I’m a truck driver who delivers to dollar general stores and this store is definitely one of the worse I’ve delivered too. They know that policy says we can unload before 7pm and I got there at 6:30 with only TWO rolltainers to unload which is a 10 minute job. Apparently the night manager can’t make decisions on her own without the store managers blessing so she refused the delivery and told me I had to wait until the morning, thus delaying me even more from going home to my family. I don’t what’s worse, that the assistant isn’t mature enough to decide on her own, or that the store manager doesn’t let them.

Me and my TE (truck drivers) got to this store to unload our truck and the managers (Matt I believe is one of them) were very helpful and kind through the process. Nice store in Oracle Az! 😎👍🏻

Holy cow. Update 5/2023 What has happened to dollar general? Bathrooms should be condemned, full mop buckets with black water, filthy store and floors. Shelves not stocked, merchandise on the floor. This decline has been gradually happening since the management change. I was so happy when this store originally opened, because the family dollar was unkept, but today it's a different story. I heard we are getting another dollar store, next to this, and didn't feel we needed another because we have had three in this town before, but anything has got to be an improvement. #dollargeneral do better.

As stated below, this store is continuously getting worse, it's always low on inventory with empty selves. The checkout line is always slow, or they'll see you standing at the checkout counter and don't bother to do their job. Like does anybody work here anymore. Ridiculous store stay away from this place if possible.

Usually this store is great, but week after week the stock is never on the shelves. Not sure if this is a supply or staffing issue but they rarely ever have what I need anymore. Definitely losing a frequent customer

The store needs to have their own armed security guard. The locals mess with the female employees that work here and female shoppers. They harass them, grab them, say inappropriate things, follow them home etc. Might help keep the petty shoplifters out too.

The staff is very friendly and the sales are great. Exactly what you would expect from a Dollar General. And they just got a Redbox at this location! It gets very busy in the evenings but the lines move pretty quick. Make sure to sign up for digital coupons and save even more!

Great store. They had everything I was looking for and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend going there if you are up this way and need some items.

All golden. The service was great, the last at the cash register was super cool and nice and very sweet to me . I'll go back to that store in Oracle Arizona .had a smile on my face all the way home. And even gave a guy at the circle k some of my chocolate when putting gas in my car. Pay it forward.

I went to this store on Christmas Day. The worker was Chae (Sounds like Shay).I dropped a six pack of soda, the bottle burst, spilled sticky Dr P. everywhere. Chae didn’t complain. She cleaned up and we chatted and she was so nice.

Its kept well stocked and staft and is pretty much Small Town Oracle Arizonas only retail store providing our small community with almost everything anybody would need. I recently moved here and have found this DG and Staff to be 5 Stars above all the other stores of its kind down and around Tucson Valley. Come check it out, you'll be welcome

They always seem to have what I need except meat and fresh vegetables other than that we would live in a rural area and can't always get the amenities of fresh fruits and vegetables

It's close to my house and I do a lot of shopping here, my only complaints are the wait to check out can be a long one and they seemed to run out of inventory quickly and are out of what I go there for a lot, the workers are nice though.
