Love this place! They have awesome homemade treats that our corgi loves. They also sell cute little birthday cakes which our dog ate very excitedly. Nothing made him sick and he always enjoys eating treats, cookies or cakes from this location. We have also used some of their services such as nail clipping. The items like toys can be a little pricey but overall I continue to return to this location for nice snacks for my dog. The customer service is also very good. Our dog get so excited when he sees us come home with one of their signature brown bags!

We took our dog to get groomed today and our dog came home acting strange. He kept trying to rub himself on the carpet, which he's never done before. We discovered that his skin was irritated and red. It looks like a burn mark, possibly from the clippers being hot. Not only this, the haircut was completely different than requested. We called to inform this establishment of our concern and their response was to offer a bottle of antiseptic. Very unprofessional and would not recommend using any of their services.

It's not a bad place to get your dog washed. Pretty good price, and they have a buy. So many washes get one free program. My dog survived a nice bath today. She's all clean and pretty now.

I’ve been going here since I moved to Phoenix on October 2023. I go in once every 2-3 weeks and recently started bathing my dog there too. I wasn’t aware of the nail clipping policy. I brought in my dog’s baggie with all his ointments and special brushes (he’s an English bulldog). Anyway i clipped his nails and an employee kindly let me know of their policy and I apologized and put his bag on the floor. Then I went to the cash register and again another employee goes off about about it and I apologized again and said I wouldn’t do it again, I didn’t know. And then a third employee came up while paying and he also went off in a more rude tone and yet again I reminded all of them that I had apologized and understand and that I wasn’t aware. Anyway, I left really sad and attacked by the employees. The first warning was good enough for me to understand and I apologized more than a few times and didn’t do anything anymore. But I was put in a position that made me feel publicly humiliated since there was quite a few customers behind me, and all their employees in the back of the cash register. What I thought was going to be a good day on my first day off in two weeks turned into a very humiliating and sad one haha. I decided to write the review to let the managers know of the situation and maybe speak to the employees to maybe handle certain situations better. But I won’t be around anymore 🙂

I am a regular visitor to this place. my dog ​​and I have always been very satisfied and I never had any questions about the price, because the attitude towards the dog and the haircut itself have always been top notch. all the same, for $ 85 I want to see a worthy result. but I just got my dog ​​and I'm disappointed. the haircut is very bad, but the worst thing is that they didn’t dry her ears and didn’t wash her eyes from tears. I am disappointed and having told the administrator about this, they did not even offer me anything to solve this situation. By the way, the groomer who cut my dog's hair was no longer there when I picked her up.

I have an extremely anxious German shepherd who went to the Scottsdale location as a puppy, but we moved, so we stopped going there. He did alright at other places after that, but over the past couple months, he’s been extremely unwilling to get his nails done. We tried to do it at our annual vet check and they told us to bring him back sedated. We brought him back sedated and they said he still wasn’t calm enough and told us to do it all again and add melatonin. I wasn’t willing to continue drugging my dog, so I tried the Petsmart by our house. They suggested giving him “chill treats” and bringing him back because he was too anxious to do more than one paw. By the time I went to Bark If You’re Dirty, I was desperate. It’s 30min from our house, but I remembered that the Scottsdale location used to let me stay with my dog as he got his nails done, which is extremely helpful since he has separation anxiety. I had a short wait and then Shelby did my dog’s nails. I told her she could just clip them since he’s so squirmy, but she took the time to file them as well so they wouldn’t be sharp. I won’t go anywhere else after how helpful everyone here was. Well worth the 30 minute drive.

this place is absolutely amazing! i’ve used the self wash i believe 4 times now and every time, everyone has been kind and helpful. i really do appreciate that the drying isn’t timed because my poodle has a very dense coat and it always takes forever. the stores selection is also pretty expansive; they carry many things big box stores don’t without the crazy boutique store prices. we will continue to be customers as long as this place is open!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. We had an appointment scheduled well in advance, yet we received a call to cancel merely an hour before our slot. Understandably, emergencies happen, but the lack of prior notice was highly inconvenient and showed a disregard for our time.When we finally managed to reschedule and visited the groomer, the situation didn't improve. Instead of receiving an apology or understanding for the inconvenience caused, the manager greeted us with rudeness and insensitivity. It was insinuated that somehow the cancellation and the ensuing hassle were our fault, which is absurd and unprofessional.The lack of empathy, poor customer service, and unprofessionalism displayed by the management have left a sour taste in our mouths.We went in hoping for a pleasant experience for our pet but left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience and would advise potential customers to look elsewhere for their pet grooming needs.

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of years now and I have to say that the staff is amazing. They are friendly, accommodate to your pets needs and you can tell they treat them like their own. I want to shout out the groomer Shelby for being so kind and patient when trimming my basset hounds nails. She has high anxiety and I could tell my Ella felt so comfortable with her, she did a great job!

My beautiful son Chomper looks like he just got a makeover from the Fab Five after his grooming sesh this weekend. His mood is also vastly improved without that hot tangled undercoat itching him all the time. 10/10 folks also gave me some great pointers for upkeep.

