We have been going to this shop for years staff are always willing to answer questions, they really take care of the animals and reptiles they sell. We purchased an axolotl 3 years ago and he is still one of our favorite pets. Tomorrow we pick up our new baby guinea pig.

I Love this place!! They have an awesome selection of animals, it's always so fun looking around at everything! I feel like all the animals here look healthier and more active then animals I've seen in other local pet shops. They also have a awesome selection of feeders and really reasonable pricing on everything. The staff are always very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall I always enjoy my trips here.I had more pics on different phone but I'll upload more after I go in next time!

This place is incredible but a bit hidden i had to get told about it to find it but once i did i was all in. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. You can feed any of their large assortment of reptiles, amphibians, insects and pets. I get me feeders and all advice from these guys Jordan and his family are doing an awesome job keeping business how it should be honest, person to person and prices that dont break the bank. Couldnt run my bachelor pad pet village withoutt them!!! Thanks guys

This place feels more like a downtrodden zoo more than a reptile shop. I’ve been going there for years seeing what critters I could actually take home and some of them have been there for so long they have names because the employees don’t care enough about them to show them off to customers even when they ask. After handling many types of reptiles for years I don’t really expect people to say, “No” and flat out refuse so it makes sense why this is a permanent home for some of them.And I’ve had some boring jobs in my lifetime, but there is no way you can hate your life and these perfect creatures so loved by God this much to never want them to have a caring home.Also next time I ask for 60 crickets, don’t charge me for that and give me maybe 30.

I'm so glad we found this place!! My daughter just bought a chameleon with her birthday money, and I was becoming pretty overwhelmed with all the extra responsibility. We did a little research before we brought it home, but nowhere near enough. I had the pleasure of talking with the owner's younger son over the phone for about 10 mins. He answered my questions like a professional zoo keeper! I didn't realize I was talking to a younger person until 7 or so minutes into the conversation. Then I was transferred to his mother, who I bombarded with even more questions. All of which she answered in stride and patience. I learned that we were doing a lot of stuff right, and she praised our efforts, but that we were not giving it the UVB that it needed. I made plans to get down there ASAP. Well we went down tonight and showed up 18 mins til close. The owners older son and another gentleman (I'm horrible with names) were on staff and both were very helpful. I still had tons of questions and my daughter, of course, was super curious and interested in the wide variety of creatures they have to offer. The other gentleman let my daughter follow him around and "assist" in feeding several of the animals while the owner's son helped me find the perfect enclosure and supplies for our little friend. They stayed over late without a complaint, and answered all of my questions with total patience and I could tell they were very passionate about what they do. We'll be back very soon!! Thank you guys for your amazing service!

It fun... variety of reptiles, and exotic fish... it's honestly 1 of the shops I've been to ever... I was able to hold to corn snake their staff is friendly... This is a definite case of DON'T JUDGE A PLACE BY ITS COVER... 😉☺

Absolutely LOVE this shop! Grey educated me about a variety of creatures and explained care requirements for all of them! I ended up going home with a pet that I never would've thought I'd be interested in: a millipede (who is now named Wiggins). Definitely recommend!

I Recommend this place. I got My Bearded Dragon here this weekend. The staff was very nice and friendly, they are very knowledgeable about all the animals they have. They a big variety of animals ( fish, arachnids, snakes, Bearded Dragons).They have food and vitamins for your critter ( live dubia roaches, crickets, meal worms, rats, mice and more) and good deals on them too. I Love this place! I Will Definitely be coming back!

I’ve owned reptiles for years now and I’ve always tried loving this shop, but every time I go in I receive no help. This time I asked to see a reptile and was simply told no with no explanation. The animals also don’t look very well cared for, Won’t go here again.

Great place to pick up feeders, and I haven't had any issues with them dying off early, which is great. It's somewhat difficult to pull into due to the location, just something to be aware of. Great otherwise 👍

Custom Creatures offers a large variety of reptiles and amphibians. The tanks are nicely displayed, the creatures appear to be happy and healthy, and there’s even an award posted for Jeremiah!The downside of this location is definitely the lack of curb appeal. It looks like a desolate, and abandoned, building... and not another car in sight during the middle of a weekend day. We even went as far as calling the store to confirm that they’re open. The employee answered, insisted they were open, but was unable to confirm the business address.This place has huge potential, just beware that your expectations likely exceed its current state.

We come here for crickets for my Beardie. Cheapest around and they're healthy. Also like to meander around to look at the pets. Last time I came they let me hold a snake 😁staff is always really nice as well.

Recently bought an adolescent ball python from them and I love her. Their establishment is great and the animals look well taken care of. Checked ny python for mites and all clear they were helpful with picking out appropriate items for the enclosure. She is a great eater and I Intend to get a redtail boa from here in the near future :)

Cool pet store with lots of different animals to see. However, I was very disappointed to see how they’re caring for the axolotls they have for sale. Axolotls require cooled water (around 60f) and they have their axolotls each tubbed near the entrance of the store. Very clearly not in cold water. The poor guys look to be in poor health. If you can’t care for them properly please don’t sell them.

Always very friendly and patient. No pressure and just really cool store. I buy feeders for my bark scorpion but if you're interested in more exotic pets they have tons to look at and learn about. Personally I like the Vietnamese centipedes they have but waiting for bigger terrarium

Owners have fallen for a sovereign citizen scam and think having customers sign a (completely unenforceable) contract full of nonsense will protect them from paying taxes and following applicable laws. No, we are not following “sea law” and saying magical phrases won’t protect you from Uncle Sam.I’m sure they’ve paid a hefty price for their “PMA” word docs but that money should have been spent on the animals in their care as they’re in poor condition. I’ve never seen a store deteriorate so quickly. Sad.**Edit to the reply: I know that you want to believe a PMA is legitimate but it is not. The template you paid for is a scam from a Texas con artist that uses a front-facing camera. He’s not the only one hustling these. The paper does not make you magically impervious to any local, state, or federal regulations. You are open to the public and therefore are required to adhere to the same laws as any other public business. Next you’ll say you don’t need your cars registered because you’re “traveling” not driving. Sov Cit jargon is nonsense. The sooner you accept that you’re victim to a scam the sooner you can fix the issues and repair your reputation.

This place is always very helpful. The staff know their stuff. Any questions I ask, they have answers. Their prices can't be beat. I get my roaches and crickets here. My Beardie is always a fat and happy boy when I come home with his food. ☺ I won't go anyplace else for my little guy.
