention to because I have and will continue to do so

This is the biggest Dollar Tree I ever saw loaded with stuff. The checkout line was pretty long kind of like being on the freeway at 6 old clock, but it went real fast. I didn't lie got to go back.

I arrived early on Sunday to grab snacks for my kids for the weekend. And as I was waiting in line for a extended time.( Not to mention I had a disabled child and her younger sibling in tow.) As I'm waiting patiently I was distracted by watching my kids. Mind you the cashier hasn't addressed the line of 2. Finally it's my turn. As I approach I'm notified that it was cash only. I requested that they make a generalized announcement. That's all. Cashier stated it just happened which leads to Lisa and a customer all repeating over and over again it just happened.Being bullied by 3 grown people and 2 of them are employees???? Is this the code of conduct accepted? Why are you antagonizing customers? I switch cashiers and Lisa who claimed was the manager continues her verbal aggression in front of my kids even after I told her I didn't want to fight. When I did address her only because I felt forced because my kids were watching. She ignores me and starts greeting the customer she isn't helping. Good Morning! How are you? While laughing like a lunatic. Then she asks me a question and desired a answer. I sat there and contained myself like a adult and responded appropriately and then left. It's tremendously disturbing we had to witness such a deplorable display coming from one of your managers. My children behave better than that. And a lot of things are not personal by the way. I don't think I did anything to deserve what occurred. Me requesting communication shouldn't lead to a group harassment session at a place I'm spending money. Lisa if you're reading this I hope you feel better about whatever you were going through that day but it is not okay to gang up on customers with other customers because you guys can't handle productive criticism.

I love how much this store has updated in the last year! it went from barely anything stocked on the shelves to finding a bunch of cool new items for an amazing price even at the $1.25 mark. This location specially is my go to store not only because it’s clean but because the staff are friendly. Employees like Daniel who took the time to ask if I was finding what I needed okay pridefully care for the store. Always keeping it well stocked, neat, and comfortable for customers. Will always be a customer here. :)

This dollar tree has just recently upgraded to a dollar tree plus and it has so much variety. It was really organized and fully stocked with everything I needed. I have been going to a few for specific items and this one had them. I was surprised at the extra items and purchased 4 of the larger bins. The shirts are a great price and seem to be going quick. I would definitely recommend stopping by.

This store is always out of....everything! Sucks! There are always long lines which sucks too. I'm giving them 3 stars because the employees here are super great, always nice and work their rearends off.

Lots of parking, clean shopping center associates very courteous and knowledgeable. Lots of product also lots of unpacked boxes in aisle that need to be stocked on the shelves. still very manageable though. Everything I've purchased at this location food, non products etc. Has been above a garage. Managers Estrella and Lisa both are professional and truly are there because they both know how to interact with the public and take great pride of making sure your shopping experience is a good one. It truly reflects because the over quality of the store! 👍👌😊

Please train one of your cashiers, Lilian, an older Hispanic lady to serve customers without prejudice.This cashier didn’t want to serve a mom and daughter who look different from her. As a Dollar Tree that serves a community of people of color of all races, this is the last store to experience microaggressions where we bring our dollars to.The other other employee was great and served us with the respect we deserve as customers.

Evidently customer service is lost in this place. The machine froze amidst ringing up and the poor lady in front of me was being forced to move to the back of the line after others. When we told the guy (Hispanic man with tattoos on his neck) that wasn’t cool, he kept arguing with me. We both walked out Separately and took our business elsewhere

It’s Dollar Tree. What’s to say? Most locations are surprisingly well organized. Large selection of items for 1.25. All the items are 1.25 actually. No complaints.

For a dollar store, the selection of items is good and it is fairly organized. The staff was friendly at checkout and I was surprised that I found everything I was looking for pretty quickly and easily. Huge wall of cleaning supplies keeps me well-stocked for cheap. Love it!

This store is trash. There are homeless people all out infront asking for money everytime I come here. The whole store is disgusting and all around unclean. This red headed guy with a beard, mustache and glasses was rude as hell. Had no name tag and refused to give me his name. Never coming back here again! Makes all dollar trees look ghetto and horrible!

Fast service. Well stocked. I found a lot of new items today. They have new cute succulent wall vases here now. I'm not sure if they had the aromatherapy candles before but I spotted them today and was surprised at how good they actually smell.

Shelves and floor were littered with junk. They sit in their little office, most don't lift a finger to tidy up and have some pride. UPDATE 11/2022 - Not much has changed. I never see the same employee more than once, turnover rate must be 150% per month. Plus the price on everything went úp to $1.25.

Just visited this location and was completely dissatisfied with my visit. The aisles were a mess, and they do not have their merchandise stocked properly. Upon checking out, I walked up to a register with their light on and no one in line. The cashier Ana was out from behind her register so I asked if she was open. She ignored me, then when I asked get a second time, she snapped at me loudly saying she was BUSY and to go to the next register. She was absolutely rude! Will definitely not visit this location again, that's for sure .

This store is nasty! I've been here three times. Every time it is just as destroyed and ugly as before. I'd love to know who the management is and ask them if they live this way. I was told they have no carts because they were all stolen. Lovely so I have to carry around all my product with nothing to hold it in. I gave them all the product I had at the register told him I was not shopping there their place was disgusting. They should just close this location. I'll go right next door to family Dollar and buy my things.

True $1 store! Love this place for cleaning supplies and Holiday goodies. Unique finds that don't look cheap. This location on the small side for Dollar Trees but open an hour later. Always fun to take the kids!
