When in here to get some ratchet, straps and was watched on both ends of aisle. Probably because of how I dressed workers thought I was going to steal something when all I needed was something that was $10 and I felt so discriminated and. Treated like a A criminal when I am a hard working christian And it not only was one employee, it was like 4 or 5 of them like a gang. I felt like my rights were violated. As a human, it is not right to treat people like something. Just 'cause how they look.But the one woman that worked there, she took care of the situation and made me feel a lot better. She is a great employee, but as far as the good old boys they got working there.that is the worst Behavior we have in this country. I can't imagine if I would have been black. What day would have done? It's funny though everyone that works. There is Caucasian this Ace Hardware is definitely. Not when I would recommend anybody to shop at or take their kids in there.And seriously bothered me And the main one was a guy with the beard. With glasses in a ball cap, he was the.one who caused it all And when I confronted him about it all he could say is whatever

Very helpful staff, it is stocked with some unique stuff. They are a little pricier than the big box hardware stores but the experience is worth the price increase. You go into home Depot and you are getting helped by robots or morons. You walk in here and you'll be helped promptly and be on your way quick.

Had the best service ever at this Ace hardware location! I had to drive further to go to this one because they had the stock in the specific item I was looking for. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was asked if there was anything I needed help looking for, I said what I was there for and they not only told me where I needed to go, they walked with me there and helped me with getting my keys made themselves! Greatest customer service ever. They were so kind and patient with me. Especially since I just had an accident recently and broke my foot, among other things, and I am not getting around very quickly. If you need anything from Ace Hardware, please consider going to this store! 🙏🏻 Everyone was so amazing! Even when I went to check out, the cashier was so patient, kind, and understanding! When I say I had the best customer service, I mean it! But they were providing it to anyone who walked through the door. Best Ace Hardware trip ever!!!

Always find someone to help you, yet better, they find you! Know where the product that you’re searching for, the location. Outstanding customer service. More importantly, the products that are made by Ace Hardware have an outstanding warranty vs, that don’t!This is the only Ace Hardware I frequent because of the aforementioned.

If it's not too busy you should have no problem getting help from the employees, if it's busy at all forget about it!also they are little bit pricey, actually they're are way pricey. (for example those little kiddie pools are more expensive there than they are at the Fry's next door, and not just buy a few dollars by $10)Also they should not let the house cat roam the frys parking lot very dangerousOn the positive side it's nice to have a hardware store that you don't have to walk through a Big Box store to find what you need and then once you do get help they seem to know what they're doing

Great little store ..Clean & organized !!!!They have a nice selection of cooking woods (Apple, Peach, Pecan, Maple, Hickory, Oak and Mesquite) for us guys that BBQ without extension cords, gas bottles or pellets. 😜A great selection of hardware too!!And a nice little selection of ammo and mags.. !!!! (So great to see hardware stores carrying ammo like they use too) and the prices seemed good!!!!I will keep coming to the store and recommending it to other!.

Great store. They have so many home improvement items. Random household items you never knew you needed. The people working here treat you very nice and will help you in any way they can. Super clean place. Garden items. Construction items. Decorations. And so many things I cannot name them all.

Usually a review is positive or negative. This is a bit of both. I had an awful experience that was tempered by an obvious desire of the staff to make it right. I ordered window screens back in June and didn't get what I ordered until August. Anything possible that could go wrong... did go wrong. It ended up delaying the closing of a house I was trying to sell; costing me and my buyers time and stress. But for every issue that popped up (either caused by a store employee or the manufacturer they use), they owned it all and did what they could to make it right. Positive experience? No. But in the end, I was made whole, and I walked away with the feeling that they cared. I'm certain procedures will be reviewed and lessons learned. Will I shop there again? Yes, absolutely.

The paint matching there is not good at all. The area around the ceiling fan was repainted with the new paint that was to match the rest of the ceiling... Not a match at all.... Bummer

Received a coupon for my birthday and another larger one for even greater than the $5. So I went here instead of Home Depot. I walked around and picked out a few items I needed, only to be told at the register that they are not accepting their own coupons??What the heck kind of service is that?Not the first time this has happened at this store, but it will be the last.

Went into this location to pick up some nuts bolts and washers a young ace hardware store employee helped me and he was very knowledgeable very polite and courteous and knew where everything was at in the store. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable he was about copper aluminum bronze and Brass washers and bolts soft metals. I like going to Ace Hardware because if they don't have it nobody else does

Went there from a far away neighborhood based on a specific product availability as shown on the website. I'm an old guy with a weak bladder who takes water pills for my chronic congestive heart failure. When I arrived I politely asked about the location of what I came in for and to use the bathroom. I was told there were no customer bathrooms. Seriously, no human kindness and decency. I spent over $100.00, is it that much of an inconvenience to ask to use a bathroom? In the future I won't bother to come there no matter how much I want to avoid waiting for out of stock merchandise to arrive from other vendors.

Friendly and helpful from the start! I was greeted by employees outside, inside, and everywhere else in between to ensure that I could find exactly what I needed in the size I needed, which happened to be a plastic kiddie pool in a medium size. They brought several from the back storage for me to look at and I was on my way. Diverse selection of products inside as well.

About six weeks ago I was in this store while out running errands. I needed to take a leak. I asked one of the employees if I could use the restroom. I was told the their restroom was not for public use as a public facility due to city code. That is a friggin lie. Usually that would warrant no more business from me. I choose to let it slide because it is half a mile away from my home.I want in today for three things. I found the first on my own, I was looking for the second of the other two when I was asked if I needed help. I was walked over to a location and pointed to a direction and told that one item I was looking for was right there. I asked where, and that led to five minutes of searching all the places I just looked myself. In the meantime, I was told by this employee that the store just had a major remodel, lied to again. That store was remodeled a few years back when owners changed. Not since. So this employee tells me that he will go check the computer, so I ask where the other item i am looking for is. After aimlessly walking down a few isles I was told right here, complete with pointing. My issue with this was he was pointing to the items I had found on my own and not the item I had yet to find.I prefer to ride a bicycle, there is not a proper place to lock up a bicycle at this store. That combined with lying incompetent help. I will never enter this ace again. What a ridiculous set of experiences I have had here

Terrible Ace. I needed help finding something and not one employee asked me if I needed help and several employees had walked right past me, looked at me and continued walking. They weren't busy and even had someone just standing at the front of the store doing nothing!

Always like Ace. Their prices are to high but it is convenient. If you need sales help with something you must come here. You will not find service to the customer at Home Depot or Lowes.

Been going here for about 5 years. We have always been able to get help , mostly as soon as we walk in. Its a tiny store, but it’s stocked well, Always! Staff are great, very informative and helpfully. We have been able to run in , find what we came for& more and get home without all the walking, searching and hair pulling going to Home Depot and trying to get someone in the dept you need help in . Good luck there! I prefer getting all the help I need as soon as I walk in, no hunting needed. And they come to you!
