I would just like to say that this Pharmacy has improved their customer service by 100%. I gave them a one star review about a year ago and I am changing that review now because they have shown they care about their customers enough to improve the quality of service, so thank you Walgreens. I wish more companies were as proactive as you.

Pharmacist told me if you go to supermarket and there are no eggs what do you do? Trying to make the point that if my daughters epilepsy medication is on backlog what do you want me to do, how insensitive of a comment and when I life depends on this medication. Can’t believe Walgreens permits this kind of disrespectful behavior from its employees.Totally unacceptable.

I used this Walgreens Pharmacy for over 5 years and it was always great before the past 6 months or so. I am pretty sure they are going under or closing down soon. They are not keeping the hours they have posted online and are sending prescriptions to Tucson to be filled and then delivered back to Nogales so it now takes days longer than it used to to get your medication. I had to get my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy after they quit accepting my insurance provider (same provider they have accepted for years now) with no notice and it took Walgreens two weeks to transfer it. I ran out of my medication in the mean time. Do not use this pharmacy for life saving medications! They are no longer reliable.

Everytime I come to Walgreens the people are so nice.. but don't get me started on the bathrooms they are disgusting toilet paper on the toilets, the waste baskets over flowing, and it smells terrible, don't know why I go there. 😝

Always check your prescription before you pay, make sure you have the correct perscription and the correct amount of pills.

Tengo un mes sin mi medicina tengo asma crónica y mi medicamento tienen un mes preparándolo después que no lo recogí la primera vez que lo surtieron. Ahora dicen que se congela la computadora cada vez que intentan surtirla de nuevo. Parece que no la hicieron reverse apropiadamente y ya tengo que surtirla de muevo y todavía dice en proceso.

Pocos de los empleados de aqui no son amables, tienen muy mala actitud hacia los clientes..... MARIO es uno de los empleados nuevos que a entrado a esta compañia y me quede sorprendida en como me atendio!!!!! Perfecto servicio al cliente, muy amable, muy atento, muy simpatico!
