I worked for sprouts for 3 months. Pretty much everyone is a kind, normal human being…. EXCEPT for Patrick. He is one of the managers and from the get go he was rude. Trying to make me feel bad for only being able to work part time (even though that’s what I applied for). He's a very short (in both instances), rude, and disrespectful person. The day I was fired by him I had come in with a badly sprained ankle, that I had pushed through the day before to work my hours and not be a burden to the team (specifically because he refused to let me work any other job that would have been less taxing on my injury). I had called him that morning, and told him my ankle was much worse because I had pushed it yesterday. I said I was still willing to come in and do what I can but i might have to leave early. He said okay, just come in. So I pushed myself to get ready, wrapped my ankle, made a lunch and went. As soon as my shift was to start Christina (another manager), told me Patrick wanted to speak with me. I walked all the way from the front of the store, to the back, back to the front just for him to tell me I’m fired for “performance”. Considering I had been told by Christina herself that my performance was really good, I asked “what do you mean?” He rudely just said the same thing over again and said he didn’t need to tell me why I’m being fired, I’m just fired. He’s a small man with a small brain that can’t form a simple sentence on an employees termination. That’s what I got out of that anyway. So many things this could lead too…. Is it wrongful termination? Did he exasperated my injury by not allowing simple changes to my work? Hmmmm… maybe a lawyer will know.Everyone else is awesome (maybe not Christina), but if you plan to work there WATCH OUT FOR PATRICK.

Great meats in the meat department. I try and pick up filet mignon when i come by. Very nice looking and tasting cuts. Also, in store they are now charging 10 cents for a heavy duty plastic bag so bring your own or use theirs.

I absolutely love Sprouts grocery. They have everything that my family needs to complete our list. I would like to give some customer feedback.We now have to pay for grocery bags (.10/bag) or bring your own. I’m thrilled about this, we should be doing this all over!!!! The snag is -that if a cashier checks you out there IS NOT any assistance in bagging your items IN YOUR OWN BAGS, and then you are left holding up the line which in my case causes me anxiety (and I know I’m not alone in this)I bag my own and opt for the self check out bc it offers more organization and I can just get it done even thought it takes longer. (I could never bring my toddler on a run due to this inefficiency- me personally)It would be helpful if when they designed the newer self check out stations that they had a conveyer belt to assist with a persons FULL cart grocery run.Or to train or - have a PRESENTED system to the patrons where the cashier is more helpful in getting our bags we brought filled so we can not hold up the line. (I have literally been asked by a cashier do you want me to just put this in here) 🤯🤯🤯I love the stock there, I believe there is a fault in this system- and wanted to leave my thoughts here.Thank you.

called the store to order a fresh organic turkey on Nov 16th for Nov 21st pick up. I was told by an employee that I had to order it online. so I did. I got an email confirmation that everything was good and the order was set. I just got a text and email stating they were out. after calling the store, the store manager said ordered it wrong on their website so I didn't get mine reserved. The turkey was already paid for on the day I ordered it. my money was refunded but I was told that I ordered for pick up through insta cart and I was supposed to order it a different way?? Patrick just called me as I’m writing this review so this is an edit. I’ve have spoken to him about 3 times by now. He said he got me a bird the size I ordered and to pick up by 7pm. Mike is the one who dug around and found it for me. Thanks Patrick & Mike for turning this around. I appreciate you!!

Used to be a great store and one of my favorites. Now prices are sky high, and it’s all self checkout. I go maybe once every other month and always leave annoyed.

Very RUDE young guy leaning all on the counter on November 26, at 1137am looked uninterested in his job, at the self checkout looked at me and my sister and offered 0 help! NONE!!! Very insulting!Actually, I went back in store to complain, and he disappeared!Would be 0 stars, BUT JIM THE EMPLOYEE AMBASSADOR, APOLOGIZED, AND HELPED BEYOUND THE CALL OF DUTY! BROUGHT A SMILE TO MY FACE!PERFECT EXAMPLE OF AN EXCELLENT WORKER GOING THE EXTRA MILE! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SOUL! He reminded me of Stan Lee, definitely came to the rescue!That young guy, needs to be retrained, what a bad representation for Sprouts!

Saw they had Swordfish. Fresh beautiful steaks. I am embarrassed not to have noticed the name of counter gal - wonderfully friendly and helpful(7AM Saurday 12th). Bought rockfish too.Eggplant.Returned one week later for scallops. Folks so friendly I got chatting and left my order behind. Drove back to get it.Beautiful orchid too.

Sprouts has $5 sushi on Wednesday. Unlike the “other store”, their sushi is fresh, and all of it is $5 not just the old stuff. When I walk into “the other store” and can smell fish, I immediately know what is going on. They are using soon to be outdated fish to make sushi. If you go in to a store and can smell fish, I recommend you leave asap. When you go to sprouts, especially this one, you WILL never smell fish. Choose wisely. These stores are trying to profit with minimal spoilage. The “other store” is two miles from my home. I drive nine miles to Sprouts.

It is a Sprouts. They are great for some stuff and silly for others. I come to Sprouts for bulk walnuts and the like. Those are great. Sometimes fruit and veg are nicely priced. Cold stuff is overpriced stiffly.

