Great People, Great Customer Service, a Friendly place to shop. Whatever I need, they have it, or they order it on the spot. The price point is a little bit higher than big box stores, yet saving gas money to drive into Prescott is well worth it. I can't believe how much information and help that I have received from each and every person at Paulden ACE. They have helped me to move into my home everyday for two years! Thank you Paulden ACE!

The staff here are friendly and helpful. They have a lot of things, probably what you’re looking for and they know exactly where everything is located on the shelves. It’s an out-of-the-way location but convenient for emergencies.

Great local hardware store! Great selection! Centrally located right on your way into Paulden. Make excellent keys! Low sales tax! In the county instead of a municipality! We appreciate having them there so we don't have to go back to Chino to get parts, tools, and materials!

Asked for help with paint and they said they couldn't match anything on the cell phone and you have to take a card home and view it under the light at home to make sure its what you want and bring it back for them to compare. He points to the rack where all the paint colors I want are missing and walks off to ignore me for 10+ minutes while they all sit and eat their lunch. Terrible customer service!

Always nice and helpful. They have a guy that sharpens your knives for you. Had one done and they told me four day wait time. The guy was finished sharpening it by the next day!

Although these chain stores are on the more expensive side, they carry a lot of items that can't be found elsewhere. They provide a service that's hard to find anywhere else. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.

This small-town Ace Hardware store has an impressive variety of things for its size. With the exception of wood (and at a good price), I can almost always find what I need. And, as usual with Ace, they have a friendly, helpful staff always ready to get you set up with what you need. I just wish they sold some seeds and seasonal live plants, especially in spring, for starting the garden and sprucing up the grounds. Still have to drive the 10 miles into the next town for that...
