We took our miniature poodle Reba in today. She was in pretty rough shape due to camping for a few days last week. Katie was so amazing upfront very accommodating when I returned to pick Reba up she looked incredible. Her groomer was definitely five stars we will be returning, such a great spot.

I have been a consistent client for over 2 years. However, these last few appointments, they have been slacking with scheduling issues and communication. It is extremely inconvenient and disappointing having to deal with this. If you wanna go through so many hoops trying to make/keep an appointment and if you want your dog to have uneven ears, this is your place.

I have been taking my 1 year old Aussie here since I adopted him and overall, we love Doggy Daze! Amazing people and great standard of service. Leaving four stars and not five because of a minor hiccup in our cut today.A great part of their service is that they ask you if you want your "usual." Since River has just started to grow into his two-layer, adult coat over the past 10 months, his usual cut was just a slight trim to shorten the longer coat and clean up his feathers and butt area. Since Riv finally seemed to have grown into his full adult coat, I asked to have his hair cut a little shorter than usual. Seems to have been a miscommunication about how much shorter, because when I picked Riv up his hair was much much shorter than I had hoped ( pictures for comparison of him the days before he was groomed and when he came home). Not super happy about the length of the cut we ended up with, but am hoping that better communication on my part will prevent this in the future.Besides today-Lovely staff, lovely service. Will go back to them again because of the great people there. They're kind to Riv and all of our grooming experiences here have been great. Would definitely recommend to other pet owners, but would also recommend being careful about what shorter means!

We brought our little mini poodle Reba in today. She was in pretty rough shape after camping for a few days last week. Up front Katie was a doll to work with. She was very accommodating. When I returned to get Reba she looked absolutely amazing! I will be scheduling a visit next month. Tiare did such an amazing job!!

Took our dog here for an expression and they even trimmed his nails a tiny bit free of charge. He was super nervous and they were very sweet and patient with him. Definitely will come back!

Been coming for a few years and 95% of the time it's a great experience. I've only had a one off here and there when someone unfamiliar is doing the check in. They have mostly great groomers, and I'm happy. The price is comparable but MUCH cheaper then PetSmart for example. I'll keep coming here with my Maltipoo : ) And they're busy for a reason, cuz they're GOOD!

Arrived 5 mins till 9 left me and dog out in the rain until 9. WALked my dog back like he was going to the pound. No friendly voice or into to my dog. Got a bad feeling, so I asked for my dog back and left they did not even ask why!. This place is kids ran, and it shows! Piss poor customer service I can only imagine how my dog will be treated. Never again. You charge 70 bucks and this itwhat you get?? Never never never! To the owner, this kids have no clue about customer service or how to make my dog comfortable. Unbelievable!. It's 9am on a Tuesday. If you wantyo bother teaching this kids customer service.

*WARNING* Do NOT bring your fur baby to Doggy Daze unless you want them to leave with matted fur that has to be shaved off due to improper maintenance. I had been bringing my 10 year old Siberian husky here for 11 months, to get his routine bath & “de-shedding treatment.” In addition to these appointments throughout the 11 months, I had also been doing my due diligence with at-home brushing; using a slicker brush for outercoat, an undercoat rake, and a detangling pet comb. I noticed while routinely maintaining his fur at home, it became increasingly more difficult to work with. I thought it could be the change in climate, as we moved from a much colder environment. This was all wrong. I kept trying to work with the routine in addition to his appointments at Doggy Daze. I knew something was wrong & I took him to another non-corporate groomer who spent 4 hours on him, which is not the usual 1 hour he spent at Doggy Daze (first red flag, especially when properly grooming a Husky). She tried to work with his fur, but it felt like, as she put it, “barbie doll hair.” They were using a cheap incorrect shampoo on his fur for 11 months. The “de-shedding treatment” they were using didn’t allow his fur to properly shed after treatment, so it would get matted in all areas. They wouldn’t thoroughly brush, just throw him in their “state of the art” dog-sized blow drying machines & send them on their merry way. I had to have many parts of my poor husky shaved completely due to product build-up & how matted it was. He was uncomfortable & scared getting brushed due to the pain of the severely matted balls that we had to just shaved off. I highly advise against this place if you care about the well-being of your pet - the turn over rate of owners & constant re-hiring of different teens that don’t know how to take care of these poor fur babies, is very telling.

