We are so thankful to have found Munds RV Resort while passing through this area. Their property here is well maintained, safe, and even quiet! The Team at the front desk was helpful and welcoming while booking our reservation. Upon arrival, Alisha guided us to our site. She was so smiley and sweet. Candace, Sue, & Shannon in the office were very friendly! They helped us with anything we needed and made us feel at home :) The General Store on the property has the best variety of items sold we’ve seen in an RV park/resort store. They have a laundromat on site and it was the cleanest laundromat I’ve EVER used! I’m very skeptical about washing my clothes in these kinds of places however I did not hesitate to use their machines. It smelled good in there too and there was a bathroom inside which was convenient while I was doing our laundry. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Sedona/Flagstaff again!

We just stayed at this RV resort and had a wonderful time. RV site were very clean and well maintained but very close together. We were pretty much in the street when we were sitting outside in our camp chairs with the kiddos. Can’t speak as to the amenities as everything was still closed for the season which was totally fine. The grandbabies loved the park and riding their bikes around the property. It is a very quiet property, at least this time of year. Quick drive to some nice hikes. The best part about this resort is their staff though, they are all so sweet and attentive. They were so kind and chatty with my grandbabies and I loved that small town hospitality feel they provided. I’d stay here again just because of their staff alone!Nearby activities: Really cute coffee shop next door and a quick 25 minute drive to flag.

We had a great experience at Munds Park Rv Resort. We stayed in the phase 4- new sites. There are no trees over in that section yet. But we still found them to be great sites with full hook ups. They have a lot of amenities available to guests that we are excited to try out this summer. Shout out to Shannon and Candace in the general store. They were very pleasant to work with for booking and all our needs while on site. We look forward to coming back.

This is a nice place to stay in the new RV section. Office help at check-in were great. The rock streets need more time to settle as it was hard on our dogs feet. Also the RV spaces need more compacting as our jacks sunk in at the back of the lot. Could use another dog park closer to the entrance. Look forward to staying again in the future.

We camped here in April 2024 in a 40' RV towing 4dr Jeep.. The staff was very friendly. It's further from Sedona than I thought, no direct access, 40 minutes away. The Resort seemed more focused on long term mini homes on sites it looked like. 5 mini homes and some permanent RVs spots for every one short term RV spot. That kinda bothered me a little. From a business perspective it makes sense for year round revenue. They were doing a lot of work there regrading the gravel around the sites. The amenities were good, gym, laundry, play ground area all well kept. Internet and wi-fi worked well. We didn't use the showers or bathrooms so I cant give a review. They are also setting up long term RV / trailer storage spaces near the dog park. They are working hard on maintaining everything for such a large place. They are expanding the mini home areas. Very muddy to get to the dog parks. There is a trail to the national forest. You can access from the park through a gate. But its being cleared of trees (disease I think) and very muddy as well. It's right off Hwy 17, a Gas station is near, easy access for larger rigs. Agees BBQ near by was only open 4 days and ran out of BBQ every day before we made it back to the site.

Have ever been to that special RV park where all the tension and worries melt away? Not just a really great park but someplace magical. Some place where you leave behind all the chaos, pain, disappointment and sadness.We've only been RVing for 2 years with a 27' TT Winnie Mini and for me it was to find nirvana. We found it, the park,s and it's only about 1 1/2 hours from home. The parks name is Munds Park RV Park in the town of Munds Parks AZ. Any of the sites 30-37 are great. Thirty seven is a bit smaller. Sitting next to us is a 40' 5th wheel with plenty of room. I don't know if this place will be magical for anyone else but it is for me and this gives me hope. The pictures were taken in October 2023 and now April 2024.

We really enjoyed our stay in the RV Park but when I called in for a reservation I was told I would get a Good Sam discount in addition to the price I was quoted, unfortunately upon arrival I was told they couldn't give me the discount after all and that She would never tell me that. My wife heard the conversation and verified the same thing I felt had been said.

