photo order has been ready for over 4 days and the manager tried to tell me it wasn't there. he looked it up in the computer and said i didn't order anything since November. despite me showing him the order was ready. after arguing he actually looked in other bins. i also ordered a custom magnet and an employee left it on a shelf. i never got a call that my ship to store was ready. the manner manager tried telling me that wasn't there either. barely helped me without me begging him to look but he was more than happy to help search shelves for a pretty blonde. very racist.

I had a wonderful experience today when I went in to get my prescriptions. I dealt with the nicest lady her name is Kari she had a wonderful energy and I liked her vibe. Thank u for being a great pharmacy tech.

Tim from the pharmacy was so super helpful and friendly. I can't thank him enough for helping me with my medicine. Thank you again,I've been having a real tough time lately and you went out of your way to help me figure out my out of stock medication issue. I would rate this Walgreens a “.5” star or less, but the rating system didn't let me. I went in this place around 8:50pm and need to use their restroom because it was needed reall bad because of a medical condition currently. But (two white ladies) they said "No" and turned me away. I was very polite and never shows dislike. The excuse was that they had just clean it. I've been a Walgreens member for years and always buy expensive medicine there all the time, plus other general items. And just because of this I am going to cancel the membership and never go to any Walgreens ever again I hope this gets to the owners of the Walgreens on 75th & Thunderbird.

Photo center wasted hours of our time.We needed passport photos for our newborn. We went there Sunday afternoon and were told we had to come back when the photo guy was in because he was running late. We came back two and half hours later and he still wasn’t there. Someone else on the staff kindly offered to take the pictures to have them developed later.We got a call the next day to come pick them up. There was a new photo guy there who was very helpful. It took him a while to find our pictures. Once he found them, we found, that they were of a different baby. They had to take new pictures. They developed them quickly. Then we went to our passport appointment the next day and the pictures they took had shadows so the passport office denied them.Just go to CVS they have nice Kodak machines.

This Walgreens is the best location I have ever gone to. They are friendly, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. From the Manage Cory, the Pharmacists Tim and Beth to all the wonderful staff in pharmacy, to the from staff such as Roxanne. There the best and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Pharmacy was rude as hell. I was trying to reach Village Medical but reached the pharmacy by mistake. I told the pharm tech that I couldn’t take down the number because I was driving, and she hung up on me without trying to help me resolve the issue. I would give a 0 if I could. Have some common courtesy.

Messed up my passport photos which my sister was going to take back to Canada. The day of her flight we realized it was smudged with black ink. I went back that day to complain. The assistant manager said the picture wasn't the right size even though I gave the manager the right dimensions. He resized the photos and said he'd bring it to the manager's attention. I explained that I now need to courier the photos to Canada since my sister already left. He said it would have to come out of manager's pocket. When I called the manager, he refused to take responsibility and reimburse me the $80 courier fee. When I asked for the number of the district manager he said he wasn't allowed to give it out. I found the number on the internet and plan to complain. Incompetent!

The need to do better on helping customers. The pharmacy of this store has a terrible customer service. People waiting online and no one got help. They have one representative who works for both drives through and inside . They need to hire more people so old people can not wait for long period !

Again if I could review this a 0 stars yeah of course I would! of course I have to give them at least one to be able to leave for a review. I tried to exchange a TENS unit that I used for my back pain but has not worked since I got it as a gift. It is a Walgreens brand. The manager they called up his name was Jeremy and he said that they do not carry that. As a loyal customer and patient of the pharmacy there I told him that it was purchased at the store. He proceeded to tell me that they did not carry that which I know is a lie I'm writing this review because not only did he not look like a manager with his disheveled and smelly and stained shirt he did not look in any way professional. I left because he couldn't help, let alone shower and wash his clothes.

Roxanne needs to be given an A+ for her excellent customer service! So happy to have had her take care of me when i called in to search for a product i needed. She was sweet, caring and made sure I was happy customer. Wish we had more people like her at every company! God bless you!

The pharmacy at this Walgreens does not care about your health or well being period! This store I used to have high regards for but over the last year they pharmacy as taken a huge step backwards in their costumer service. You name the bad service they check the all marks. Amazing amazing staff!!first time shopping at this location and the staff were all very helpful and very friendly, other locations that I frequent are the total opposite. Definitely will go out of my way to frequent this location. Especially when the staff goes out of their way to help you save money.

The people who work in the pharmacy are very inconsistent, different employees gave me different prices for the same product. They also told me that my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, but after 1 HOUR of WAITING they were only able to provide me with 27 of the 30 pills that I ordered. Instead I left and went to Sam's Club to order my medication.

Long long waits, and last week when i picked up my prescriptions I was asked by the pharmacy tech why I seemed so confused, there was nothing to be confused about, that came out of left field and is totally innapropriate to say to a customer. I will be looking for a different pharmacy soon.

Kept giving me wrong prescription, couldn't get anyone to help not even corporate and even tried switching locations but no luck. Cant decide should i switch to Walmart or Frys pharmacy??
