I have been taking my two dogs here for about 7 months now and they absolutely love it. Zoom Room has been great for the different needs of my dogs - my puppy attended Puppy Preschool, Puppy Plus, and now Obedience 1, which are helping her grow into a more confident and well-behaved dog. My 8 year old dog is in Obedience 2 and Agility 2, which has taught her some new useful skills, keeps her enriched, and gets her exercise. My pup also goes to the monthly playgroups and has the time of her life. Going to so many different classes, we have met most of the trainers on staff and can honestly say they are all wonderful. We work primarily with Oliver, Mikey, and Charlotte, who are all so knowledgeable and patient. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. It’s terrific to be able to take the dogs to an agility class or playgroup to get out some energy in a cool and safe place during the hot AZ summer!

I have been coming to Zoom Room for a little over a year now with my dog Maisie and we have had nothing but the best experience. I will say, I got very lucky with Maisie, but the way she has grown over the past year can be accredited to her training at Zoom Room. We have worked a lot with Colin and he is a fantastic trainer, he is very kind and honest with you and tells you like it is. Recently, we have had classes with the other trainers, Mikey and Charlotte, and they both have been amazing. They are very kind and professional and work well with the pups in class.The obedience classes we have gone to are always very informative and engaging. They incorporate fun games into the classes to keep things lively. Each class is always different so it never gets too repetitive, but your dog is given the opportunity to transition to higher level classes and expand on their skills.All the staff at Zoom Room are amazing and very kind. The facility is always clean and they have an amazing wall of treats and toys. I will continue to take Maisie and our new dog, Leo, to Zoom Room because they are truly the best :)

People think working Service K9s and their handlers just magically stay trained together. Nothing could be further from the truth. I’m fortunate in that my disability usually doesn’t affect my personal mobility. So bringing in Asia to have fun doing “non-working” stuff like agility stretches her skills, helps us work together as a pair, continues her reinforcement of focusing on me instead of her surroundings. And it forces me to be better for her. Love these guys! The crew here is very knowledgeable and works really hard with us. And now she is wiped out from tonight’s class!!! Thanks for all you guys do!

We had our first Puppy Pre-School Class today with our 12-week old shepherd puppies. The class was wonderful and our instructor was awesome! They welcomed us with open arms!Our puppies learned some new commands, and got a lot of their energy out!Thank you so much!

I love their approach to dog training. I have a 4 1/2 month old puppy attending puppy classes and 3 1/2 year-old attending obstacle training. Really enjoying both and both dogs absolutely love it as well. Very happy I found this place.

We LOVE taking our dogs to Zoom Room! Whether you are looking to train, socialize, or shop for a new toy or some delicious treats, there is something for everyone here. The classes are well structured and there is a lot of great information for owners to learn in each session. Our dogs love going to class because they earn treats the entire time! We also have tried out personal training sessions as well, and picked up more great tips for working through specific behaviors. The facility is well run and very clean. Colin and his team are amazing and we appreciate all the great things we have learned and love being part of the Zoom Room family!

We love Zoom Room! I was looking for a place to train our new puppy Raven (actually, the training is for humans). We started out with private lessons since Raven, a rescue pup, is a little shy. Colin has been great not only teaching the basics but addressing our specific concerns. We have now started group classes which are so much fun! I really like the mix of working on basic commands, games to reinforce the training and even tricks. Zoom Room is a very clean facility. It is well stocked with treats, toys and other items you can purchase if you wish. I have found everything about Zoom Room to be of high quality and would highly recommend it.

I’ve now been attending classes at Zoom Room Arrowhead for about 6 weeks with my dog Maxx and I’m so glad I went with them and not classes at one of the big box pet stores. Colin and Rey both are excellent and very knowledgeable. I always leave feeling super confident with new things to practice at home. Maxx is making so much progress, but more importantly, I’m learning how to work with him since dog training is completely new to me. We love Zoom Room!

I have been coming here for about a year or so for obedience and agility. I primarily use it to upgrade my training area and use it for distraction training with other dogs around. It's been a great place to do so and to learn new tricks or ways to refocus the dog. Colin and Ray have been wonderful trainers and understanding whenever things go wrong. I would recommend it not just for the training but the wonderful toys and treats that they have.

Unfortunately I trusted the Zoom Room website that their trainers would ensure a safe environment. My 11.4 pound puppy attended a puppy playgroup and less than 10 minutes into the session was stepped on by a very large Great Dane puppy. My puppy screamed in pain and the "trainer" started yelling at me to "get out!" and as I carried my screaming puppy out he mockingly shouted to all the other owners "She's just a drama queen!"My puppy would not bear weight on the injured foot. X-rays showed there were no broken bones, so the veterinarian bandaged her leg and we waited a week until the bandage was removed to find out if she needed an MRI to assess ligament injury.Fortunately when her bandage was removed she was no longer lame so no ligament injury. We had an almost $500 veterinary bill from her injury at the Zoom Room and the owner/manager never contacted us. The "trainer" said he would refund our $25 puppy play group fee and did not.

