I visited this store a few days ago looking for a conure and ended up leaving with a sweet little Quaker Parrot. The staff is very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Would definitely recommend this store if you’re looking for a feathered friend to add to your flock. They also sell cages and everything you need for your new companion.

This was our first visit. We were referred by a friend who visits this location anytime he is in town from Texas. It's a must stop for him, as he stocks up on supplies for his African Gray Parrot. This visit, he purchased 2 Sulcata Tortoises. This is why I visited their location. My son had been wanting a "turtle" for quite some time now... but I've always wanted a tortoise (living in Texas, this seemed very fitting). The younger gentleman who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and helped steer us in the right direction. Answered all of our questions and helped us get everything we needed for our adorable and healthy Tortoises. This location had 3 mature Macaws (residents-although I did not ask if they were for sale) who seemed to cry out for attention. My son and I enjoyed watching the parrots eat some pecans as a snack. I really enjoyed our visit. Great atmosphere and awesome staff. 5 stars. 🙏🏼

Alright so we went to so many different places and everyone i had to go ask them for help they didn't know anything and would ask these places if they could hold the birds they would say no we don't i went to 5 different places all the same .....Then we found Birdz & Beyond they started talking to us as soon as we went in helping us and showing us around it was awesome.. we ask can you hold any of these birds he said yes and right away showed us my daughter (8) love it and we ended up getting a lil bird say hello to kiwi the help us and got us a cage, feed ,treats, and everything else we needed for 85

This is a terrific place to take your feather babies for some TLC! Their grooming services are top-notch and a great deal when you see the love they give to their birds. My baby quaker parrot is put at ease by their kindness and swift ability to get his beak, nails, and feathers trimmed without any extra stress. They have a HUGE selection of toys, feeding bowls, and cages, as well as different bird seed, pellets, and snack/training treats. They always have a beautiful selection of young conures, parrotlets, love birds, parakets, quakers, and many more to choose from. The owners are very knowledgeable on all things bird, and they take their time to educate you on which breed is best for you and how to help them adjust to their new home life. Make sure to pop by and show your support for a great local small business! I will be boarding my baby here soon while on vacation and know he will be well taken care of! When my little one escaped from home, they gave me such great advice and tips on how to get him home safely. They put me in touch with a parrot rescue, which allowed me to branch out my search. Luckily, I got my baby back the next day, and a lot of it was because of their advice!! They are definitely angels!

Incredible customer service if you’re looking for a new feathered pet. Very knowledgeable about every bird and the store is filled with everything you need. They let you hold the birds and even allowed my 3 year old son to hold them as well. We will be back when we are ready and have convinced the husband! 😭 😅

I get my African Grey's nails and wings trimmed here. They are amazingly good at doing this. Fast and no blood ever. Was nervous about this for a 1st visit. Birdie is crazy spoiled.This is not a gigantic place like Pets Mart, but these guys deserve way more business for the amazing customer service. My girl only goes here now. When you find something good, you stay.

One stop shop, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and care for the birds including who they go home to.Wonderful with kids who are curious about and love birds, my almost 5 yr old loved being in there and they gave her a bird feather.Can't wait to eventually be ready for a bird to join our family, no time soon but eventually! Will definitely be back when it is time :-)
