The customer service here is great. We were asked multiple times if we needed help, and everyone was really nice.Only reason for 4/5 -Store to store inventory is incorrect. We were sent to this location when there weren't any of the item we needed in stock. One location tells us there are 4 in this inventory. After an additional 20 min drive, turns out they had none in stock.We ended up ordering our appliance online from Home Depot

One of the cleaner Lowe’s I’ve been to. The associates here are respectful and helpful which is always a plus. I would recommend this Lowe’s if you are in the area for home improvement needs or tools/work needs.

Usually go to the McDowell/Dysart Lowes, but came here on a quick trip. Rudy in the power tool department was extremely helpful and got me the tool, adapter, and battery pack I needed to get the work done. Great service.

Nobody wants to help. 2 employees were talking to each other then sent me to the wrong area. One guy was nice and helped out. While checking out. The cashier had a customer on the phone with a question, the cashier asked, the employee, in the paint dept, and he yelled, "I don't know " I wish more people would do their job or quit.

"The cashier was extremely rude to us, ordering us to move faster even though it wasn't necessary. He barely spent two minutes with us and quickly closed the screen for card payment, not allowing me to send my receipt to my email. I felt discriminated against, and my daughter did too. He spent around 15 minutes with white persons the previous customer, showing a lot of patience, but with us, he was very impatient. It seems like he is not qualified to do his job, and his ineptitude, mediocrity, and bad attitude are what is destroying our state and country. this happened around 12 pm at the garden on 5/12/24 I hope any manager takes the proper actions.

This is the best Lowe’s store to go to for waiting around. The buttons at areas where items are locked up are there for your entertainment to hear the amount of times you hear your request for help over the intercom with no help in sight. On the bright side, if you go near the exit area or employee hang out spot, you’ll see your friendly useless employee ready to ignore you.

Won't do a cash refund on a $1.60 bag of screws. I guess Lowe's needs the money worse than me. I am sure that had they done the simple thing and given me the cash refund. That Lowe's would have had to declare Chapter 11 bankruptcy because or it. I'll spend my money and time more wisely in the future and shop elsewhere.

Showed up to my house without telling me or calling to pick up a return and picked up a Home Depot order that was delivered to the house instead. Refused to take responsibility and refund their mistake. Rude and incompetent. When I call executive customer service they stated that the store did not follow Lowes policy when they offered to pick up the return and that is somehow my fault their manager does not follow corporate policy. I bought two toilets from them and both were cracked. I bought three of the same brand from Home Depot and no issues.

Now I know why I use Home Depot.. My brother bought a dryer and it came with the wrong cord. I came back in my company outfit for the electric company I work for, went to customer service, asked to swap out the cord for the cheaper 3 prong from 4. She asked me for a receipt which I said I didn't have because I'm the installer not the purchaser. She went on about how she needs my ID to refund onto a card and that she normally wouldn't do it but she's making an exception. Then to use this stupid card you guys gave me I still need to scan my ID?!! For $30!!!! Nonsense!!! Total nonsense over $30. I'm glad I didn't buy the dryer because I would be returning it over terrible customer service. 1230 afternoon

I don’t understand if you work at the front check out, and you want to help somebody you should ask before you just start helping someone, and if the person doesn’t want the help, then you don’t need to get upset about it and then don’t say have a good day after I pay for my things. Unfortunately there isnt enough negative stars to express my dissatisfaction with Lowes. I purchased carpet from Lowes and because of a time crunch I decided to have them install the carpet. What a mistake!! They use a company named Eclipse who in my opinion are incompetent installers. The whole process took five (5) months. The first person to come out to measure didnt show up on time (4 hours late) and its a rental property so no one was there. The the installers showed up an hour late and put a puzzle piece together using the carpet. I have a relatively small room and they cut the carpet into 4 pieces. Then the seams obvious and they cut the carpet too short so it didnt fit the room. It then took 2 weeks for an inspector to come out and then another 2 weeks to have them try to fix it. They couldnt fix the carpet that was cut too short and were not given the correct tools according to the installer to reseam the carpet. It then took another 2 weeks to have another inspector come out and 4 weeks to order new carpet and schedule an install. They brought out defective carpet and had to send it back. Lowes wouldnt reorder the carpet until Eclipse brought the defective carpet back to them. As many times as I called and explained that issue was theirs to deal with, not mine, it didnt matter. I still had to wait. By this time I had called BBB and got someone from the Executive team to work with. Although he was pleasant on the phone, there was nothing he could do to change the incompetent installers or inferior product sold by Lowes. They tried again to install the carpet and clearly left a puzzle piece of seams. By this time I had already lost 4 months worth of income from rent and decided that there was nothing Lowes could or would do for me. I will never shop at Lowes again and I tell everyone who will listen about my experience and to stay away from Lowes installation team even if it costs a little more, in the end you will be saving money and the headache of dealing with Lowes and their employees. In addition, they chipped the tile adjacent to the carpet

