Idk - I’m not sold on this store.Never really felt welcomed or acknowledged a few times I was in there. Cashiers don’t have the greatest of energy and on the new to customer service or dealing with the public skills set . Sometimes mono tone or just no connection.Update- my last trip was much better and the staff was really friendly and very helpful-Much better experience- 4/3/24 -

Miami Arizona store Would be nice if they had working phones been trying to purchase a shotgun for over a week. Guy I dealt with at the counter was apologetic but the girl claiming to be a manager is rude.

Went to the store today in Miami Arizona and just called letting them know that I was charged twice for the same item and asked if we could fix this over the phone I was told no. I’m an hour away. I’m told I have to bring the receipt in cannot believe that this is the way you have to work with the store. Plus the phone number on the receipt is not the correct phone number. Interestingly enough I like the store, but these are some issues that should be taken care of.

Terrible. No problem taking your money but won't issue a refund. STAY CLEAR OF THIS STORE. They will rip you off. I got milwaukee grinder, they don't keep anything out on the floor but an empty box. After waiting an extra 15 minutes I got a box with partial contents. No manual, no key for the disc lock. How am I supposed to use a grinder without locking the disc. I asked for a return and they said they count return anything till Monday "because the store literally knocked out their computers" Its sunny and 96 out.And they have leaky ceilings too but I guess they would rather have bug in buckets instead of fix their problems.Maybe invest into security cabinets fir tools instead of offering the poorest customer service imaginable.Dint wver go here, for anything, ever.

WHEN DID THIS STORE BECOME A DAYCARE!!!!!!!! I walked in and a cashier was chasing a young boy around the checkouts. Went to check out and the child was sitting by her inside of the checkout area while she was working. YIKES! Does CAL Ranch have to allow children in work areas to keep employees? 100% DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I Just went in to purchase a firearm I ask the gentleman to see a .300 blk upper he tells me we don’t have any. I respond withYou have two sitting right here? He says oh I apologize I’m new to firearms and learning! I go to look at a beretta 92x and two number micro 9 and they are all three hammered for a gun with a 1700 dollar price tag “beretta” it is scratched up along the slide on both sides dent on sights from being dropped hard and mishandling both the blue and the purple custom finish guns are both scratched like they both could use a full restoration I ask if they are used he says no we don’t sell used guns they look like that because we just toss them all in the back every night basically in short telling they don’t care how anything is handled they get scratched this whole time handing me firearms not one time did he checkOr clear any of the rifles he handed me then he takes my out of state I’d says I can not sell you a rifle I asked for a manager he proceeded to toss my I’d at me and act like a fool raising his voice making comments about things he clearly does not know about because when the manager did show up she told him he is wrong and he still kept at it very poor customer service manager handled her self well but clearly her employees do not respect her as he was talking over her at me while I was trying to speak with the manager ultimately resulting In the loss of countless dollars in firearms sales tonight. Very disappointing and dissatisfied as a whole that manager needs a raise for tolerating the clown in the on firearm sales

All managers I have talked with 1 don’t seem to care, 2 rude, 3 argumentative, 4 took over 10 minutes to get a manager to the front employees had to call them 3 or more times.Always hear employees talking about how managers have zero respect for them and how they are never around to help in any way. They just sit in the office yelling and barking orders over the radio.Also heard they are losing good employees because of the management at this location in Globe.Keep the managers they have now and by this time next year it will be closed. Small town means word spreads fast.Poor leadership equals poor performance from subordinates. It’s NOT the employees fault ITS THE MANAGEMENT

Horrible experience buying a gun. They had four people check my paperwork and we still had to drive an hour and a half back to resign stuff after we got our pistols. The compensation offered was 15% off of 22lr ammo. Everyone that checked my paperwork should be seriously reprimanded. 60 bucks worth of gas for a 2 minute process. Save yourself the heart ache and buy your guns from professionals.

Loved it.We went in there to fit our son with some boots, didn't get them. But we did buy 2 baby chicks for our ranch.Joshua was super helpful, as was everyone else in the store. Very clean, organized, and well stocked. We'll be back for sure.

Was visiting from albuquerque and visited this store. Wow what a awesome store and company, The customer service was amazing and the selection even better. I would definitely be broke if I lived near this store .. Keep up the good work

The store in my town had a grand opening and made sure everyone knew about it. Cal Ranch in Globe has a great selection and friendly staff.
