Good store, great employee's. Especially the guy whos always working the night shift. He's gone above and beyond to help me out a few times before. Once when I got there a couple minutes before close, he just locked the door and was finishing up with the last couple customers still inside but still let me in. I go there often to load money on to my card so I'm sure he recognized me. He's always extremely helpful and friendly which is really saying something due to all the crazy people the night shift employee's have to deal with.

A bit messy. However I got everything needed! Gentleman cashier very Very NICE! Happy to see any type of selections they had! Found some cool stuff for my gnome garden too! Also cutest binkies ever!!!! Says " moody without foody." Lol

Got a cardboard case upfront to hold the BANG drinks I was going to purchase. Young girl I'd never seen in the 70 times or more I've been in the store buying BANG drinks the last year was only person on a drawer. I go get a dozen of them in case and walk back up front to the only cashier at the registers. It was the young girl who had just been waiting on customers. She tells me she's not gonna wait on me and that the young guy across aisle doing the stocking will wait on me at next register over.So he has to quit stocking and she stands there on her phone doing nothing.I beat him to his register and set out 3 BANG drinks. I had 4 of each kind of 3 flavors. Young guy finally gets to register. I say to him "I've got 4 of each of these 3 flavors" and pointed at the cans. He looks at register and looks at me and asks me "So you have 4 of each of these?" I said "Yes 4 of each flavor for 12 total" he again looks at register and looks at me and like he's stuck stuck in a loop he asked me again "Are there four of each flavor" at that point having told him once and having had him ask me for the second time I was over it. I told him I said I didn't know how to say it any better that there were three flavors four of each. But that only matters if you have to scan them in separately if you don't then just scan them.The young girl walks over who should have waited on me and starts to tell me to be nice to this guy. I said to her I don't know how to explain to him any better than I did that there was four of each of the three flavors there and she had heard this whole exchange. At that point he starts scanning a drink when I saw him scanned the first drink for the fifth time I said and by the way it doesn't even matter because he's scanning all 12 in under the same price plu anyway. I said so why was he asking me this information he didn't need? and then he's asking me again for the information he doesn't even need. That's when she pulls up her phone and starts telling me that I needed to be nice to him and I didn't know about how that store runs. She tells me she's the manager and she starts taking a photo of me I guess to show the rest of the staff I told her to ask the rest of the staff atnight about the old guy who buys the bangs at night she don't have to take a photo. I've been in the store so many times last year and I've never ran into this bovinefeces before. I don't understand how she can be the manager of the store. I don't understand how she is working on a holiday weekend if that's the kind of an attitude she has. That kind of a horrible customer service attitude shouldn't be managing a store or on a register. She was on her phone not doing anything making the employees stocking stop and come wait on me and then he turned out to be an untrained employee and shouldn't have been on a register but yeah everybody go there it's a great store and she's a big lazy middle management tyrant.She got stuck working a holiday weekend night and didn't like it so she's taking it out on her employees and the customers both. I hope she has a better attitude tomorrow she's got another day to go through the holiday weekend.

This Dollar tree is better than the other one close to me. They had more stock. Next visit, the shelves are getting a little bare. Thee cashier is a very nice person.

Went in there yesterday early evening, got five balloons for myself (B-Day is Wednesday), there were two young girls working. I asked one could she blow up 4 Gold, and one Red Star Shaped balloons (Because I wanted them fresh, hard to stay up longer!)Before I could even get to the car one detached itself and floated away!! Dollar wasted! Then, when I do get to the car, and I'm putting the balloons into the back seat one of the four balloons is all soft! Okay are you (employees) paying for the for the helium yourself?!?!?I will never get ANY balloons from this location EVER!!!!! That's really sad!!! I hope this isn't something that businesses are doing now to save money, because the only thing they managed to do is lose a customer!!Next time make sure you tie the balloons well!!! And put ENOUGH air in the balloons so they're hard!!!Don't act like the cost of the helium. Is coming out of your paycheck!!!!!!!

Perhaps due to nature of folks here around this location the areas of the store, and lack of stock is disappointing.I recommend. North 7th street store.