Had a few issues. To long to go into. Bought appliances. Paige, my sales person is the absolute best. Unfortunately, I did ask for her when I returned, it turns out it was her day off. I asked the male person name starts with a C, if she could get credit for the sale, his reply, system doesn't let us do that. HE LIED. I found out when I had to return due to receiving the wrong range. Paige, thankfully was there and she fixed everything. She also called me twice after the exchange delivery to be sure all was well. Point of this is if you go to this Lowe's in need of appliances please see PAIGE. BE SURE YOU ONLY WORK WITH HER. The other kudos go to manager KOLBY. He is great also. So. PAIGE, THANK YOU FOR DOING YOUR JOB LIKE A PRO. I WILL REFER EVERYONE I CAN TO SEE YOU. 👀 😉 😊

Nice Lowes. Helpful staff and a great garden center. The only downsides I experienced was that they only had one of the checkout lines open in the garden center, and it was busy and backed upped. I looked for a couple of odd items and they had then both. Very satisfied.

They have a whole aisle of light bulbs-- but they didnt have the ones for my ceiling fan lamp-- and i bought the fan there years ago...quite disappointing

It was a very quick and efficient trip, i knew what I wanted, Lowe's had it in stock and the sale was quickly completedy. Only disappointent was thedelivery wait. I bought on Wednesday, the delivery is not scheduled until Monday. They offered Sunday but could not offer afternoon delivery.

I'll start off by saying all the employees at this store are friendly and helpful. The reason for the one star is aside from the staff this is the worst lowes I've ever been to. I moved to within a mile of this lowes about a year ago and after today I just give up shopping here.Whoever manages ordering at this store doesn't seem to have even a vague idea of what they should be ordering. There's an entire aisle of liquid weed killer and not a single slot for liquid grass feed. There's a half an aisle for bug killer but not a single slot for ant bait which should be a staple here in the phoenix area.It's late October and I can find probably 2000+ Sq feet of floor space for Christmas decorations but there's not a pool brush in the entire store.I walked in today with a list of 9 things to buy and they only had one of the things on my list either in stock or that they even carried at all.Every time I go to this store looking for something specific, they are basically guaranteed to not have it in stock or not stock it at all. In over a year of trying to shop here, I can't recall a single time I haven't had to go to their competitors over on bell just to find what I need.A lot of the other typical stuff is also pretty mismanaged, carts all over the lot, a parking lot so decrepit you could blend a whole can of paint just by putting it in the cart and walking to your car.I've asked about the stocking and ordering situation a few times now and the answer is always the same, that's the managers job and it sounds like a complaint they field pretty regularly. Doesn't seem to be any feedback forms or anything so I guess don't shop here until they get a new gm, I know I won't.

This store is the second most frequent Lowes store I shop at. There is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales associate in the appliances section that helped me on a number of occasions. His name is Abu and I highly recommend him.

My leg was hurting real bad, and I just limping over to the carts and i got in and this old lady gave me a stank eye. and i was confused cause my sweet self has the brightest face. and then she told the worker and then the worker came over to me and told me to get off and take it back. i wondered why because my leg was hurting and it hurt to walk. I will no longer take my friends or kids to this location. Thank you.

I had a real good experience in this store. I was getting spray paint and the employee was very nice and helpful. They didn't act like it was an inconvenience to open up the spray paint cage for me I thought that was really good customer service. Also got some great deals on some clearance paint. This store is better than the one close to my house

We were at the Thunderbird Lowe’s today around noon and decided to go look at and inquire about refrigerators. A young man was in the department who was probably covering for someone who was at lunch. He obviously didn’t know much about refrigerators…understandable if you don’t work in that department. Okay. The worst part is that he said he had to go and answer the phone or something about a phone (where ?) and left. HE NEVER CAME BACK!!!! We left as well. Usually employees are very helpful there but not this guy.

Zero stars if it was possible. I’ve been shopping at Lowe’s for over 20 years, have a Lowe’s credit card and my other CC that show I've spent over $10K at Lowes in the last few years. Now I’m returning two dimmer switches unopened completely sealed nothing wrong with them that I purchased at a different Lowe’s out of state before I moved here and they can’t find it on my Lowes card or my other credit card because maybe I used a different credit card and I don’t have the receipt because I have many years of 1000's of receipts that I'm not going to waste my time spending hours going trough to find this one for $40. So they will not issue a store cash card which they have for as long as I can remember. I will never shop at another Lowe’s again and I will cancel my Lowes account and it’s sad because I prefer them over Home Depot but not anymore. I was told that this is Corporate policy. So shame on you corporate for not allowing returns for sealed undamaged new items just because you can’t find the credit card I purchased it on. Its not like I'm trying to return $1000's worth of products, its two $20 light switch dimmers and my Lowes card and other credit cards will show I've spent over $10,000 in the last few years on custom cabinets, appliances and many other items. That would point to the fact that I didn't steal their $20 dimmers! So exceptions should me made for some circumstances.Corporate responded back and I called them. The woman I spoke with is going to take this issue up at the next corporate meeting. Seriously, whatever... basically this won't change the policy and I do understand why, because of the rising theft at these stores. Sad there are so many people in the world that won't get a decent job and spend there days stealing from others.