We took our girl, Isabou, in for the first time yesterday and we were a bit nervous since the last groomer we took her to left her traumatized and would never complete the grooming or bathing. Once we finally got izzy through the door the staff was super friendly, understanding, and accommodating— the groomer came out and got down on her level and spent some time showing her lots of love and making her more comfortable. The groom itself took a while but that was more than fine as they were taking as much time as needed to give our girl some extra love and ensure she was comfortable through the whole experience. The cut was way better than we had asked for and just shows how knowledgeable the groomers are; giving us the shorter length we wanted but in a way that would look much better. Not only that but izzy smelled GOOD and was DRY. The best part of the whole experience was that our pup came out HAPPY and not scared or in a hurry to leave.

First time taking the pups here. I loved that Shawn and a few others of the crew were at the door greeting all the pups. The atmosphere in this place is very inviting. Shawn and crew fixed the butchered hair cut I gave my yorkie (i got desperate), gave my papillon the cutest lion hair cut and trimmed my Chihuahuas hair perfectly. Will definitely be taking the little there again.Thank you Doggy Daze!

Would highly recommend bringing your pup to doggy daze. My pup was injured and had to avoid the groomer for 12 weeks!!! She came out looking like a new pup and had a cute little bandana on her and a huge smile from all the new friends she got to meet. She also smells amazing! We got in the car and she fell right asleep! A day of play and pampering! What more could an owner ask for?

My dog just left after her first visit to the Gilbert location. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! They showed me the facilities and introduced me to Melissa who would be grooming my dog. We chatted about options. Three hours later I picked up my pup and she looked great, was very clean and seemed calm. And prices were reasonable. Thanks Melissa and staff!

We've been bringing Maple, our pittie, here for close to 2 years. First just nail trimming but now I let them pamper her. She always comes home smelling beautiful, nails always trimmed and most of all she's in a great mood. All the employees my husband and I have spoken to have been awesome! Not many places except my 1.5 year old German shepherd. They took him and cleaned him better than anywhere I’ve gone! They even informed me how he was hesitant to the air dryers but hand dried him instead and he did wonderful. He is considered a “calm” shepherd

I have always came here as a walk-in to shower my dog. I loved it because you could just do a walk ins. The customer service had always been amazing. In the past the front team members have always been upbeat and willing to help out customers at all times. In addition to my past experiences with Doggy Daze there was two instances I have came with my dog matted and they were able to shower and just cut all of my dogs hair ( nothing fancy). This time around I walked in, explained my past experiences and what was done to my dog hoping they could work something out and the front receptionist right away told me no we needed an appointment. She then offered me an appointment for next week. She gave me the date and then I asked her if she had anything for this week?? She said yes. (Why wouldn’t she first offer me next week first instead of this week.. I am very disappointed. Not coming back. This is not including that I drive 40 minutes to bring my dog to a business where we enjoyed bringing our dog because they treated her very well and sadly turned us away to make an appointment. I guess.

I have brought my miniature poodle Harry and he did very well and his cut was great also! But the main visit was for Zach my sister’s 12 year old Blue Standard Poodle. He has always had the same groomer since he was a puppy, but she’s retired so he had to start new. I first brought him in for bath & blowdry and he really felt comfortable right from the start. When I picked him up he acted like he owned the place, kept going back to the person that brought him out. So I knew he had plenty of TLC. The next visit I just followed him because he knew where to go. My sister is so happy he found a new place that is giving him all the love he had before. His haircut was perfect, short all over body, puppy cut on face & not too short on top of head, clean around the mouth, dremel nails and NO CLEAN FEET, just shaped up & of course his poofy tail😀And Zach was all proud with his bandanna around his neck. Definitely a NEW & HAPPY CUSTOMER 💗

They not only are great with the animals, they are also professional, polite, and you could tell they love what they do! I highly recommend getting your pup pampered here!

Best place to go for people who really love animals, very kind people work here. They always do a great job on both my dogs I have a husky mix and a Brendle Pitt mix. I have been coming here for years. They're always accommodating and helpful. I will not take my dogs to another place but here. Keowee is always very kind and helpful when we come in. Ive never had an issue best experience at a groomers⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I drive 20 minutes (50 with traffic) just to come here. They are great. Rockstar groomers and really kind, happy staff. Quality products. We take our poodle here and they always do an amazing job! Plus, they have a way better selection of tags then the major pet retailers. The two collars we have purchased have held up very well. Money well spent.There is a gate as soon as you open the door. I love love love it so much. Great safety feature! It’s the only one I’ve ever seen. Whoever thought of this is a real thinker who cares about the dogs! A childhood dog once ran from the groomers, got hit by a car and was lost for 3 days. Traumatized for life but alive and well. Every groomers should have these gates, so important!!
