The workers seem super sketchy here! Always smoking close to the door as well. I like Dollar General stores better then Family Dollar stores in general so we come here a lot but just some of the people they hire is crazy.For an added awesome bonus, a worker shoved his lit cigarette in a small hole in the wooden pillar right next to my car and went inside the store lol

I know you know who I am talking about. I have been treated poorly everytime I have been in, however, my father was treated poorly. The clerk didn't even help him when he asked for help. I now will be talking about this place service anywhere and everywhere I go. Quit your job if you hate it so bad. We do not need bad vibes in our little town.

The customer service there was a 5 star service. Very friendly and helpful. There pricing on products and quality is nothing less than perfect. The manager Mellissa had been covering both shifts night and day to keep the store in great shape and stocked for us the consumers. She although short handed is doing a wonderful job especially for being short staffed. She should be recognised for her hard work and efforts. Great job. I highly recommend this store.

Great little hometown store, customer service was really friendly, helpful and the store was clean and orderly. Mind you this was not a new building but once inside, you couldn't tell the difference. Place was pretty well stocked for a small town during this time of Covid-19'.' Wear your mask...

I give this place that's high marks because they've done a lot to improve customer service. One area they have made a big difference in is the wait time in line. Now if the lines too long they've send someone over to open up another register. And they always greet you when you come in the door which is nice.

I went to the Dollar General Store in Overguard, Arizona for the first time on Christmas Eve to get some holiday cookies. They had plenty in stock, and the cookies were good. The service was also excellent, with a very busy assistant manager stocking shelves and taking care of the cash register. He still took time to ask me what I was looking for and directed me to the right location, so I was able to get in and out quickly.

I took Kleenex off a fully stocked shelf, clearly marked 2 for $3.00.At the register they charged $1.75 each. Not a big difference on the surface, times that transaction by the 16000 store and they are ripping the public for a lot of money.The clerk said, their brand was the one on sale. If that was true their product should have been on that shelf, not the Kleenex brand.

This is the BEST store! Great selection, huge variety of items - we forgot our pillows camping and got some great pillows for $8 and a whole lot of things I didn't know I needed :) The employees are so nice and helpful!

Store was a little disorganized, shelves were empty with products on dollies. I don't think it was employees fault though, looks like they're understaffed. Lots of parking, convenient location. Prices are low.

Called on Thnxging day and spoke with Laura ~ even though they were swamped she made time to actually talk to me and explain what they had run out of and what was still there. This type of Customer Service is extremely rare I could hear her smile as she spoke to me. I appreciate her so very much. Thnx Laura 😊

Very important to the communty. When they opened prices for many items in the area went down, milk, bread and snacks became more affordable.Always short on staff, this is a small town problem and possibly a Dollar General policy.

I love this store. We visit it like 10 times every time we are at the cabin. Much better than Family Dollar down the road. DG has almost everything you will need and more. Lots of food!

It was alright, I mean it was a dollar General. Why I give such a low rating is because of how absolutely disgusting it was on the outside. There was trash everywhere in the parking lot, up against the curb where you park and on the sidewalk. It was truly disgusting! Otherwise it was your average Dollar General.

They sell too many sweets things into many salty things and it's not healthy for our bodies. I very seldom go into Family Dollars store it always dirty an one can't get through isles in store because all this stuff is not put away

My partner and I have recently moved up here to Overgaard from the valley. We've found that Dollar General and Family Dollar to be the cheapest prices on the majority of things we use in our home. But, hands down Dollar General is my favorite place to shop. Employee's are nicer and they sell more stuff than family dollar.

It's a decent store if you need something quick or forgot a present for someone. I don't usually go to this store to shop, so I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of merchandise they had.

We love shopping at dollar general because it's great prices on there products and you get to go in and out. There milk and eggs are always about the price of walmart so we always get those last minute stuff there.

I love the dollar general. They have little of everything that uneed in your household and the prices are great. I also like it because they also sell eggs,icecream,milk and other food items.

They did not give us our 5% discount like they always do at Family Dollar. It's an automatic thing if you're signed up online, when we got home we realized they didn't give it to us

1st on my bended this one up in Heber, the staff is excellent very helpful very nice very easy to get along with , I did there app ..but you have to go outside, the reception in the building is terrible. And they will tell you that

I love this Dollar General store...most basics including bread, milk, cereal, candy, soda pop, beer, canned goods, chips, frozen foods with great prices! It is worth the stop.
