If you love spoiling your pet, this place is great! I love it because it is not a huge store, that's a good and a bad thing. You may not find as many options as you would in the mega stores but this has all the basics!! Love taking my dog there just to get her out of the house to mingle with people. If you're patient enough you can score some incredible products at discount prices. I have found great quality items for only a couple dollars!! Love this store

Super helpful and friendly staff. They help you find everything you need including how to make your own tags for your pets. The environment is open to people and pets from all walks of life! And if you adopt from the local shelter, you get a free bag of food here as well as other coupons. Gotta love that they support adopting animals!

This is the best place to go when you are looking for anything your pet needs. There is a wide variety of food for any pet that you may have, different brands, flavors, nutritional value. You can also find here different medication that your pet may need. There are also different toys for your pet. I also saw some clothing and bedding for your pet. It is a fun place to just come in and look at the different things they have fun your pet and if you don't have a pet yet, you can walk in and adopt a pet in this same store.

Great things for your pets but horrible service, I was never given any help, never was greeted, there was a lady on her phone the whole time and never offered assistance as well as a man. After gathering what I needed I had to wait a while to get attended at the register... I love pet smart but I dislike their employees in Nogales. Be ready to assist yourself and receive bad service.

Liked the store many products..toys..leashes..pet clothes.. different kinds of dishes..no waiting at all.. immediate assistance on any questions you will have on petco products, I don't currently have any pets but if I did PetSmart is there to help..thank you🤠👍🏾

This petsmart is disgusting. There were so many dead fish and they had no care whatsoever when we pointed them out. For a store as small as it is it was messy and barely any tags are up. They said maybe 3 words to us. At check out they just complained to each other about their leaders and ignored us.Our catfish we got was put in a cup that we can’t even float like other petsmarts and petco. We will just drive the other direction towards green valley.

Very friendly staff. When I was there, a few associates where taking continuing education classes on their products. It's nice to see a group of people who care about each pet. And the grooming salon was helpful. On PetSmart's website it said the salon wasn't open weekends. I was very happy to find out it actually was.

I am a handicapped widow & running errands is difficult for me. When I entered the store alone, a PetSmart associate came to me immediately & asked what I needed. She knew right away where the product was, went with me & carried it to the register for me. Nice service! Lovely employees!

The staff is friendly and the store is clean and organized. The problem this store has is with the fish. I've bought at least 14 peacock cichlids that have been sick. I never had a problem with sick fish until I bought the fish there. Resulting in buying countless medicines to get it cleared up. I have at least bought $100.00 in medicine and spent countless hours correcting this problem. I called corporate to see if they can help get new stock but they keep sending sick fish. I would like to reiterate that the staff is friendly and professional. The problem is the distributor of the peacock cichlids.

The grooming is terrible I took my dog with a lot of fluffy hair and they totally shave her we told them to keep it fluffy they didnt even keep their tail fully all the way, the shave the bottom of the tail and left the rest with hair how does that make any sense at all dont take your dog here again its not worth it one time for me was enough my wife was the one that pick up the dog if I would’ve been I wouldn’t have paid for that I prob could have done better. She was scared for 1 full day and she was not acting the same and that has never happen before, she has been to the groomer plenty of time and she has never acted like that if I could give negative stars I would.

Bought a couple of angel fish that only made it about 24 hours, took them back and got great advice and service. Bummed about the angels, but I'll be going back. Excellent service.

Lots of pet needs; except for exotic pet needs.. they were unable to provide a stainless steel feeding dish that attaches to a cage. They only had puppy sized ones..

The fish seem to live longer as compared to buying them at Wal Mart. They have great deals every once in a while also. Bought a 3.5 gallon tank for $21..

Took our teacup poodle to be groomed here back in April 2016. Asked the girl to give her a very short cut because the breeder cut out matts a few times I think. I said please give her a dome head cut. She called in 90 minutes and said she was ready 90 minutes later. She was almost cut how we asked. She had the short cut we asked for but a lions head hair cut, she claimed she had to hand cut the face. Thank god we had a coupon. I would never take my pet there to be groomed by Roxy again. We were both not happy with the cut and think she should have at least called us and told us she can't do what we asked. We just paid and left. Never to have gone back.Miriam's grooming is a few dollars more. But well worth it.2nd Review:Called to get our teacup poodle a lamb cut. I asked for a price and she said if there are many mats she will just shave her and it would be so it will be 40-47. from what I read online there is not an extra charge if there are mats.service includes:Oxygen-infused bath with shampoo & blow dry15-minute brushingDematting & haircutNail trimEar cleaning, hair removal & flushing (if needed)Scissoring feet & pad shavingSanitary trimAnal gland cleaningcanceled the appointment because the groomer we have used before only chares 35.00 for the same services. I do plan to put it on yelp that the groomers tell you different prices than whats online.
