Noami was so helpful today. I needed something to get the skunk smell off of my cat and she went online right away to help me locate the right product for the job, and it worked! I could spend all day in this store. The prices are fair and the employees are friendly and seem knowledgeable in most areas of the store. I hope this place lasts because it has a vast variety of merchandise.

$200 purchase and left waiting 20 minutes to get someone to unchain it (raised planting bed). Item was 10 feet from the counter but there was not one to assist a customer after purchase. I guess after they have your money it's not a priority to provide the customer with the items they paid for.

I wrote a negative review about Tractor Supply and got a response asking me to contact Customer Service along with the phone number. I called them 3 times. It was an automated service that put me on hold for approximately 12 minutes, then disconnected - each time. I then called the headquarters and told them about the fact that they have $169.37 of mine and never delivered the dog food I ordered. I was told that a manager would call me back. I'm still waiting for the call. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM. THEY'LL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE ITEMS YOU ORDERED!!

I placed an online order for dog food, a brand that always stock. It's been 11 days and they still don't have it in. According to the shipment history it's been sitting in Phoenix, 3 hours away, for 6 days.

I get my dog food here, great selection. Plus hardware and they are always helpful and I can get in and out quicker than a Home Depot or Lowe's. I like it.

Girl at register stated that bar code reader didn't work, when she asked for my phone # I gave it to her, she never input it into the system, so I did6earn any points. It took me 25 minutes to pay, she was a lady was in front of me with 8 candy bars she did them manually. Terrible experience.
