Would have been cool , BUT, as I was checking out, sum goofy white girl, with glasses came and stood directly behind me as I checked out on Saturday December 9th at 1130am!I spent 100$, won't be going back! Saw her tell everyone thanks for shopping, but when I left, she didn't say one word!Weirdo behavior!!Also saw people bring their dogs inside the store, BUT not 1 dog was a service dog!Service dogs need to wear red vest to show they are trained. I guess people have to shop with they're pets, very unprofessional and intrusive to other folks!

First time going to this specific store, let me tell you the staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was extremely nice and professional. All you see is smiles on their face. The store has neat items and obviously the prices are decent. I did forget to take pics but they have things from makeup to guided journal, art supplies and even Bluetooth speakers and some clothes. Have fun!

I think this is definitely one of the better Five Below’s. The atmosphere here is more pleasant I think. It’s organized and cleaned very well, and you can just go about your shopping and find where things are. The prices can’t be beat (~$10) and you’ll find some gems here and there that won’t break the bank. There’s a good mix of quality. The manager and the staff are quite diligent! Everyone here is so nice and super helpful - there is one particular employee at this location who welcomes you in right away, always looks amazing and is always super sweet whenever I come in. Definitely coming here more often!

Five Below is always fun to visit, but the manager at this location just puts it over the top! She was super friendly and working hard. She was stocking displays, helping guests, talking about their charitable donations, and all managed to greet every person who walked through the door, both coming and going. I wish I'd gotten her name to give proper credit because she's a HUGE asset to this store!

The man working there was obviously on drugs. Do not let your kids into this store. He grabbed my sister's blanket that she was gonna buy and smacked it into his own head and kept talking nonsense super loud, and severely invaded our personal space.

Was my first time there because my grand kids love the store so much .Great place to get them a little something without spending a fortune. One likes posters and the other likes Hello Kitty.

Fun store to go through with a bit of literally everything you can imagine. Not everything is $5 or less but the quality of the items for the most part seem well made. My family and I had a good time just browsing and walking around for over an hour. Customer Service was great and the store was well organized and clean.

It a nice shop with most of the items either $5 or less than $5. There are some items more than $5 but those does make sense. Store is nice and clean, employees were very nice and friendly to talk. Collection of items are also big. I don't why I never visited this store. It's worth the price and and items that you get.

They have a ton of awesome junk for pretty cheap. Ngl I've had a thing or 2 I've bought multiple times but it kept breaking, buuuuut it was cheap. Ton of nice snack options some gimmicky which I love. Even have some manga with what most may find ugly with a "five bellow exclusive" printed on it over a sticker but personally I find it to be a cute yet pointless addition to my collection. And last the staff are always super nice I like actually love them. One dudes been there for awhile idk his name but he has glasses and gotta say he rocks everytime I come in he makes checking out positive.

This store has a great layout and, while small, is perfect for browsing. It's chock full of art supplies, t-shirts, small electronics and tech gear, cute home decor, trendy jewelry and beauty supplies and fragrance - and don't forget the candy section! During the hoildays it's stocking stuffer heaven.When I was there I noted the staff is friendly, the store is clean and they keep up with their inventory so the shelves are well stocked.

A great place for last minute gifts, unique items, great place for some dorm accessories. Although not every item is 5 and below. Be sure to check your purchases so you aren't surprised. Some items were listed as 50%off but still had the original price on it so double check with a staff member. I would not recommend 1 particular item in the cosmetic section. It was a suction cup holder for makeup brushes they do NOT work at all. Good luck! Have fun!

new store opening. a variety of items, toys, exercise accessories/bands, kettle ball and weights up to 5 lbs . yard games , basketballs,footballs, soccer balls,tshirts, shorts, yoga pants, mats, candy , chips and personal items , lots of other stuff. bright clean store. Staff friendly ,willing to help. self checkout , several registers ,no waiting. Nothing is over $5.00 bought a Ken doll for $5.00 ,ladder game $5.00, have to tie the string on the balls, but beats the price of game at Dept.stores! Great place to shop for kids!

Card was used at self checkout, it didn’t seem to go through so a blonde short hair shorter gentlemen with black glasses came over and asked us to reinsert the card. We did so and it went through and he said “wow! see that wasn’t so hard, was it?” which I found to be very rude and odd to say. He then followed up with “you learn something new everyday!” (I don’t know what he was referring to, I did not learn anything, no clue what he meant) and then he proceeded to place his hand on my shoulder which I found to make me extremely uncomfortable. Why on earth would I want an employee to touch my shoulder after speaking to me in a condescending form about how to insert my card? Please tell your employees to not touch customers.

My girls love this place! Well lite, super friendly & helpful staff. They literally had pa little of just about everything. I would highly recommend, it's a great place for rewards for good grades, accomplishments etc in our house.

Was excited about the new happy valley location in Peoria but your website hours don't match with your actual hours. Website says opened from 10am to 7pm. Showed up at 10am and wasn't open came back later at 6:05pm and you are already closed. Poor customer service. Hours posted on door are completely diff then what you have on your website

I went in and the restroom was so gross and there was bugs in the restroom and in the CANDY !!! , I got a drink , it tasted funny and it was expired. I don’t understand how hard it is to keep a place clean , very disappointed.

For being an adult this a great store, reminds me of a upscale 99 cent store. Took my 10 year old to visit, and he loved the store. Great little finds and nice employees. But there are many items that are not under 5 dollars just an FYI.

I love this store , I walk in and get greeted with a smile and friendly persona. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I can always count on things being in stock. The store overlay is always nice being as it doesn’t change so that’s super convenient!
