There's this older Mexican guy with tattoos on his face that works the register and he REALLY MAKES GOING TO THIS LOCATION SO ENJOYABLE!!! He is the MOST POSITIVE, OUTGOING & HELPFUL store employee that I have EVER had the pleasure of running into, not just at Petsmart, but at any retail store that I have EVER been to!I really hope that they promote this guy to a manager position, because a SUPER POSITIVE ATTITUDE like his will influence the rest of the staff to aspire to his AWESOME DISPOSITION!If you go to this Petsmart location, you won't be disappointed (as long as he is on duty)! I promise that you will find this to be as great an experience as I did! Go check it out!

We have been going to Petsmart Groomers for years now, especially with our baby girl Athena. As she has always had a unique appearance from many other long haired dachshunds, we pride ourselves on having her groomed to fit her look and stand out. This location has definitely given us some bumps along the way but the customer service of the groomers, along with the stores management have made the experiences pleasant. I definitely would recommend finding a groomer who has many years under the belt as it goes along way, I would highly suggest going to see Lindee for sure at this location, she is a doll. Thank you for taking the time to read through my review, much appreciated, and I do hope you take the opportunity to experience this groomers for yourself :)

The groomer from Petsmart told us that it would take a few hours to take a bath n wash our dog. It only took 20 minutes. Our dog wasn't clean properly, n seemed like they only raised her fast n dried her. She wasn't necessarily clean. This happened 2X. We paid the amount that was due n was not done well for the money we paid. It was done unprofessional n quick. Our dog was not clean. They R always in a hurry n not taking time. No very unprofessional n their service sucks!! We will never take our dog for any service that is required to her..

Went to the grooming department and Samson was rude and nasty, he was not part of a conversation I was having with another grooming person and thought he would through his 2 cents into conversation. I left then walked back in, he didn’t see me and he was talking smack about the situation. Very unprofessional.Been taking same dog to get nails trimmed for 2 years. They keep telling me I have a expired rabies, we keep brining in to them and get promises they will update. They don’t! The grooming department was nasty! Never been treated like that their!!! Other then the lack of follow through the last couple times!!!!

Very nice place. People are friendly. I thought their prices were really high but after trying several mobile groomers it turned out they were all basically the same so I went back to Petsmart.

I have loved bringing my dog here for the past few years. Unfortunately this past Saturday he had a grooming apt. and came back home with a TICK and scratches along his belly. When I called the store, the lady was rude and pretty much said he didn't get the tick there. We have zero bushes, trees, landscaping in our backyard and he has never had a tick. Check your dogs before leaving there.

The staff was very polite and caring towards my little guy. He is always so scared when he goes to places like that and they are so comforting towards him. They also sent me a message telling me how he was doing and that I could pick him up. When I got there to pick him up, they were sitting next to him talking to him. He was not out in a cage until I came. I greatly appreciate that.

Great help there a guest had his kid there and i asked him how to get a dog to eat a joint hip pill he said peanut butter it worked thanks and Mom get the kid a bird he'll do great

Worse service ever. I went into buy a do create and dog beds. There was no one to help with anything... We go to the check out... I cant figure out to unlock my debt card. The cashier was seriously rude to me.... The store was about to close so she literally moved my stuff out the way and check someone else out. I told her when i get rushed i have panic disordered and she got even ruder and started smerking at the fact that i was already frustrated.You woyld think after spend 411.82 that u would get treated alot diffrent.

Do not take your dog to the groomer her!! I mean it! I was at the checkout and there was a dog yellping and when I looked over the groomer with red hair was pulling the dogs ear hair out. Hard. When I said something to an employee they bruished it off and said that dog just does that. Well I would do that too if you had your fingers in my ears ripping my hair out!
