Wendy is the accountant and she is very disrespectful and would not give me her managers number or transfer the call to a manager! She hung up on me twice and I tried the main contact number and no one is picking up! I will be going to the BBB! I will never refer someone to deal with this company and that's a shame cause where we bought the dog they even named Wendy by name right off the bat and apologized, so I'm guessing I'm not the only customer that's Experienced unprofessionalism!
