my boyfriend called today asking for an appointment to get our cats nails trimmed. it’s been a while, so he forgot our usual groomer and called here, Barbet’s Pet Grooming. some man answered the call and he said he didn’t do cats, and then said “thanks for wasting my time.” that is extremely rude and unprofessional and we will never do business here. i advise others to do the same so we can stop wasting their time.

Curt Pennington the owner is as good as they come. I'm a 20 year customer he has always taken great care of my dog's. These 1 star ratings are completely false. Remember people anyone can say anything online with no retribution. Give Barnett's one try you will not be disappointed

Been taking my dog here for years. Guy sure does a good cut. I wouldn't say he is rude at all he is just straight forward and doesn't beat around the bush. I'll keep using him as my local groomer because he has never done anything to make me second guess his behavior or professionalism.

Found this place in hopes to pay less for a professional groomers rather than paying an arm and a leg for big corporations. I felt good going into this salon. Staff was friendly and spot on with their timeframe. This is going to be my permanent salon location from now on.

Yeah. These people that left a review are not lying . The guy is VERY, VERY RUDE!! They won't get my money or get a chance to work on my dog. Customer service is everything to me. so this place gets a fat 0!! don't do business with them if you know what's good for you and your animal. my doggy is a family member. so I won't take him here. 👎

I was just at this place and will NEVER go back!!! I take my dog to get her nails cut for a reason I don't want to have to hold her down. Well at this place you have to do half the work and then pay them for services. There were two people there but the woman never offered to help this guy hold my dog. Then he told my dog she better not pee on his wood floor well you run a grooming salon for dogs.....don't install wood floors!!! I am shaking I am sooo mad at this place. Should not be in business!!!

Great place, love the owners, they are sweet and know what they are doing and always remember our dogs when we take them in which is comforting knowing your not just a number or a paycheck to them like other places. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience . The place itself stinks like smoke, the dogs in the back were crying as if they were in some kind of torture room. The guy doesn’t seem to know how to properly handle dog specially new dogs since he tried to take mine by force when not even trying to be friendly with him I’m the first place, i’m glad I walked out and didn’t let him groomed my dog.
