Watch when buying packaged meats at the meat department. I’ve noticed a trend of tenderloins in a dual pack. One will be a nice cut and 2nd cut will be mangled. I see this same sneakiness at Albertson’s across the street. The 2nd cut is not a good one at all. These are expensive cuts and over $20+ per package.

Was a fan until tonight...Anybody else sick of checking out own groceries, then bagging them, and then they want to crawl though the bags looking to check your count? Yeah, I got fed up tonight and walked out and left it for them to restock. I tired of working for frys for free.

They have completed the remodel of the store. They made the isles narrower. That would not be a big issue except they put product displays in the isles as well. Add to that, it was senior day, the walking clueless and add the pickup pickers. It makes it hard for multiple people to get down the isles.

This store is in the middle of a remodel so some things are not where they usually are. Usually I can count on finding the things I need quicker which is nice when I want to get and go.I think their produce is fresher and nicer than Albertsons which is across the street and the other store I frequent more. However if you want the packages of fruit already cut up for you then go to Albertsons.I find the people in general a little more friendly here though. For instance, I just shopped here and was buying things that qualified for $5 off if you bought 5 eligible items. I did, but when I was checking out it didn't come up. I told the cashier and she was very nice about it and gave me the discount. 👍😊

Beth is the most amazing cashier and the only reason I shop at this location. She always makes sure I have the best experience. There are, however, other cashiers that judge me and assume I am an instacart shopper. I don't care for them at all.

Frys is my go to grocery store. 83rd Deer Valley. Getting a revamp so Almost everything is in a different place now. “Where’s the raisins?! Making granola!”Anyway good crew here, quick In-N-Out easy parking room to drive a trailer in parking lot and not get stuck.Didn’t find the raisins

Asked the meat department manager Alex to grind fresh hamburger at noon today. Both he and the front end manager said they no longer offer that to the customers?We have been a customer of that location for 15 years and will not be returning with a Albertsons directly across the street that is happy to offer that service

I have always shopped Frys, too many people at Walmart. I usually use curbside, so I don't have to deal with Walmart people. I like Frys their sales are better and ample parking.

It's the place to shop on the corner of 83rd and Deer Valley. They're prices are a little better than Albertsons on the other corner. But Albertsons has a lot more variety than Fry's. And there meat is by far a better quality than Fry's. Seems everyone goes to Fry's because of their prices. I personally like Albertsons better for these reason's. But I like Fry's also, probably because I've shopped there for so long and I can run in and out of Fry's if I need something quickly!

Friendly! The store is undergoing remodeling. Isles were clear, everything was easy to locate. Employees were helpful. The shelves were well stocked.

Let me first explain if you walk into the store at 9:30 you will be told that the store closes in five minutes when it really closes at 10 and the hours are posted at 10 and online. It says it closes at 10 PM. Tonya at the front will harass you as you walk and then make a very known that she doesn’t want you in the store shopping at 9:30 30 minutes before it’s supposed to close. She will tell you that three times as she did to me. I told her that she was harassing me as I walked in and I didn’t appreciate the way she was talking to me as I had plenty of time to shop for my few items. I’m very disappointed. She then turned it around on me, saying that she was offended by the way that I talk to her after I told her to stop talking to me as she continued to tell me that the store closes in five minutes even though it was 930pm

This location routinely messed up my pick-up orders and charged me for substitutions that I declined and did not take with me. They also once charged me for an entire bag of groceries that they didn’t give me. Mistakes happen, but I gave them multiple opportunities to correct this issue over the last 8 months. I made multiple calls to the manager, who promised on several occasions that I would have a credit noted on my account the next time I picked up. That never happened and they won’t give refunds, even when it is clearly their mistake. They owe me well over $100, but wouldn’t even come through with a $40 credit that has been promised multiple times. So, I’m done. The pharmacy is great, but the grocery store has lost us as a customer for good.

I have used the pick up service for years. When it was 'clicklist' I never had any issues. Since it has changed, every time I am missing something from my order! I let it go the first couple times, but it is consistent at this point. By calling the 800 number, I am credited (this is easy), but I am still missing the items. I don't have faith that I am going to get everything I order. So frustrating.

As far as your neighborhood grocery store goes, this is the top of the line. Really, the staff here are amazing. Friendly and accommodating, courteous and effervescent. It seems to be a good atmosphere of customers whom are in good moods and the produce and deli are always stocked and full of excellent foods. This is how Fry's does it :)

Mikey in the meat and seafood department went above and beyond for me when my toddler was feeling sick in the store. He even offered to help get any other items I needed in the store before I left and asked what he could do to help.

Went into store and picked up some bagels. My register receipt showed I had 204 points from May. I needed gas so went to their pumps ($5.39/gal) with the intention to use that 20 cents off per gallon. I put in all of the required info, the screen came up with the choices 20 or 10 cents off or 3rd choice was no points. I pressed 20 cents off, nothing happened so I proceeded to try again multiple times and the screen indicated I had No Points! So I canceled the transaction and went to another pump, the same message came up “No Points”! I went to the clerk, he couldn’t do anything told me to wait 5-10 minutes. I realize it’s a measly 20 cents but with the cost of gas now and for them to not have pumps that work (Fry’s benefits) is ridiculous!

I ordered a cake from here worst tasting and horrible job on decorating it I asked for the color red and they made it a ugly shade of maroon look a little brown to and there’s a bitter taste we ended up throwing it whole not touched in the garbage! Never again will I order my kids cakes here

Shout out to the staff at register 12 today, my cashier Linda and the other two, I’m sorry I didn’t catch your names. I was loading my groceries on the belt when my son got a very bad nose bleed. They jumped into action, busted out the paper towels, wipes, and someone finished loading my groceries onto the belt for me. I really appreciate how you three pitched in to help me; there nothing like blood rushing down your kids face to get the adrenaline pumping and the mind to go blank.

Typical Fry's. It's clean and the employee's are always friendly. I would have given them 5 stars if they had a better baby, beauty, home goods and health and natural/organic area like other Fry's I've been to. This is my regular store though and I have never had a bad experience.

Diane in the bakery went above and beyond to change the frosting color on my granddaughters cupcakes. I am to blame for the incorrect color, but.she fixed it in record time and saved the day! Thanks for the excellent service! YOU ROCK!

The pharmacist technician Darci is rude and lack customer service. Management needs to train her. She walked away while I was speaking. They have messed up my Rx multiple times and when I asked her for the persons name who gave me the wrong information she said “sure whatever”I would like a call back from the pharmacist or a manager. It is unacceptable to have people like Darci handle the publics medicarion when she can’t handle her emotion.

Great selection of all products. Sometimes their produce is not outstanding as far as quality, but realistically I am sure it is hard to upkeep produce at any grocery store. Great Fry's overall and a very friendly staff most of which have been here a long time. Always good to see familiar faces.

Great store for food and stander stuff. The pharmacy is bad really bad . Their maybe 2 people their that are ok and like their job. They got and old India woman that they put in drive throw. But she hard to under stand and tacks forever and messes stuff dose not understand what you ask here . If your not lucky to get one of the two lady that like their job good luck because your in for it . But the rest of the store is great !