I am a frequent consumer at sprouts and I just got home from this location. There was a line backed up in the store, so I chose to go through the self check out line where there was no one there in line so I knew I could quickly go through Ron i’m pretty sure that’s what his name was. He was a tattoo gentleman Caucasian and if I remember correctly brownish hair anyway I’m hearing impaired three times I asked for assistance, and I barely got a glance of any help at all. He never did come and help me, my mangoes would not ring up, and when I asked for help, he looked completely annoyed that he had to stop doing something with a small zippered bag. I was super frustrated. He basically yelled how many do you have? he never came over to help me, and I felt completely abandoned. My wife shouldn’t have to answer my questions when I was the one that asked for help. He treated us completely like a bother, and I i’ve never been treated like this and any other sprouts I’ve been to. He was so busy doing something with some kind of zipper bag. It may have coupons or something I’m not quite sure, but all I do know is that he did not pay me any attention and didn’t help me at all other than making me feel like a complete bother.

We are regulars at this Sprouts location at least weekly and the employees at thus location are always helpful and amazing! Today I lost my phone while putting groceries in our car. The manager inside helped my fiance while I panicked and looked everywhere. I finally found it, but really appreciate how patient and kind the manager and employees were. The manager reviewed the store footage with my fiance to see if I set it down inside, which was so kind of him, and several employees asked what I was searching for to offer help. I appreciate the staff at this store so much and have never had a bad expierience here. Thank you all so much !

Very disappointed with Sprouts. I use to buy all my veggies & fruit at this store. Selection is not what it use to be and prices use to be better than the supermarket but that's no longer true. I might as well save myself an extra trip and just get all my produce and fruit at the supermarket. Oh and here's a heads up, everyone bring your own shopping bags because they charge you for their bags now.

I've been all over the us and I can say with actual facts that all sprouts are the same. Rude, garbage, and disrespectful. The cashiers believe they are in charge and when you tell them you want to bag your own groceries, they act like they didn't hear you. This last trip I told the cashier at least 3 times I wanted to bag my own groceries and she got an attitude and treated my groceries with disrespect, throwing the groceries in the table, smashing gentle produce with heavy things. Her energy was terrible afterwards. I actually hate it there.

I've shopped at Sprouts for almost 10 years. There are certain items that I get here, and certain items I buy elsewhere. It seems prices have gone up a little more at Sprouts than they have at the other stores, but I've continued to shop produce and basic items here. Of the stores I frequent, Sprouts is the one place I'm still able to bring home bags to line our trash bins. It may sound silly, but with the announcement to end plastic bags I'm going to try out Albertson's and Fry's for produce and basics.

This review is long overdue. Never in my lifetime of shopping have I experienced such horrendous and nasty hearted clerks in my life. I had an issue at this store where one of the workers here attempted to correct my child whom has a speech issue in front of customers. Mind you we home school our children and the clerk was aware of this. My children are the most sweetest kids one will meet. They are innocent. However when the clerk started to act shady towards me this is when this event happened.After she did this I was so upset that I went home and told my wife. She actually cried because she felt so offended. We called the store manager to let him know what had taken place. However we felt skeptical anything would be done due to the fact months prior I went in to shop and afterwards got into this particular clerks line and as I waited this clerk just ignored me as if I was invisible. She carried on a full on conversation with the person who was in front of me even after this customer had finished shopping and paying. They (the clerk and customer) did so in such a way it was almost hard to believe. This clerk purposely ignored me under the guise she was having a "serious conversation" with this customer. There was more that went on than I can say here. I'm just telling the quick version. I reported this to a manager then. It was after this incident I noticed the disrespect commence very strong. This was the only Sprouts within a reasonable distance so of course I still needed to shop here. I gave it a try again, as a matter of fact, I went and actually tried to make amends with the clerk who corrected my daughter in front of customers clerk as I am Christian and wanted to show forgiveness to her.I thought we were cool until she did something again very recently that was very slick and malicious. As I explained to the manger, it's mostly the older female employees (morning to afternoon shift). They come off as deep down sad women. Very sad. I'm not sure if internally they hate working for a grocery store or what but these women are just nasty and sour. They are always doing and saying conniving, passively rude remarks whenever I go into this store. Im going to start snapping photos and putting faces online here before I stop shopping here and that will be soon fortunately. Watch for the updates. These women need to be exposed. They are mean, cruel, fake as a 6 dollar bill and just wrenched at heart all the way. I don't care how nice they appear to others, it is clear to me they are as nice as their happiness will allow them to be.Meaning all it takes is to get on their bad sides and all the falsehoods of loving and caring will wash away like a river. I'm almost done with sprouts as a whole due to my experience here. But I've been a shopper for almost 10yrs so it's pretty tough. This is the short version of my experience. Just remember, it's all smiles and lollipops until you piss a worker off.Not everyone here is a jerk. A few of the male managers seem to be pretty solid, at least so far. But the old lady clerks need love or something. And I mean as soon as possibly available.Take as much time with this as you need.

Always find fresh veggies here. Prices aren't as good as they used to be IMHO, but it's worth it. They also had a special 20% off vitamins and supplements so we ended up getting some of those too.

Cheddar cheese curds!! Yeah! Delicious deli sandwiches, yeah! Sweet local beers? And great craft beer?! Yes! Hot wings? Okay is this the best sprouts or what? I know it's a local business but this is the best store out here. The staff is always really courteous and helpful but it's not just that that makes them great. I usually always have a really pleasant experience at the register, the cashier's are awesome here. This location has a good thing going for them, for sure. And it's for the benefit of all of us