Gus gets so excited to come to class. Tyler is very sweet and has great tips to get the most out of our training. The facility is clean and has a great selection of items. We frequent the treat wall when the ones we brought aren’t working.

Ray is an awesome trainer, my dog is always so excited to see her when we go to class. You can tell she cares about the dogs (and their humans) and ultimately wants everyone to have a positive and fun learning experience. Both my pup and I have learned so much while attending training at Zoom Room and they’ve helped him become the good boy he is.

Went there for the Zoom Room grand opening and it was amazing! Great prices on the toys and treats with a HUGE selection. Tons of yummy bones all over the store. They had fun activities like pet safe donuts, and explained all the ingredients for us just in case we were worried. There was free ice cream for the humans and free photos. Lots of space in the fun zone for dogs to run around and train on their equipment. The owner was there and greeting people. We got to speak with him for a bit and he showed us his dog (who is part Ridgeback like our baby ❤). Everyone was extremely friendly and we even got some training pointers. Thanks for the great day guys! We will be back.

We really can't say enough about Zoom Room and Colin's training. We are learning so much and our little goofball, Hamilton, seems to love his lessons. Love the positive or is that pawsitive reinforcement? Also the business is run really well. Lessons are easy to schedule and purchases are easy once your account is set up online. AND the Zoom Room is impeccably clean. Really amazing.

Our pup had one class and was told that he has to do 30 minute classes before rejoining group classes… Seems like a ploy to get more expensive training sessions out of those of us who are cashing in on the Black Friday special. We live 30 minutes away and will not drive an hour there and back for a 30 minute individual session when we already pay a dog trainer $150 an hour to come to our home.Edit: the owner called shortly after this review was posted and his response wasn’t a gold star example of outstanding customer service by any means. Rather than apologizing and asking how he could make things right, he was condescending and insulting. He pointed out that he is going to respond to my review here, which I welcome, that is the point of this platform. Anyone who reads my reviews will note that the majority of my reviews are positive and those that aren’t positive are fair reviews. It takes a lot to get a one star review from me. I’ve had owners contact me and go out of their way to make things right and I appreciate that and update their reviews to reflect this as I realize that we all make mistakes and/or have bad days, but sadly, I haven’t seen that in this situation, so, my review stands. The owner even implied that my sweet pooch is aggressive which simply isn’t true. I have had aggressive pets and will be the first to recognize this and not allow them around other pooches or people for everyone’s safety. This little guy goes to Learning Pawsibilities regularly, dog parks, and is a social butterfly with other pooches (adding pics of him with other pooches at learning paws)

My dog Walter and I have loved taking classes at the Zoom Room. They have a great selection of toys as well as treats that are limited ingredients. First we did private training lessons which I found very helpful in remediating some of the "problems" Walter had. The trainer was very knowledgable. Since then Walter and I have been enjoying the agility classes. They are very fun and well organized. We will definitely be attending classes at Zoom Room for awhile!

We are taking our timid rescue dog Java to training classes. We thought she would like doing agility courses. Since she's so timid we started with private classes to get her used to training, socializing and building her confidence. Yesterday her trainer set up some agility stuff to see if she would be receptive to it. She's a natural. She ran right up the a-frame ramp and down. Got up on the platform and sat. Jumped right over the hurdles and jumped through the tire (this took some coaxing at first). She looked so happy and really seemed to be enjoying herself. It was fun to see her in her element! All of the staff here are great (we've had several trainers) including the owner. They are strict on their rules regarding vaccinations and I appreciate it. Everything is clean and well organized. I can't wait to get our puppy started on classes and to see Java grow in her abilities and confidence.

We love Zoom Room! It’s a great mental workout for my pup Queso and he is always so happy to attend class. All of the trainers are great—Oliver is a favorite and is very aware of the needs of each pup in class. I’d recommend Zoom Room to anyone who wants a hassle-free, straightforward, and fun opportunity to train their dog. It was a good orientation but the music was so loud we had a hard time hearing the person giving the orientation. Plus the music didn’t even work right: it was stop and start and stop and start. Turning it down significantly would help everyone to hear better, humans and dogs.

It’s been months since we’ve attended a class, but we LOVED our experience here!!! We brought our dog daughter, Frida, to puppy preschool classes when we first got her.They have weekend classes for puppies that aren’t yet fully vaccinated to help socialize them - which is extremely beneficial for pups. She also learned SEVERAL tricks over the 6-8ish classes that we took her to; which we weren’t even expecting! They even do some cute, mini competitions for free treats!They offer a free initial training/tutorial class for owners that was incredibly helpful before taking our pup there for the first time to explain processes and procedures.Colin is AWESOME. Incredibly knowledgeable and very good at teaching us, the owners, how to train our own dogs.Overall 5 stars! We loved our time there and I feel like our pup really benefited from it. If it were in our budget I would absolutely return
