I've taken my 2 boxers to countless groomers and I have NEVER found a groomer as good as the ones at Pretty Pooch Dog Grooming. Their prices are fair and their service is exemplary. I drive an extra 2 ½ hours just to bring the dogs here and it is worth every penny!!

Took my little dog here to try out the new owners. My dog was limping when I picked him up. His toenails weren't trimmed and neither was the hair between his pads. Would not recommend. We had taken him there for a long time and had no problems with the old owners.

Prior to my 14 year old dogs passing. I had him groomed at Pretty Pooch for several years. They always did a fantastic job on him. He liked going there and was so cute when they were done. People always asked me how old my puppy was. Tommy does a great job and has great customer service skills. The shop has some pretty cool animal items too.

Had a walk-in for nail clipping...took our dog right away, did a very good job and thought $20 very reasonable. Check their hours though, very limited.

The first time I went there the older man did a wonderful job with my puppies toenails. The second time the younger man bloodied three toenails on one foot. My dog was screaming. I went back when I knew the older man would be there because he had done such a wonderful job the first time. My dogs was screaming again, they couldn't keep him still. He came out with a scrape on his nose. I wasn't told of the injury, perhaps they didn't even see it. Pet owners that have a good experience continue to go back but I'm going to learn how to do my dog's toenails myself.

If I could give zero stars I would. The young man that meets you has no customer service skills. Picked-up my two puppies and took them home. About an hour later my one puppy stated to rub his right eye. He is one of the calmest dogs I have every had. Put an e-collar on him to keep him from rubbing his eye and causing further damage. Took him to the vet on Mon and the vet found his right eye had been cut with clippers. That was at a cost of $183.77. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This is not the only case where dogs have been cut. Read all the reviews.
