I found a used Explorer I was interested in. It was a nice car and in good condition. My sales guy Roy Crouch was really personable and easy to work with. I decide to buy the vehicle and the process was slick. They have some great technology that makes it fast and easy. I was out of there, driving my new (to me) car home in a couple of hours! Also saving 2 percent in tax is a big deal on those kind of dollars. It's not that far to drive from Tucson and worth the trip!!

We had an excellent experience at Oro Ford. Koren and Bobby were extremely polite and relatable to what we were looking for. My son had an appointment with Koren for 8am, Black Friday, and my son not only got the mustang he wanted but my daughter ended leaving with a 2023 Bronco Sport with 150 miles on it. The financing matched our desired payments and not having to pay city sales tax was another added bonus. It was a pleasure working with them and I will definitely be back when I am ready to purchase my Ford Rapture Truck!

I bought a 2020 Subaru forester from oro ford about 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it!I was referred to salesman Danny but also spoke with Mike and both were so very helpful in finding a car that fit my needs and one I was comfortable in. Danny also helped us stay within our budget. Bobby helped us with signing paperwork and discussing warranties etc. answered any and every question I had and took the time to explain what I was signing.All staff was friendly, facility was clean and buying a car didn’t take all day.Overall we had a great experience and I would recommend stopping in to oro ford if your looking for a new vehicle.

Worse experience ever! So disappointed in the terrible service we received and the lack of customer service and accountability! Had our truck for 4 months, very little communication with us. We did not have additional vehicle and they would not help us with a rental car. Diagnosed issue and then overcharged us beyond what warranty covered. Service dept was not willing to help us at all! Windows were left open on service lot during snow and rain. Truck was filthy, dirty when we picked it up. We found animal feces in the back seat! They were given 5 hours notice that we were picking it up, they could have at least washed it! When we got truck home (50 miles away from Oro) and went over it more thoroughly, we noticed a part had not been installed properly and was about to fall off. We had to fix it ourselves. Manager offered a detail for our troubles. We live 50 miles away. Would mean taking a day off work and sitting waiting on detail as they did not offer rental

Started out our car shopping trip in Mesa. We really liked the Explorers, but didn’t love the price. Decided to take a trip to Oro Ford, where we bought our last two vehicles when it was still oracle ford. Roy Crouch helped us find a used beautiful Explorer for a price that was much more palatable for us. He’s such a nice guy! I think maybe we’ll just head straight that way the next time we need a car.
