Petsmart always has what I need!Today, it was great getting to spend some time with shelter dogs too. Some are so timid, others are outgoing and excited. I'm currently looking for a companion dog for my 9 year old I rescued as a pup. Saw a couple that could possibly be a match-but I'm moving tomorrow so timing's not good. Bit maybe I found my pet at Petsmart too...

Set up dog grooming. Told about our dogs and paperwork on shots. The day of appointment they told us would not do our German shepherd cause she had a small amount of wolf. She has been going to dog groomers for 2 years with no issues.

Go there for my snake food, kitten food, and toys for my kitten and dogs. Prices are a bit high but staff is wonderful. Cat tree pictured was $80.

A great store, every associate I have come in contact with has been very courteous and kind! I love the variety in the store, if you happen to need to return an item, they do it gracefully as long as you have your receipt.

Just tried to bring my two to grooming. Right off the bat, she was making excuses about if my dogs liked her and they have bad days and if not we could do it latter???. My one is 14 months and very curious and playful. She gets down a reaches for him but jerks. He thinks she's playing and starts barking. She stands up and is vague. Then she goes the bad day thing. At that point I'm out. She for one seemed like she didn't want to do both and said I could leave my one. It was just plain weird and I wouldn't leave one with that display. I've worked at the humane society, rescues and our family owned our own store and grooming and it was just out of sorts. Be careful.

Loved this experience! Although a little smaller than the other PetSmarts I’ve been to, the Payson, AZ PetSmart had everything I needed, and then some. The people working there were friendly and helpful. It really seems like they cared. Will definitely shop there again next time I need pet supplies.

My dog doesn't wear costumes but stopped on a walk as she was shivering. Cashier asked what kind of dog I had then due to that recommended a different size sweater. So nice ..she was so sweet and saved me a trip back to the store for an exchange. Great service!!! Thanks

I took my dog Bella into groomer last week and they did an absolute horrible job. I will never take her there again. I had to bring her to my regular groomer in flag on Monday to fix all their mistakes. The gapped her on her back, nicked her, and then didn't even do her neck or head at all. She looked horrible and ridiculous. Then only gave me 25% discount. I had to pay 90.00 for this horrible grooming job.I would post pictures on here of how horrible my poor baby dog looks, if it would allow adding pics.

The people at Pet Smart are always friendly and kind and help me to get the right product and get what I'm shopping for quickly. I would go there again for my cat's products and when I need specialty items Pet Smart is usually the place to go. I will probably go there again when I'm running low on cat food or cat litter or in between things📡

The employees always seem a little weird . And want to tell me about their life . I don't care to know that you like pizza and marshmallows. Or your husband snores while you do your nails. Other then that my dog likes the free treats .

I guess from what I was told that I'm use to a larger store but this store messed up big time. I had called and made appointment for my cocker to get groomed they had to cancel cuz the groomer went home sick and they would call to reschedule which they did had to wait another 2 weeks to get him in when I got there they said he wasn't on the schedule and if I left him I wouldn't be able to ick up until 6 p.m. and I was there at my thought 12 p.m. appointment seeings my cocker really needed to be groomed and knowing I would have to make another trip back in to this store I left him to be groomed. Getting madder as I walked to my truck I shot an email off to PetSmart corporate and proceed off on finishing my errands and driving the 38 miles back home cuz my dog would not be done till 6. I get home get a call from corporate and then a call from the store telling me my dog was done this was 3 o'clock really. So get back in my truck drive the 38 miles one to get him was met by the manager which told me there was no need to call or email corporate that I should of gotten a hold of her first and she wasn't a happy camper about it do I go in to get my dog he is groomed nicely but it was here he is and she turned and walked away not even asking if he was groomed okay . Don't know if I will go back to them just because of there attitudes just don't know.

I've only been to two Pet'sMart locations and the Groomers are wonderful. Bonnie at the Surprise location and the gal at my new location here in Payson. It was our first visit so I do not recall the girl's name but I'll schedule with her again as she was great with Cookie.

Kayla Hall, Groomer is the best I have ever used in 20 years of having poodles groomed. She not only cares and has excellent skills she is meticulous in her service. Highly recommended.

MY DOG IS OLDER, BUT WHEN I TOOK HIM IN FOR HIS APPOINTMENT, THEY REFUSED TO DO HIM BECAUSE THEY SAID HE WAS STRESSED. I DESPERATELY NEEDED HIS NAILS, ETC DONE. I LATER TOOK HIM TO A VET WHO SAYS HE WAS NOT STRESSED AND VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOW PET SMART TREATED ME AND MY DOG AND MYSELF. I AM DISABLED AND USING A WALKER.