I love the variety of things at this store! I always find what I need and then some. From balloons to holiday decor, kitchen gadgets and candy, you are sure to get more than what you originally wanted! And it's prices are reasonable too!

Lazy Cashier who answered the phone told me that they didn't have an item in stock... without even looking for me. I advised her that the store usually carries the item & asked when will they get more in. She says probably won't, we never know what the truck brings. What? Probably won't? If you usually carry.the item (for years now) & you had the item in stock a few weeks ago and you don't know what the truck brings...then??? Help me out here... How do know it '"Probably won't"' be back in stock? ISo I decide to go to the store to check myself because I was close by and wow! You won't believe it.... There is the item I need, asked for & was told by the Lazy Cashier answering the phone just 20 minutes earlier that they didn't have. Very disappointed with this location more times than not. Don't waste your time at this store, go to Metro Center instead.....They rock!

Employees are fantastic and the store has many items that other locations do not, the only drawback is that customers browse the items and leave things a mess, so there's a bit of disorganization going on in the aisles (not the Employees' fault at all)

This store feels smaller than other Dollar Trees, but it was clean and organized. Customers were good about social distancing and staff was very nice. Can't remember if masks are mandatory but every store I've been to the last 2 days everyone had masks on 👍

Convenient location but the store clearly lacks staffing, as there's just piles of product on the shelves and severe disorganization. But like every other retailer probably has two people working at all times, one on the register and one doing all the other stuff.

The people reviewing this store can't have ever been there. I've lived down the street from this store for a year and have been there probably 30 times for various reasons. My first complaint? THE SMELL! There is some weird chemical smell in that store that literally makes me sick if I am in there for too long. I've been to tons of Dollar Trees and never smelled that. Secondly, it's dirty, messy, and never stocked. It's literally the worst Dollar Tree I have ever been to. I don't even go in anymore, I drive out of my way to ANY other dollar store to avoid this one.

I LOVE this store and visit out often for household needs & other items. I shop for storage bags, dish cloths, drubbing sponges, steel wool and many other items . One dollar here is better than prices at the Walmart next door!Staff is always courteous and helpful. They will walk me over to items I can'tfind on my own. If you haven't yet discovered a store near you yet, start looking!

So very rude! The manager herself checked me out at the register. I came over here today to purchase two Marijuana drug tests for $2.17. Before I even was able to approach the register she was telling me to "come on!" When I put my items on the counter she in-discretely said very loud "drugs" as almost if to embarrass me. I had exactly two dollars and seventeen cents in my pocket and was having trouble getting the dime out before she very rudely just told me to "just go!" She didn't even offer to bag my items or give me my receipt, and so I walked out with neither totally disgusted. Not very professional or customer friendly at all.

This dollar tree always has a employee available if you need assistance. On the other hand, compared to the other stores this one is a little messier .Customers dropping items on floor or shelves. Putting items back wherever they feel they should go. A lot of the items just seem to find homes where they land.

Good store and plenty of selection. I'm always impressed with a dollar stores where everything actually costs $1 instead of starting at $1. During this pandemic it is very interesting to see what kind of products come out that had shortages. This bleach is one of those things.

Love the Dollar Tree! I'm here everyday lol. They always have some neat stuff I can't help myself. They have a lot of trendy stuff you often see on Instagram for only $1!! (Check out my pic for the awesome tsumtsum find!) I took off a star though because this Dollar Tree is always a damn mess! I can't entirely blame the employees because people are inconsiderate and throw stuff wherever, but they need to organize better. I also had a instance where an employee was watching me and following me like I was stealing and called a security check. I was very offended considering I'm a loyal customer.

They're always appears to have been a struggle it does kind of look like the scene of a burglary every time I've been in there except the burglars don't seem to ever take anything they only seem to bring things anyway today I got to wait for 25 minutes in line because the register doesn't do what the register is supposed to do apparently as how I was explaining to me I don't work there I don't know I don't care.

This store is somewhat okay, staff can be way more friendly.. The cashier barley said "Hi" to me like he absolutely hated his job. This store could be cleaner as well.
