We used to love shopping at this location it was very convenient for us since we live close by. The only complaint I have is with the security guard Fausto, he's always rude to all customers riding bicycles and making a big deal about where we lock our bikes, except Greg and Tony, they're both amazing and very polite. It would be perfect if they could install a bike rack by the entrance or next to the soda machines somewhere under the shade so when you leave the store your bike won't be 125 degrees hot, especially during the summer.2023 Observations:The new layout is kind of confusing because they moved the drinks like soda, tea, etc, all the way to the back end mixing up the cleaning product aisles instead of keeping all the food and drinks aisles next to each other for customers convenience, especially the elderly people and senior citizens that have difficulty walking.They need to get a new "director" for this location because the current one doesn't care about the store or the employees.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SO CALLED BAKERY.Took a chance on a simple order of cupcakes and was overly disappointed. I requested two of the 24 cupcakes to be filled, one with pink filling and the other with blue for a gender reveal. Upon pick up, the cupcakes were given to me in an oversized cake box(with so much room in the box there’s a big chance they would topple over when driving). When I asked what two cupcakes were filled they could not identify them with confidence. Later discovered she was incorrect on the cupcakes that were filled. Imagine taking cupcakes to a gender reveal and not knowing what cupcakes to give the mom to be. They had one job and they couldn’t even get that right.

It's 8:43 pm on 3/11. I have been phoning Albertsons on 19th Ave n Northern. I was on hold for 18 min. No one answered. I needed to see if you had dry ice. My fridge went out. Thanks for answering.

Exceptionally, well maintained and most all employees are very friendly, kind and exceptionally professional.Aside from an obviously large selection of groceries, as is the case with most supermarkets. Their wine selection, is exceptional, also contains many high quality Italian liqueurs.With a perfect complement to an outstanding cheese section. Including a favorite (of Italian children) the Laughing Cow. And of course, Italian peanut butter, Nutella, (actually hazelnut, most common Italian nut).And the meat section, is exceptionally maintained, as a full culinary butcher expertise area. With choice cuts to orders or prepackaged.Unfortunately, however, some faults, are a very small selection of fresh pasta.And lacking greatly in exceptional Italian and French coffee.Could do alot better with the rice options.For instance, no Uncle Ben's "Brown", in bags, actually the best and healthiest rice which is made. 👍👍👍Also, where are the pies???Please this is America, hint Apple Pies a necessity.And Pattie Labelle's Sweet Potato Pie 💜😍Me, Oh my, everybody just loves Pie.🤙💙Even the archangel Michael, check-out John Travolta's movie, Michael. To get the lowdown on true Angels 😎And, absolutely yes, the fresh fruits and vegetables section is a delight. 🤙💙All in all, an absolutely exceptional super market, with essential workers and resources. 😊🤙🤙🤙Absolutely "NOT" changed, this is still an incredible place for the entire community and surrounding neighborhood.Will miss shopping here, however, cause for myself it's time to move on.

I went to Albertsons today and the flower selection was excellent!!!! I loved the tie dye roses and the other colored ones!!! The florist Dalphine was VERY helpful for a future order!!!

I SHOP EXCLUSIVELY AT FRY'S MARKET AND I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. AS A TAX ATTORNEY AND CPA RETIRED THESE PEOPLE NEED CLASSES ON TACT AND KINDNESS. YES I FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS STORE WITH CORPORATE! WOW I WANT TO GO HOME TO HAWAI'I BUT I AM STUCK IN HELL, OR PHOENIX ARIZONA!!

This is my neighborhood Albertsons. I like this location because the staff is always very friendly and helpful. This store is also very clean and they keep it well stocked. This includes meat and produce. There typically is not a wait and if there is it's not long. I highly recommend this Albertsons location.

Good nice sized store, the exterior decoration and architecture intrigued me, for a grocery store it's unique. The service was friendly and fast, but unfortunately their was only one cashier and while I appreciated how hard Mason the cashier was working, it would be nice if management had put at least one other employee in the store to help. It was late at night (past 12am) but still I can't help but feel like one or two more employees would make everything a lot better.

Very Clean in appearance(outside of the building may need work) presentable fresh food, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable as well!! They have rotating tables at the checkout stations so it's easier to get your stuff scanned up by the cashier at a fast pace. I am definitely interested in going back to get more food!

Update 1119/2023 is much cleaner and is nice to go.Is ok I like the store but some times the seafood area can be strong smelly they need to clean more.And the clearance area I been going for years and is very expensive even with the sale something is not right.

This place is nothing special. Very busy, but the customer service doesn't totally suck. As far as grocery stores go, you probably won't have a terrible experience going here.

The store has its positives but the negatives outweigh them. During the day they allow vagrants to wander around inside and loiter or sleep out front. Their security guard stands around the entrance doing nothing. The entire place has a terrible odor. Few if any open checkouts.Recently, some genius at this store decided to rearrange the aisles. The center aisle that went from north to south is now blocked off at the midway point. The entrance to the beer coolers nearest the meat counter is blocked off, forcing shoppers to walk all the way to the checkout side to enter what is now a dead-end alley.Now they have blocked off the entire cosmetics and liquor, wine and beer section with alarmed gates and a single checkout lane. If you enter that area you're trapped unless you do your checkout there. Evidently their nitwit manager would rather inconvenience customers than deal with thieves. I've shopped there since the store first opened. Not now. They can close the store for all I care, I'm done with this ghetto location.Perhaps if their security guard did his job all this rearranging wouldn't be necessary.

I just recently started going here for a couple of prescriptions I needed. I signed up for their app and have since a tally shopped for groceries there too. Enjoyed the experience. Clean, well lighted with security personnel visible upon entering. Everything I needed.

The store was pretty clean, However I had to use the restroom, & I walked around the back near the restroom, I couldn't find any help, another lady walked up to the butcher asked him for the code & he gave it to her, Then I asked him & he told me that there Not supposed to do that, I need to walk up front & ask someone, But yet he gave the other lady the code, I think that he had a color issue, I'm native American & white, & my brother in law is Puerto Rican my brother in law was with me & heard everything He was a black guy about 6'3" There's 2 family restroom, 🚻 😡😟 I do have pictures

I get my prescriptions filled here, which makes my shopping convenient. The people are friendly and very helpful. The store is always very clean and well maintained. The price for coffee pods is a big pull for me as well.

Well it seems that it's a storewide epidemic,...kindness, courteousness, and a simple drive to actually WANT to help their customers.. i wish i would have remembered to get their names. I would have put them all over Albertsons front street. Thank you. Thank you Lady behind the courtesy desk, to the young man with dreads(butcher department?) And greeted with infectious smiles from many other employees as they went about whatever tasks they seemed pleased to be doing. They all seemrd genuinely happy to help ppl. Never "put out" or exasperated at being asked, probably for the thousandth time today where the bathroom is.Thanks. Great store! I'll go back in a few just to take some pictures.

Albertsons and Safeway always have great digital deals for members, plus "clip it or click it" coupons for everyone. Also, their brand, Signature Select, taste the same if not better than name brands. Pray that Kroger's does not them over!!!!

There is nothing bad to say about this location. Always clean and has stuff in stocks. They're currently doing a remodel and moving departments around, but it's not hard to find the items that I need.

Love this store! Always get great customer service! Recently ordered a birthday cake, for my granddaughter's birthday. They were so patient helping me select the design. It turned out great! She loved it! Thanks to the team for always doing such a great job!

I like Albertsons. Clean store and really nice employees.. sometimes around the meat dept it will have a faint odor but I think it’s bcuz of the meat/seafood dept. Other thn that it’s always a good experience and the prices aren’t bad either..
