Absolute garbage pharmacy. My 9 month olds prescription was sent to this location, we called to verify when they would be ready and we were told they should be ready around 9. So we call back at 8:45 to see if they are ready and one prescription was ready and then we are told they are out of the second antibiotic and would need to transfer it to a different CVS and they told us “they get mad if we do it so you need to call”.. turns out the other location was closed, and then we realize that this locations pharmacy closes at 9pm.. so why would you tell me my prescription would be finished at your closing time? And why would you not tell us HOURS ago when we originally called that you were out of the one medication and would need to find another location? Not to mention when the person was finding another location that supposedly has the medication he said “the location that has the most of this med is….” And started reading off his own locations address and says “oh… wait, no thats us… well, you’ll just have to call the other location”Basically they are creating Walgreen's customers

I have to say the entire staff.There is pretty amazing. Especially I think her name is Allex. And the guy that is always singing neil diamond songs. I like to just call him sweet caroline. Although I have never used the pharmacy the people up front are great and helpful all the time. If they would just stop running out of my tea all the time it would be perfect.

I was excited to learn that the MinuteClinic inside the CVS is authorized by the VA. Unfortunately, the pharmacy within this CVS does not know how to process the voucher given to you by their own minute clinic. I was disappointed in the pharmacy and the pharmacy text and their wait times as well.

Called for a consult from the pharmacy at 815pm, about an otc product, was told the pharmacist on duty Audrey could not take a consult due to being short staffed. I was told to call another store which did not answer. I was left without my questions answered.

Called at 930am asking about my daughters prescription (antibiotic). Was told to come in after noon and they can fill it then. My husband gets there 1pm and they don't even have it in stock. If they would have told us when we first called we could have found another pharmacy that had it, but instead they left us without medication for my 2 yr old while they are now locking up for lunch and we can't even attempt to have it transferred until they reopen.

I was at CVS recently and as i was checking out the cashier's name is Chris, he rung me up. I've had this cashier ring me up before no problem he was polite that time. I went in to get a cosmetic foundation swapped out because I had bought the wrong shade as i stated. He then gives me a refund that I did not ask for, and then says the total of the product and Im like why would I be paying? I just asked to exchange/swap the foundation. He states their two different foundations. I said no they're the same. He looks at the foundation i exchanged , looks at me with an upset face and throws the foundation in the bag and says here take it.So I'm glad i got the product i needed but I thought this was extremely rude and disrespectful and child like of him... I almost asked for the manager but I was so in shock of his behavior that I left.

Today, I went to CVS Pharmacu, Minute Clinic, located at 8332 W Thunderbird Rd., Peoria, Arizona 85381, to get a Covid-19 Rapid Result Antigen Test. The test was done by Teresa Delsi, Nurse Practitioner. Her work was simply superb. Not only did I get the Covid test, but Nurse Delsi also took my blood pressure, my temperature, my heart rate, listened to my lungs, and more, making sure that my vital signs were intact. I cannot say enough good things about Nurse Delsi and the Minute Clinic. Thank you very much for your excellence. - Andrew Jay Gross

If i could give 0 i will. This drive tru is terrible i have to come back twice still the drive tru is not moving have to sit here almost an hr now just to pick up prescription,i have another appointment to catch but geeeeezzzz......slowest drive tru ever!!!!

Pharmacy does not open at 0800 like their posted hours. Need to pick up my prescription and they aren't open when they say they are going to open. Absolutely unacceptable.

This was my 1st time stopping at this CVS. As a momma seeing this sign was a relief. I have a toddler and the fact that they had this available right by there door was a great feeling. It made the getting in and out of the car situation much easier! The cashier that was there was an older gentleman and was extremely kind and helpful! I don’t live near this cvs but whenever am near by I’ll make sure to stop byand pick up the things I need! This was a great start to my morning ❤️

We went at 8pm today to fill a prescription for my wife. Pulled right up at the drive thru and handed them the prescription and my prescription discount card. The man who helped us told us the price at $10 and change and to come back in 30 minutes to pick it up, and reminded us they close at 9pm. Ok, cool, no problem.Left and came back at 8:30pm, there's one car that pulls up before us. We didn't get to the window until 8:52pm. Rachael is there to help us, but tells us the price is now $24.49. I ask her about the price they gave when we were there earlier, she said it didn't go through so they couldn't use it. I asked how they got the discounted price to tell us before if it didn't work. She just looks at me as I put my card in the tray without answering. After she pulls the tray in and sets the handset down, I could still hear her over the speaker say "well do you want it or not?"Seriously?? Excuse me for asking a simple question after you tell me the price has more than doubled in the last 45 minutes with no explanation. This is far from the first terrible experience my wife and I have had here, but this was certainly the last. I guess we've always been more of a Walgreens family anyway. I suggest you do the same, as the nearest Walgreens has always had far better service, at least as far as we've seen.

