Gotta say, this is one of the most dirty stores I've been in ..ever. Shoppers can't get through one isle without boxes and boxes, racks upon racks of yet to be stocked items. I don't understand management letting it get this way...

What a dump, employee stocking carts blocking isles witch are to small for 2 people anyways and sheaves never have what you need cause its gone as soon as its stocked! Owner only cares about making money not customer service and providing for this small town!! Great place for candy if that's all you need.

It has gone way down hill since the remodel. It's dirty, stuff on the floor every where & the isles are so tight now you can barely walk down them. There's always boxes or stuff in the way.

This is the absolute cleanest, best organized, well stocked Family Dollar that I have ever been in. Whomever is managing this store and the employees are doing a stellar job. I just stopped in for dog food on the way by, even though I was 4 hours from home. Super easy to find what I needed. The clerk was friendly and helpful. What a great store!

This place was in shambles and looked like it had not been stocked properly or cleaned in a very long time. Opened boxes filled the floor area and were a tripping hazard. Staff could care less if we found what we were looking for or not. Drive the extra miles to Show low! Don't waste your time or money here.

I've found this to be the BEST value on 8 bars of Original Irish Spring soap. After I shred it around my garden, I've had the least damaging hits by elk and other critters, in 4 years! Saved me SO MUCH heartache.

We bought a video game unit from the store 2 days ago, it didn't work. l am not sure if it didn't work with our tv or the unit was defected. I tried to return it for a refund or gift card and was told by the manager there are no returns on open electronics. I ask if there had a sign that states that. The manager showed me a small sign by the register about three feet from the floor on the side of the counter, you need to look down and a magnifying glass to read it. I didn't see it when I bought the unit and they didn't tell me there where no returns. Be careful when you buy electronics at this store. We will not shop there again

Walked in here on 8/4/18. Love what you guys have done with the place. HOWEVER, MICHAEL, that guy has to be the friendliest cashier EVER. From the time he welcomes you to the time he leaves, WOW! Awesome customer service.

Nearly everything you need & a ton of stuff you don't. Staff is great partly due to having exceptional management. Your money goes a long way here if you take advantage of their app, coupons, & daily deals.

Bathroom was the worst bathroom I have tried to use in a long time I left and went looking for an out house. I have seen cleaner. Not only was the sick and tolit unusable but the walls looked like some one let a kids play with mud and try to draw on the wall.but the male emp was very nice. When I asked him were the bathrooms were he even got me the key.

The employee stocking was rude and not helpful finding stuff, the cashier was new and had no cash in the register to break a ten dollar bill. She gave me 4 dollar in quarters and 3 one's.

The new planogram for the store is very narrow isles. Makes you feel very claustrophobic. I guess they're trying to pack a whole lot in that little space.

Delays at register. 3 people there and gal with broken arm only one working register to get the customers taken care of. Until the line was almost gone. Then a guy opened up. Poor management.
