I just want you to know these people are very reliable. Daniel came to my house and took a fish tank and my fish and the tank and did a great job. VERY PROFESSIONAL! I was totally impressed with his work I am an older lady and could not take care of what my teenager left for me to take care of. Daniel took care of everything and they are very good prices. Very disappointed with this firm. If I could give zero stars that would be too much. Been customers for a very long time (20+ yrs) only to find out that the tech has not been doing a water check each time he comes (checking chemicals/ph levels, etc.). Tech questioned his office when he saw we didn't have a kit and was told we didn't want one. That is the most basic common sense part of servicing a tank. Told we had to purchase a kit which we did and it disappeared awhile ago after a service but we were never told that they were not doing it - thought they took the kit and brought it out each visit. Recently one of our fish was having issues with his eye so they sent tech out to give medication. We checked the water with test strip only to find out that everything was out of whack and reason why we lost one of our tang fish...so they did a 30% water change and was told to continue with medication. Woke up this morning to all of the fish being dead - so very upsetting. We have lost a lot of fish with this company but thought that it would get better each time. Some was our fault with over feeding but this was pure neglect! We are now done and moving on. If you are with this firm - make sure you purchase a water testing kit - for the money we pay each month you would think this would either be included or a discussion with the client (us) that one needs to be available. Why not have one on the truck in the a/c or something called a cooler?
