We buy our dragons the Dubia roaches here. They LOVE those roaches, slightly over priced, but the staff very knowledgeable about reptiles. Location is very convenient for us. It's a good little place to get the nessecaties for your reptile, if you have a good chunk of change. They also have a pretty good size option of reptile if you're looking to purchase. We will Def be back.

They have everything you need to provide your pet with everything they need. They are so knowledgeable, friendly and the shop is always clean. They're amazing! Definitely will be a repeat customer.

AE Herp and Exotics is by far the best place to take care of all your exotic animal needs. From setting up bioactive enclosures, to feeders you can find it all. I have been a customer of Bryant at his original location on 7th St for years, but now I'm so happy to have a closer location and he did not disappoint. Him and his amazing crew have set and this place up with every essential I could ever need. And they have a plethora of animals and the knowledge to match. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome, I really enjoyed the setup/ living area for everything. They had a lot of options and always had interesting and unique things I have never seen. The staff is awesome, they are very professional and helpful with anything you might need or want to know. I would come here frequently for food for my reptiles and it was always good, healthy, and always stocked bugs to choose from.Unfortunately they had some property damage that made it to where the store could no longer be open for business until the issue was fixed. I haven’t seen or heard really much about it since, but I sure do hope they open back up because I love the shop and really just enjoyed the experience of being in there each and everytime. Highly recommend. 5/5 stars!!!

Out of the many local choices to get my feeders and advice, I will always come here. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I've called here many times as well and they're always honest with what they have for stock and the best days to come for things.For my first reptile, I'm glad I went here. However, I always end up buying a plant when I need something else. 😅Great selection, convenience, and the employees are the best!

This place is AWESOME! They are super friendly, amazing, and helpful. I knew nothing about lizards before I walked in here, and with their advice I know so much more now. Amanda got me all set up with my first lizard ever, a crested gecko. I also met Logan, and he’s just as awesome. They really really know their stuff and are passionate without being condescending in any way. What a wonderful place!

We were there on Sunday 6/12. The gal there was super knowledgeable. We are beginners, she was patient and helpful. We are all set with our environment and will go back for sure. One thing I will say is the products seemed like they were there forever; dusty and spider webs on almost everything... except the reptiles. I suspect they manage their own insects.

I don't remember the guys name, he had tattoos everywhere and was super nice and informative. Very knowledgeable and made gecko recommendations based off of what my current set up already was and while I didn't buy a new friend that day I'll definitely return once I decide which one I want. They have lots of good looking reptiles and the prices aren't overwhelming either.

This store was amazing! The gentleman working was so friendly and patient, I apologize for not getting his name. He talked to us for a while & we even were there while he was feeding some of the reptiles, so we got to watch. He didn't mind that at one point there were so many kids in the store, not once did he act annoyed or inconvenienced. He didn't mind that we were there to just look, as a fun adventure to escape this summer heat. I honestly can't wait to go back, & maybe next time I'll be there for my next pet!

Honestly, a strong five stars! Store is super clean and the animals very healthy. They're really pretty! Supplies are good. Came there for millipedes but they didn't have any, but that was fine since the whole experience was amazing like walking through the jungle/forest! Would rate it 100/5 if I could!

My whole family enjoys all the incredible animals for sale. We have a ball python and they have great prices on feeder mice. I think one day soon we'll walk out with a chameleon. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. 👍🏻

Went there today for their grand opening and it was an amazing experience. I am so happy to have a reptile shop on this side of town! They had a wide variety of reptiles and amphibians that you don't often see and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up leaving with a new enclosure for our pink toe tarantula and a Western Hognose we had been searching for for ages! We had no intention of purchasing another snake but we couldn't pass up the opportunity. Would definitely recommend this shop and it will be our go-to for all things reptile.

Picked up two tarantulas from this shop on black Friday and had a great experience while I was there. One of the spiders passed away about a week after I got it and being that I am somewhat new to the hobby I reached out to the shop to see if they could give me any information on what might have happened. I wanted to know if there was something that I may have done incorrectly to try to avoid that in the future. The shop responded that it would be hard to say without seeing it which was understandable, but to my surprise they offered to replace the spider which was fantastic and I did not expect or ask for that. I responded that it would be very nice of them to do and asked if I could come into the shop a couple days later when I had the time. They never responded. The day I was available to go into the shop I messaged them again, and still no response. I have not reached out via phone or stopped into the shop to ask about the replacement because I do not know who I was talking to on facebook messenger and if they would even know what I was talking about when I went in. I am still giving 3 stars because my initial experience was really good, I just wish they wouldn't have said they would do something and then completely ignore me when it came time to follow through with itEdit: the shop has replaced the tarantula for me as originally stated. I have updated my review to 5 stars. I ended up picking up another T while I was there and had a really quick and helpful experience. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for reptiles and invertebrates.

Love the new shop. All the animals look well taken care of when I've come in along with proper husbandry (which is super nice as I've been to some shops where the animals look terrible and their husbandry is terrible). The employees are always super nice and helpful. I have also heard them explaining how to properly care for certain animals to other customers which is a huge PLUS.

I've been here several times, and everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. The shop carries lizards, snakes, frogs, isopods, a large selection of tarantulas and more. They also have feeders, enclosures, and pretty much all the things you would need. Thanks for opening in the neighborhood!

Super fun to visit! Just went in to buy some suplements today and it was very fun to simply look at the diversity of what they had avalible! Staff was helpful and answered my questions, store was very clean, and best of all the animals had wonderful and spacious holding enclosures. A lovely gem of a place!!

I go for the feeders, one of the few places that stocks dubias. Haven't purchased an animal from here but environments are always clean and animals looks healthy and cared for. Staff is always knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

Been to alot of reptile stores here in AZ. I have 4 sav monitors. I build my own habitats and im always looking for gud deals. This store is very knowledgeable and even better the prices are where they should be, every other store I've been to waaaay over priced sometimes even over double the price it should be. BEST PLACE IN ARIZONA OMG me and my girlfriend had the best experience here! We walked in just to look, I knew she had wanted a Pacman frog but I didn't intend to buy that day but the girl there was so nice and so helpful and knew a lot about them, she was super cool to talk to and showed us one of the axolotl she had.
