While the individual attempting to assist us was very nice, I would not recommend attempting to get your OTC (paid by your insurance) here. It was an absolute cluster and I left with nothing that I actually needed. But hey CVS is CVS, right?

Sad... after 4 days of ordering a prescription, have to wait 30 extra minutes....Back again, 12-18-23Got here at 9:30, phamacy was closed... was told come back at 11.... it's 11:06 and was told again, I have to wait another hour!!!! Such poor customer service! It was ordered on the 15th.....

My dr called in my meds and they refused to fill them saying it was too many meds. Other cvs pharmacies or any other pharmacy has ever voiced a concern or had an issue. So now I try to find a competent pharmacy for my mental health medications! Thanks for letting me know after driving 45 miles to pick them up also!

Long wait times in store and only a couple customers. Many things not stocked, cashier was unhelpful and impolite.

This pharmacy is Under staffed and Overwhelmed. Creates a very poor customer experience. Unfortunately unless you choose to use the big blue box store across the street you are without another choice.

This is WORST than Walmart. They IGNORE you, tell you they will be with you and you wait...Not a friendly attitude! Never came back after 15 minutes with 2 people in line.