I went in to ask for help with the COVID testing and Cassandra in the pharmacy was very rude and dismissive, without trying to help whatsoever. She even was so kind as to cut me off while I was speaking. There was an issue with the system, which I understand is outside of her control, but I’m simply asking questions to resolve the problem. I ended up getting help from t someone over at the minute clinic who took the time to listen and that was certainly appreciated, but it was pretty frustrating to have an employee who so blatantly doesn’t care about the people of the store. I like helpful and friendly associates personally.

I’ve been filling here for years and in the last 6 months they have really went downhill with consistency and customerService . So I’ve updated my review to a 2 star , I’ll be switching pharmacies this week , they are just over worked and need less people coming here so they can do a better job

This is a very CLEAN and ORGANIZED store; with a FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. They ALWAYS have cereal specials that rival any grocery. The single, cold sodas are expensive, but the candy / chocolate usually has a deal. Also, if a line is forming, they call for another cashier so you don't have to wait. Customer service is A+. There is plenty of well-lit parking. Down side is the pharmacy is no longer 24 hours.That was my post a couple years ago. However, this place has gone to s@#t. There are still a few wonderful employees, but CVS no longer cares about their customers - and they now cheat people out of money. They have made their receipts unreadable and confusing. See for yourself... Try redeeming Extracare bucks to pay for a portion, and finish the payment with cash or credit or debit. (doesn't matter) and then look at your receipt and try to guess what the prices of each item are.

I have been sitting here for 2 hours for my prescription doctor Sent it at 10.06am I came at 4.44 to pick it up was told well we don't have it call your doctor and have it sent someplace else then told oh we have it come back in a half hour if you knew you did not have it how about a courtesy call to day that if it was earlier I could have called the doctor its evening on a Friday it is now 6.46pm and I'm being told I still have to wait until the pharmacist decides to fill my prescription they close at 8pm I live 44 minutes away I came here cause the doctor is across the street and my job is down the street. They have the nerve to have an attitude being rude mean condescending and it is now 6.49 and I still have nothing wow...how rude

This pharmacy is so slow they can only ring up one customer at time and they have several people working back in the pharmacy and have 2 registers going . They had the script sitting at the register and walked away and left it on the counter. We had been waiting for a half an hour . The people in the back were just walking around like they had nothing to do , Or like they were all hung over from partying the night before. What happened to customer service, these people act like they don’t care about their patients or customers . I had planned on spending some money at this pharmacy besides just prescriptions , I just bought the script and left the other stuff behind . Is this what customer service is coming to, this is sad .

I find it difficult to fathom how one pharmacy can be so incompetent. I’ve been going there for more than a year, and in all that time, I don’t think they’ve gotten one prescription right yet. From my insulin to my diabetic testing supplies to my 4 other medications, they invariably get it wrong. Even when my account is annotated, the instructions are never followed, and they consistently try to give me medication I’m allergic to. Every. Single. Time. Their mistakes with my insulin are the most heinous. Today (for the 3rd time), they gave me 1 box of insulin pens and tried to tell me it was a 90 day supply. I go through 1 pen every 2 days and there are 5 pens per box...the math says that’s an 8 day supply, not 90 days. When I asked, the pharmacist admitted they shorted me, but then gave me a complicated answer about milliliters, so for some reason she couldn’t fill my doctor’s scrip. This was the last straw. I’m not willing to accept this level of incompetence for convenience. I’ll drive a bit farther and go to a real pharmacy.

The lack of professionalism and compassion is very apparent. Not only were papers that had lists of other patients information left on the counter, but the fact that It seemed like it was the end of the world to help me figure out what happened or interfered with my prescription being sent in was astonishing. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy. “The prescription was probably sent to Walgreens. That happens a lot.” “We have over 60rx from last night - It might take an hour, Idk” “Are you SURE it was sent to this pharmacy?” “Yeah there isn’t anything we can do.”

I scheduled a sports physical online for my daughter. We drove 25 minutes because none of the stores closeby had openings. When we got there, the provider said she could not do a physical because my daughter uses an inhaler occasionally for exercise induced asthma. None of the pre-screening questions online asked about asthma or contraindications, if they had, I wouldn't have scheduled. Complete waste of our time, not to mention gas. Do not recommend.

Came in a few minutes ago to do my couponing shopping as usual I love the Asian lady there she’s amazing and the younger girl with short hair but her other employees need some training I overheard the lady working there Thursday morning 6/1 with black curly hair in a ponytail say “I’m going to be close by the door so she doesn’t walk out” as she put some stuff up I find that very disrespectful and unprofessional I’m a paying customer and alway have been I come in here all the time to get my pre work or water before the gym and recently started couponing if you have the need to you can watch video from 10am-10:35 when I was in there those comment shouldn’t be said by the employee I work in customer service and would never say that she kept watching me even as I self checked out I spend a good amount of money at this location I hope she knows that helps pay her salary she should try being more kind instead of having her nasty attitude I don’t feel intitule but disrespected