Assigned us to a new area still unfinished to setup our travel trailers. Uneven, muddy, undesirable does not look like their RV section that is shown on website.Management refused to move us to a established site was rude and would not refund our payment.

My husband and I loved loved this resort. We rented a one bedroom apartment for our week stay. It was very clean and spacious with all the amenities you could ask for. General Store fully equipped with all your needs and souvenirs. Staff of the park was very nice and always there to help with anything we needed. Pool was super nice and clean with a very nice laundry room and play ground. ATV trails , Coffee Shop and Ice Cream Shop within walking distance. Camping sites was very spacious and well maintained. GREAT RV Resort. We will definitely be back!!!!

I just wanna say, I havent stayed here yet. but a while ago I drove by and bright colorful leaves on the trees caught my eye...they were so VIBRANT! anyways, I stopped in and asked the gal if i could walk around around and take pictures of the trees, she said yes and handed me a pamphlet with a layout of the park. Super friendly staff and views are amazing! will definitely be staying here in the future!

Clean park, great playground, clean pool, huge laundry room, amazing gym with tons of equipment and a great location. The spots were a little snug but overall one of my favorite campgrounds on our cross-country road trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Next to a VERY loud highway, some spots being only a few feet away. We booked our spot well before closing, and we showed up an after hour they closed. They had pamphlets out for late check ins with assigned site numbers but they did not have one for us and they do not provide that information ahead of time, so we had to use the map to try to pick a spot to stay out of the way. The front office was not very nice about that when we went in first thing in the morning to ensure our spot was okay, but we weren’t in anyone’s way and we were in the type of spot with amenities we booked (and let us stay there). I think they should check their systems before leaving for the night to try to accommodate the people paying very high rates in an area that’s RIGHT next to a very loud highway.

Would have been perfect but for the Cottonwood tree fallout, which happens 2 weeks out of the year. Gave it 5 stars anyways. Cleaning tracks, fabric, zippers etc in rv isn't fun tho.The staff was warm and welcoming. Stellar service! On site general store was cool and well stocked. Very clean restrooms and showers. I highly recommend 50 weeks out of the year!!!!

This place is amazing. We use to spend many seasons with family and friends under the old management. New management and they are doing great. Working to keep things nice and clean. We are very happy we were able to get a monthly spot and hope to continue next year. I have had the pleasure to work with Sue, Candace and recently Alisha. Very friendly and helpful.

Stayed 2 nights in pull through electric and water only spot #10. The utilities are set up where depending on which spot you get depends on which way you face to hook up because the hook-ups are in one location for both spots. Had great wi-fi. Friendly office staff. Office had store with snacks, beverages and such. Easy to get to dump station. The Park consists of nightly, seasonal and permanent residents. It's quite a large park. Lots of people have ATVs to get around so you do hear them throughout the day. There's a large fenced dog area in the back. A nice pool area with hot tub. And large laundry building. I went in the hot tub the first night and it was great. Unfortunately, the next night there were unsupervised kids playing in it. There's a sign that states children are not allowed in the hot tub and that they are supposed to be with an adult in the pool area but not all follow rules. Instead, I took a nice walk around the park. Nice tree lined gravel roads. Very friendly residents. Also a couple of homes for sale. There is some highway noise but nothing once you get in your RV. They hold community activities as well. The day I left they were having a cornhole tournament. Bathrooms and showers are very nice. They even have a workout room. It's a great location not far from Sedona. I would stay here again.

We needed somewhere to stay for one night during Labor Day weekend this year. Candace and Shannon were very accommodating and were able to get us in at the last minute. The only reason for the three stars is because there’s no water or sewer in the northern end of the park at this time but it’s coming soon.Nearby activities: We rented ATVs right next-door to their facility and had a blast.Safety: This is a gated RV community and they keep a close eye on everyone that goes in and out.
