They need to go back to full service cashiers and not all the self checkouts. Usually only 1 lane with a real cashier. I am not a cashier! And recently they got rid of a lot of products we buy regularly. The remodel is supposed to be a good thing - it's NOT. Might have to start going elsewhere. Bummer because this is close and staff are nice and prices fair.UPDATE 5/5/24. 1 CASHIER on a Saturday!!! Seriously??? You pretty much have to use self checkout or stand in line 30 minutes. SMH

Walmart neighborhood market has some great employees. Deb (near the cashier) helped me find a basket, was so nice, and professional. Mike (stocking in frozen section) helped me find multiple products and was so helpful. I was struggling with too many things and Candy (cashier area) went out of her way to find me a cart . She went and got me one from outside. They all definitely deserve a raise. I will continue to shop here because of Deb, Candy, and Mike!

This place is going down hill in a hurry with their " Remodeling" more self checkouts is all they are doing and going to paid prefered self checkouts..... WTH people dont want self checkouts! The remodeled Frys on bell and 67th got our business.

I actually hate shopping at the Walmart Supercenter, I avoid it like the plague, however I do enjoy shopping here.Neighborhood markets are basically just the grocery side of Walmart. I find this location to be clean, and have pretty much all that I need.Variety is good, and so are prices. I like that you don’t have to have a store “card” to save money.Staff is friendly, they at least bag your groceries instead of standing around waiting for you to do it, I’m looking at you Fry’s.My one complaint is the parking lot, it’s really rough so your cart shakes violently when pushing groceries to the car. It would definitely make a huge difference to repave it and smooth it out.

First time going to this store and I was very pleased. It's just the right size and has a great variety of product. The staff was super nice. A lady at the deli helped me find taziki dip, and when it was out of stock on the shelf, she went to the back and found some for me. Then I had a pleasant conversation with Rose at the checkout. I'm definitely going back.

I went in here for the first time a few days ago and was pleasantly impressed. Clean, well organized and a better than average variety. It's like a good supermarket, with good prices. I only wanted doughnuts for a group of friends, but I'll be back to do my shopping here in the future. I l UK keep that you get the good prices without any "loyalty" cards or giving them your personal information.

I lost 70 doller Walmart stole my 70 dollee from otc I know left money in cards I spend about 54 doller foods and it failed won't work I go other cashier and still fail and I m ask service customer and they not helpfully and I came home called otc uhc card they said I have balance nothing on cards they lie and stole my money please don't go that Walmart on thunderbird and 75 Ave I not go there again warning people they can stole your money

Best thing about Walmart NM is its size and NOT being the horrendous super center with wild children racing each other down every aisle.Worst thing is the replacement of human staffed checkout lanes with effing self checkout.

Super convenient and quick! All the "normal grocery" items you need in a jam. So great to be able to get in and out of the store in a short amount of time and not have to wait in long lines! This neighborhood market has great deals on BBQ / Grilling needs as well.

Clean, brightly lit, well-stocked, easy to find what we wanted, quick checkout. And because it's a Walmart Neighborhood Market, it's fast and easy to get from your vehicle to the store and back. When you just want food, skip the Supercenters and save a ton of time and energy here.

Walmart has the best prices. Items identical will cost more at another retailer. So you money goes farther. The neighborhood markets that Walmart has built areA great way to shop in person to compare and choose what you need, without the overwhelming amount of items at a Super Walmart. Not quite as much walking either. They have these express checkouts that are do it yourself and they are like the regular checkouts without the person. I like doing it myself simply so I can bag it in my pickyAnd particular ways. They even have little conveyor belts to unload the cart. I like them for their size and the selection is just right.

Do not shop at this Walmart this, Walmart is terrible the bathroom are disgusting The manager her name is Mary is very rude. The chicken taste like bleach I don’t think they wash their hands and the products here are way to overpriced. And it feels like a zombie apocalypse in this WalmartI oblige anyone from shopping here at this location.

Nice store for groceries, toiletries, and basic household items. In a great location and plenty of staff. Nice to go in here when you don't want to deal with crowd of people....just run in and out! Also has produce, deli, and nice selection of baked items.

First time going to a neighborhood market. This one is less busy than any Walmart I’ve ever been to, which is nice. I was able to look and get help finding something from an employee. That has never happened to me at any store. I’ll definitely be coming back. 4 stars because they don’t carry my monster rehab peach

This is our most frequented Walmart in the area. Yes some of the items are more expensive than the super Walmart but to not have to deal with TONS of people and bad lots of bad drivers in the parking lot it is worth it. Plus Rose and Gene make it so much nicer shopping there. They are always so sweet and helpful. I might just go to this one to see Rose and Gene. Haha

Nice newer store. They built it about 5 years ago. Well maintained. Always clean and kept well stocked. Not usually too busy. Conveniently located right next to Christian Brothers Automotive so it's easy to drop your car off for an oil change or repair and knock out your shopping or just kill time while you're waiting.

Andrea in the pharmacy was very rude to me when I came in to get my second vaccine. She treated me like I was incompetent because I didn't know they were going to lunch in 15 min or that the vaccine needs to thaw overnight or that they have to observe me for 15 min. All simple explanations delivered to me in the most insensitive and placating way possible. Ive worked in healthcare for 10 years and Andrea definitely needs more patient care and consideration training I wish I didn't have to go back but at least the manager Stephen heard me out and apologized and will make an effort to address my complaint.