My dog is from the pound and long story short her rabies shot records were a bit odd. They are very strict on rabies shots, which I respect. Before the first time I went, I called ahead and spoke to who I believe was the owner and went over the situation with them and what papers I had. They said we were good and they would let the staff know for my appointment. I get there 10 min early, and the 5+ people at the desk were super confused and the owner didn’t come out for at least ten min and handled the situation in passing.Once that was cleared, I was told it would just be a few moments for the groomer. I wandered with my dog around their store for 20+ minutes before I realized a staff member was trailing me around the store and the 5+ people up front were all staring at me like I was a weirdo. Someone then asked if they could help me, and I told them my appointment was 20 min ago. The groomer came out and was horrified that no one had told her.None of that was great, but they did such a good job grooming that I let it go.Two times later when I got there the owner was in the lobby and we said hi and she started petting me dog and said very condescendingly that the dog’s ears were a mess last time I was there. I thought it was rude but moved one and then she felt the need to repeat herself 3 times to make sure I got the message she didn’t approve of the way I was taking care of my dog. Like I said earlier, I adopted her from the pound. Her ears were a mess and I was putting medicine in them every day and that’s why they were as gross. I would have left if the groomer wasn’t already there. Between the two experiences, I felt super uncomfortable here and won’t go again. They asked me to contact them about this. I did and they said they would contact me back in a few days and that was weeks ago

Friendly staff clean store and a good selection of quality dog food labels. I washed and dried my dog there and the groomer cut her nails cost me $28. They also make their own dog treats. Its pretty cool if you want to get a dog a birthday cake or Special Treat. I prefer to wash my own dog because after working as a dog bather I know how stressed and animal can become in the hands of a bather who has a heavy workload. They answer questions if you need help. It's perfect for me and my pooch.

Third time coming here for a wash and every time I and, more importantly, my pup were treated great. My little girl doesn't have a lot of time left and they treated her so great. They did a lot to make her more comfortable and comforted her directly too! If you love your pup then it's easy to say that this is a great place to take them.

Had my dog groomed here for the first time today. The staff was very friendly asked specific questions about how I like her groomed. I dropped her off at 8 and she was ready for pick up by 10. She looks great! Adding before and after pictures! Will definitely be back!

This place is my favorite! Dunc loves it. He is an older dog who doesn't like to be overwhelmed. The environment in here is perfect. When we were done he was squeeky clean and happy! We got him a couple treats baked in house. I am excited to start getting my dog food from here.

Birdie did an amazing job on my pup. My pup hasn't been groomed in awhile and I wanted to have him shorn before the heat comes, and I was so happy with the outcome (he also seemed super happy and not stressed when I picked him up). The staff was pleasant and friendly and gave me upfront pricing. They went over just what would happen during his appointment and were great with their time estimate. I think the before and after pictures speak to Birdie's skill, I will definitely be back with my other dogs.The store also has a great selection of products.

I don't understand what happened? My pup has seen Chris 3x, I called today to rebook her cut because she was sick last month. I called and canceled BUT today another person gets on the call and asking for pre pay???? IThen tells me my groomer doesn't work there anymore. Heads up bark if you are dirty! Keep your customers. I went to Julie's for a awesome job. I wish I had something better to say. My first review was awesome BTW.You have so MANY EX EMPLOYEES?!?!?! Please figure it out? God bless 🙌

With a wide arrange of toys, snacks, and food, Wag N' Wash has what you need for fluff-- all without having to leave midtown. My guys like the dried fish and the friendly atmosphere. Ask for Cheech.

Zero accountability, unprofessional, unsanitary, and unsafe. Both my dogs fell off the grooming tables while their respective groomers were working with them- one was suspended in the air by the neck, the other I'm not sure. Also, pretty gross. No sanitation between dogs or services that we witnessed (our dogs got anal gland expression and their teeth cleaned so you'd think gloves would be used or hands would be washed at the least). Sierra (groomer) copped a HUGE attitude on the phone when I called to talk to Jay (manager) about what happened. Jay reassured me what happened during the service was normal and unavoidable when dogs are wiggly.I decided to review after speaking with a groomer friend who assured me it's not normal or ok. Facebook buddies unanimously voted that this was an unacceptable experience.If you do go here- make sure you've got a 2:1 ratio so your dog doesn't fall off, make sure they adjust the table to a low height, and maybe talk with the groomer explicitly about their practices and your expectations first.

I went in this morning for a couple of services on my two dogs. I'd never been here before -I'm new to this part of town. But I couldn't resist )someplace called "Bark If you You're Dirty". I am SO glad that I chose this place over others!The young lady who performed the services for my pets was competent, firm & swift, while not sacrificing being gentle and affectionate to every single dog I had the pleasure of watching her handle as we waited for our turn.When it came time for my dogs to face the music, I wanted the groomer to know that my girl was very scared and had come to me from an abusive situation. This wonderful human took my baby with such care and gave a hug and gentle reassuring words. I watched in awe as her fingernails were FINALLY clipped correctly, after years of trying to find someone to be able to do it (everyone left them Elvira long)! And the young lady who served as our groomer was able to do a PERFECT job and my girl was more chill than I've ever seen her around strangers, in a strange environment!I also wanted the groomer to know that my boy is quite a stink pot. He doesn't do well at all with nail trims, nevermind anything more uncomfortable than that, which he was in for today. I really admire the young lady for taking on my little ball of rage and still maintaining such kindness and gentleness with him.I am ABSOLUTELY coming here again and again for future grooming needs, and also to check out all of the phenomenal treat, food, toy and apparel options they've got! I didn't really have too much of a chance to do so this time, with my dogs acting ridiculous before, and ESPECIALLY *after* the groomers.

Well here goes, I stopped at Wag N' Wash for the first time, I specifically went for a birthday cake for my little girl for Monday because she turns 3, I asked a few questions about dog food and the employees seem to really know a lot about the different brands and what is the best for your four legged kids. I just want to say thank you for your help and knowledge, my little girl cleaned up the whole bowl of food as you can see in the pictures, she didn't stop once until she was done. Thank you bunches from myself and Milah my baby girl🐕🐕🐾🐾💜
