Quick trip, but I prefer coming here rather than the other grocery stores in town. They always seem to have what I need at a good price. Friendly employees who like to make small talk while at the register is something to expect, i enjoy the checkout process, although I do not recommend their self checkout, the sensors are a bit testy when weighing items, causes the terminal to glitch or get stuck on trying to place item in bagging area.

Nice store, lots of items and well stocked. Starbucks is always busy, but you can order ahead. Store is clean and people are always willing to help. Great deals, great place to stop on the way to Phoenix.

Plenty of parking nearby and not too busy on a weekend. The neat thing about this store if they carry stuff that other locations don't- in this case, Mexican spices and even some tonic teas. Everything was neatly laid out. The produce for the most part was fresh and they even had some discount deli items which was nice!Checkout was quick and easy!

Less than perfect experience but the store offers quite an impressive assortment of food. Supplying a vast majority of food for the local area. The price is what stands out to me food is 30% more expensive.

Been going here a few years now. Excellent selection. Has Starbucks and a great deli. I know where everything is so i am in and out quick. Oh, Service Desk is friendly as all the staff !

Negative 100. They offer delivery as an option. But when our car was out, and we ordered groceries, and for three days they lied to us, telling us the order will be there in an hour. Then 3 hours later we called again and were told 2 hours. Three hours later we called again and were told the order would be expedited, be here in an hour. No food. Now too late so our order was put on for following day. Same garbage all day, then when too late to do anything were told the order was too large. So we redid order for today. Third day. Waited all day again and no delivery. After being lied to for 3 days, I'm told they don't have shoppers so were not getting anything.We live in an area with no public transport. No uber, no lyft, no taxis, no busses. We depended on frys delivery which they promote, to get some much needed food. They lied for 3 days in spite of fact that I told them we had nothing left to eat or drink at home after being stranded here and it was essential to our well being to get this order. But they lied and lied and lied.Shows how much they consider service as an important part of their companies concerns. If I was the manager of a store that did this to a customer, I'd do the shopping and deliver it myself. But all we get is, I'm sorry, it'll be there in an hour, I'm sorry but the order is too big, I'm sorry the order will be there in 45 minutes, I'm sorry but the order will be there in 2 hours. Now my cat is out of food, I'm already underweight and lost 5 lbs in last 3 days, my husband who is very ill has been without food.If we had transportation, we'd have gone to the store and got the food 3 days ago. We only chose delivery because we had no other options and THEY OFFER IT. I DIDNT ASK FOR ANYTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY. FRYS OFFERS DELIVERY.I can't imagine any circumstance that would make me spend my money in one of their stores again. I was just shown that whether I live or die means nothing and they'll lie just to shut me up without a second thought. Actually, I imagine lying must be policy because everyone does it without any consideration as to the consequences to their customer. Im Disgusted and shocked by their actions

They have good deal on alot of stuff. But I dont trust their produce selection now days. Its bare bones, and doesnt always look good, plus if it's a sale item good luck getting any as they seem to run out stupidly fast

Came to this store needing to simply return two items and purchase a few things for dinner and left highly disappointed. The customer service is non existent at this location and the employee knowledge is barely present. Worst experience I've ever had in a Fry's store and I will not be going back again. Highly unorganized and just not what you would expect for a Fry's store.

This is a smaller than normal size Fry's so selection is limited in some areas. But it is usually if not always well staffed with friendly people.

Love that they have mochi here, just wish the non-icecream mochi would get stocked more often, its very rare to find the red bean/green tea kind in aisle 7 as even both are almost always gone!

Im 30 years old and I am use to getting carded. In fact I know by now to have my liscense in hand. However I went to go pay for the alcohol and got refused. I was 100% sober and am always sure to be polite. I had never even stepped a foot inside that grocery store prior to today and nor will I anytime in the future. I don't know if it was a racism ploy or "Dianna/Deanna" woke up on the wrong side of the bed. No matter what the issue was.. be sure that your accusations are accurate and legitimate before telling a paying customer no.

I'm a regular shopper at Fry's. I'm a Fry's card holder. I get monthly coupons and random coupons in the mail. I like this grocery store. I will continue to shop there.

I was in your store yesterday and did NOT feel safe. Neither the checker or bagger was wearing a mask. The checker said she didn’t feel this virus was a real Issue ... Are these people even washing their hands? Stop putting your employees and the public at risk. You should be proactive in protecting your employees, costumers, community and the USA

After a long waited public restroom renovation, it's a shame they can't keep those remodeled facilities clean.👎The Starbucks staff good, customer counters are needing to have it wiped more often. Not too many customers on hand, at first, then everyone came in at once! Staff handled quickly, and immediately opened more lanes at the checkout. Everyone was professional and very courteous. Always a good experience at Frys market!

Starbucks. Alyssa provided poor customer service. She serviced her friends 1st n provided 3 drinks before she completed our order. She gave us 1 drink n did theirs before continuing our order. And she did my order wrong, I went back to her she told it wasn't right. My drink just had powder at the bottom and whole ice. I ordered green tea fraccino with soy milk. She told me it comes like that n the powder mix was just caked at the bottom. She made another one for me again and still it was wrong. So I went to the other person who took our order and she noticed it was wrong. But I didn't like that she was speaking out loud about my compliant to the other worker. I didn't have to be treated like that. It just messed up my day n I didn't even go grocery shopping like I had plan. Starbucks needs clerks that are customer oriented and have good customer service skills. Not a clerk like Alyssa, who was rude and loud with her opinions.

Pharmacist is childish and unprofessional. After getting an antidepressant scrip filled for a few months, pharmacist suddenly says she won't get it for a couple weeks. Won't transfer it elsewhere. So I called another pharmacy, who told me very confusedly that fry's already had that scrip filled and waiting for me. When I go to fry's, pharmacist lies and says it's a partial fill (other pharmacist already confirmed it was all there and listed as ready for pickup). I told her that was fine, I'd pay for the partial and be back for the rest later. Then she insisted that was also impossible, because it was COMPLETELY ILLEGAL for her to accept money as payment for prescriptions. Said it was new law, out of her hands. This scrip was in no way affected by any of the laws that have been passed. It has no affect on OB/GYN or reproductive mechanisms, so it was under no scrutiny. I can accept if a pharma won't fill for professional, or even political/religious reasons, as long as it's stated up front. I had to investigate lie after lie with this pharmacist, who still never told the truth. Does corporate Kroger understand that this store has a policy of not accepting money for prescriptions? Does it work this way in other departments?

Unfortunately they close & lock doors before 10 pm at 9:50 pm prohibiting patrons from entering. Don't rush, waste your time & make the mistake like I did. Even if you're just grabbing two items at the front and would be out before closing. So much for business hours.
