Stopped in for produce for dinner tonight. Completely out of stock on Romain lettuce. Very small selection of tomatoes all of them still hard. Lots of empty bins were produce should be. Not a good look. Whoever is doing the restock ordering there probably should pay a little more attention.

This store has declined severely in the last 3 months. The check out lines are always long, many food items not in stock. Yesterday there were over 25 people in line to. Check out with one self check kiosk closed, one side open and 2 manned registers opened. I spoke to a manager who stated they had to fire 10 people in the last two weeks and are hiring as fast as he can. Yet there were employees standing and doing nothing (they are not cashier’s he stated). I asked why they didn’t close a manned register to open the other self checks? Or perhaps… even better go out and run them himself. How reply “we have to have one person to man them and we don’t have on.” Clearly he wants to sit in an office and not help his employees or his customers. I love shopping at Fry’s and go to many locations near myself, family, and friends and I do see managers help check out people at those locations when there are a ton of customers waiting. This manager does not care. Deli counter always a mess and empty, many items out of stock all the time, the only thing that has maintained quality at the store are flowers, plants, and alcohol. The rest is a hot mess. 45 minutes spent at Fry’s and nothing was purchased. I gave up and went to Walmart and got everything I needed in 12 minutes for less than $18. Fry’s was $25 for the same items but will less quantity.

I would highly recommend SKIPPING THIS STORES DELI Got severely ill with horrific food poisoning from the lady with yellow gloves who sliced my deli meat. I’m making a complaint with the Health Department and the corporate offices. Unwashed and unchanged gloves before and during the touching of the sliced meats. Never ever going back to this store after decades of being a loyal customer. The store manager I spoke to couldn’t be bothered with my situation. I truly almost went to the hospital. Beware my elderly neighbors This location is 75th Ave and Cactus Peoria Arizona

The store is nice, the staff are friendly. Shy of the occasional rude customer, it's not a bad place to shop. Yes, more expensive than Walmart, but then again, everyone is ... shy of WINCO.

Richard with the short man issue has a major problem with customers. Each time I have been here and the scanner does not work he thoroughly turns the turnstile and checks each bag. This time he made the comment "just making sure you didn't throw an extra one in". I approached him after this and asked if his name was Richard, his comment "I don't know" I know this can all be verified by reviewing the video from the self checkout. This is the 3rd time he has pulled this stunt. I scan one item and then he scans the rest. This unprofessional worker needs to go to stocking the shelves and not working in customer service. If he continues to work self checkout or as cashier I will take my business to 91st and Olive where Otis is a much more professional cashier.

Been coming here over 2 decades. But when they won't honor coupons on their own app that say "CAN USE AGAIN", that loses a customer. Has happened twice. They just say oh well basically. It says you can, but you REALLY cant. Time to find a new place. I wound up paying $5.50 each for all of my pepsi Packs instead of $2.99 each. Almost double. I had 5, I put 2 back, and I, myself, won't be back.

I does my first instant shopper order here and the lady at self checkout was super helpful, wish i would have gotten her name but she was working just before noon on Monday the 18th she deserves some kuddos

Pick up is awful, waited 20 mins and no way came out to bring my groceries, tried calling 3 times and no one answered, the lady finally brought someone else’s groceries out and stopped her and let her know we had been waiting for over 20 mins and she said she was the only one working. Poor customer service.

I've been shopping at this Fry's since 2000 and it's where I go when I want to get my groceries at a great price. Yes they are on occasion out of stock but nothing like the other stores.

Super busy for the holiday, but clean, well-stocked, and short checkout lines.However, I hate the fussy self check out. If I wanted to steal it, I'd just put it in a bag and walk out. Why make paying for it so dang difficult!

Terrible customer service! The staff here is rude and abrupt. This store is filthy and, Its very difficult to navigate around pallettes in the middle of the isles. Most grocery stores do their stocking at night to not inconvenience their customers. I'll go back to Safeway and Walmart. I see a lot if negative reviews for this store. Management needs to step it up!

The gasoline is terrible. There is a circle k that sells Shell gasoline at 83rd Ave and thunderbird plus the store smells and is over crowded .

Called for a simple question regarding apple pay. Dealt w the automated system and as soon as i was connected to a rep he put me on hold. Would've taken 20 seconds to answer. I waited on hold for 15 after but then i hung. Bad customer service and communication.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE!! THE FUNDS WILL BE STOLEN! I purchased a $100 amazon gift card and the funds were stolen! On top of that they say they can't do anything?? Crooks!!

Fry's is still the best place to shop. There are some regular issues of prices not always ringing up correctly, but there is one young man, at this location, who works customer service and he is always so pleasant and kind. To me he makes up for all of the other things they don't get right.

I don't normally shop at this Frys. 75th Ave and Cactus. There was a lady in self check out named Melinda. I'm telling you she is the best employee I've ever met..I may go this this Frys just because of her. I want to thank her she made self check out a pleasant. She's a keeper.

Well I don't like to complain, Ifeel I'm being forced to use self checkout due to only 2 cashier's maning the checkout lanes with customers 5 deep waiting to checkout, and once getting home to find out you are missing items that didn't get bagged. I love Kroger's they are convenient and close to my house I recently had a incident with a manager and the CEO of Kroger's made contact with me 2 days later letting me know the matter would be addressed so kudos on that

I have to share an experience I had this morning of the worst customer service ever at Fry’s 75th and Cactus. We have been coming to this store for years and I can tell you I never felt the way they made us feel today. I’ve seen a lot of people(employees) come and go, some semi friendly, friendly, or very friendly people but never has anyone made us feel like we were thieves, not good people, or made us feel like we were liars then customer service worker Jan and Assistant Manager Thomas. I’m hoping to never have to deal with them again.

Closes early, they close off one of the entrances completely after 8pm so all the parking by the one door is packed, I arrived at the store at 9:45 to grab one quick item I forgot and they refused to let me in and said they were closed when really they don’t close until 10pm, bad customer service, they shut down almost all of the self checkouts so early so the lines are ridiculous! Like others have said, I’d drive further to avoid this fry’s. By far the worst fry’s I’ve ever been to.

Snowfox Sushi inside Fry's Grocery at 75th and Cactus is good sushi. When there wasn't exactly the selection I wanted, the Chef made some extra for me as I waited. Very fresh and good service.
