I just had a not very good shopping experience at the REGISTERS with Kenia. She was at the phone, while I was waiting for her to sell me the painting I needed..and not only she overcharged me for the wrong items.. instead of 10 buckets of prime she charged me for 20, and on top she blames another co- employee that Lilian, that she did write the correct items'upv codes and quantities.. and this person Kenia gets rude and disrespectful with me and the person helping me out with the painting... I wish this business do a better training to their cashiers.. Store 8488.

Ryan!!! Wow, went above and beyond ! Not only was he extremely pleasant, he took customer service to another level! He never hesitated to help us out with a project that was nearly impossible. People like Ryan deserve recognition for his attitude, great customer service and his willingness to make the impossible happen!!

We've been here many times and it can be challenging to find things. Usually, you're pretty much on your own, but today my husband was there and one of their associates, name of Rosie, was very helpful. She helped him find everything he was looking for and he wanted to commend Rosie for her job performance! After she had finished helping him, she went to the next person she saw that needed help. Thank you, Rosie! You make shopping at this Home Depot so much easier! She deserves a raise in my opinion!

Dan was very unwilling to listen to my issue with their confusing pricing policy. 2 different prices displayed on an item that was purchased & he said that per retail law, it was my responsibility to look at all of the prices on display & determine which is the correct price of the item I want to purchase. I asked him for the statute number for the law he was referring to & he said he didn't know it nor did he have the time to get it for me. He also said it was Home Depot's policy for the consumer to locate the correct price of the item no matter where the item is located. So I asked him if I found an item in the opposite end of the store, if it was still my responsibility to come find the correct lable for the correct price & he said yes. I asked him for his last name & he said all he has to provide me was the name on his apron which is Dan. I asked him for his district manger's phone number & he told me to call headquarters. He proceeded to call his general manager on his phone but I didn't want to waste my time anymore. Attached is a photo of Dan. I guess I'm be going to Tucson if I have to go into a Home Depot.

During Covid, Home depot did not allow patrons over 60 years old in their store In Hermosillo.Staff : With the exception of two wheelchair bound employees are rude..The two associates in wheelchairs are very nice..

It was an absolute delight to shop here. The staff were accommodating, experienced, and helpful, and it's probably one of the best Home Depot experiences I've had.

This store is so friendly and helpful and on top of that very clean I’ll go to this store before I go the Tucson stores. After I purchase a water heater Jr said to me he would go out to help load it I didn’t have to ask. Great employees.

I honestly was shocked to see a handful of negative reviews, because this HD is clearly the BEST store I have ever been in. Friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way to assist in any way they can. A fine example of stellar management and staff whom carry a work ethic that is not seen in other HD stores. Please keep up the great service!

I paid for the insurance policy on a washing machine I purchased and they sent someone out to fix it. That process took about two months. After using the machine for a day, it stopped working again. I asked them for a refund or to replace it and they said they wouldn't and started a new claim to have someone come look at it which I assume will take another month or two. The machine is a Maytag top loader, it worked for a year and a half before we started having problems with it. The insurance policy is an absolute sham.

I was all and about the store looking for bolt. All of a Sudden comes a gentleman, employee with a big smile and asking if he could be of any help. I'm sorry I didn't get his name he deserves a praise as he was very attentive. Thank you❤❤

I like going to my local Home Depot for certain things like when I can't find items in smaller hardware stores, but if you ever need any help you won't really find it here. The staff avoids you and they are not knowledgeable about anything. It's rare when I find someone that can help me. But I have found going is bearable thanks to the Home Depot App which tells you where everything is. Other than that, would avoid it.

Cesar has ALWAYS been super helpful with my questions and solving my issues. I forgot to submit a review last time but I had another issue today trying to refund something I ordered online and Cesar was able to help me with no trouble. Home Depot is lucky to have an employee like Cesar. He is always ready andoand willing tohto and resolve the issue! Thanks again Cesar!

not very helpful, need more ppl to help customersNeed to be honest, Flooring department told me on phone I could schedule a measure tomorrow and have it installed in 2 weeks. Talked to Both a man and woman working IN FLOORING....., both said same......got my husband up to go help me pick carpet, waited 30 minutes to talk to the workers.....the first thing she said is oh no we can't measure for a month......big mistake 2600 sq ft house will get carpet elsewhere. Don't lie .....

Ok. So ive been here hundreds of times and spent 1000s of dollars. After spending almost an hour looking for a leaf blower thats supposed to be in inventory we asked for the store manager Manny.He never showed up. Which is a reflection of how this store operates. Ignore customers and hide when you need help.

Very impressed with the helpful friendly staff. This is not my normal store but I have noticed an uptick in the service there as well. Now, just hire a few more cashiers and minimize those self checkout stations.

Horrible customer service!!!!... Soo disorganized.. Employees have no idea what they are doing .. No experience in any type of construction, pluming, electric..etc.. No help what so ever. Have to go there its only one in town but they need to work and not stand around talking to each other.. My husband always has to lift hevy materials by himself while employees walk by and stare at him dont offer to help!!!.. There is probably 3 people in that whole store that are helpful.

The employees need to speak English around English speaking customers. I was touched and a comment was made to me in Spanish. Completely inappropriate. Then when loading they loaded wrong and we had no idea what was going on because English was not being spoken. Finally a woman employee spoke to us in English.

No service asked for assistance and was ignored. As usual this store is a nightmare when it comes to customer service. I know I dealt with the totally incompetent assistant manager and saw with my own eyes how untrained he is which infects the whole store and town. Will never spend in this town again
