I have been working with True Home Maintenance for about 8 years now. I LOVE working with this company! My experiences have always been positive.True Home Maintenance is a family-owned local company who offer great customer service and care. They communicate extremely well and give you updates as to their arrival at your home. Professionalism, quality care, and reliability as well as knowledge and honesty are key attributes of the technicians who work at this company. Providing excellent customer service and care is a priority for the owner of this company!I have a maintenance agreement with True Home Maintenance which provides me with seasonal checkups. They call and schedule these appointments, which is very helpful to me. The cost of this service agreement is well worth the price.For my most recent service, Scott was my service technician. Scott always arrives with a smile! He is an excellent service technician with a wealth of knowledge! He is a great “trouble-shooter” and communicates well regarding any issues he finds. Scott gets the job done! Thanks Scott! It was great to see you.

I have been extremely happy with my True Home AC experience. 2 times a year I am contacted about an upcoming service check. The latest tech who came was very informative and explained the results that he found. He also explained the upcoming changes to the coolant. I really appreciate his information. Great guy too.

I wish I could give 6 stars. True Home Maintenance Air Conditioning and Heating and their team were way better than expected. We had them come out to service our air conditioning units and they did a thorough inspection of the entire heating and air conditioning system and found that we were missing some condensation drains in our attic unit. They quoted us a fix on t adding them in and educated us on the importance for having them and it was a no brainer. They shoed before and after pictures and were in and out quickly. The price was very fair, and we were surprised that they said that the rest of the 19 year old unit was in great shape. Their honesty and professionalism was amazing and we are so thankful that we found them.

He explained how it was working to me and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I am very happy with their service and will continue to recommend them to all of my friends and clients.

Chad in the office made sure I had all the information on the warranty and extended warranty available. Life gets busy and I requested him to call back and he was on top of it. We've used True Home Maintenance for our HVAC needs for several years. They're locally owned, their pricing is very fair, and they offer great, reliable customer service. We get tune-ups twice each year for both our house and my mom's. Scott, our technician has gotten to know us an our dogs. Highly recommend!

Called True Home and they were able to send a tech out same day. Andy took the time to investigate possible scenarios , explained what he was doing, and cleared the error codes which seemed to solve the problem. He encouraged us to call back if the issue continued and then indicated it may require a bigger fix (more $). It seemed to solve the problem at a reasonable cost. We will use them again.

After a breaker needed to be replaced because it was tripping the furnace off, we received a recommendation to have True Home Maintenance inspect our furnace. Called this morning and Josh came out this afternoon. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. We bought our home 7 years ago and it was good for us to have this service done. No problems were found. And we are considering the company's maintenance plan.

UPDATE- Watch out for Chris the whole reason this outfit fails.....I have whistle blower details.UPDATE.....Do Not Use!!!!UPDATE- THIS COMPANY LIED ABOUT MY SERVICE. SHOW ME PICS OF CRACKS ON THE LID. YOU RUINED MY CARPET I AM JUST WARNING OTHERS.Through our home warranty we had this company out to service our washer. After looking at the service codes and tearing into the washer....decision was to replace the rods. Some info the washer was stopping and throwing error codes. So anyway rods were replaced, that night we ran it and it flowed over and threw water out....causing a flood in our hallway and spare room. Owner or Manager could of cared less....they brought out a carpet cleaner....who told us this won't help since it had been soaked all the way through. By the way if rods are installed incorrectly I found out it can throw it off balance and do what it did. However I warn Hiring this company....if it does go bad they won't help, and might cost you other repair costs. I am surprised of the ratings as high as they are maybe they should just stick with AC repairs. However management at this company is horrible so watch out. They never once apologized. True Home Maintenance came had an appointment scheduled for today. They called me and told me there AC technician was ahead of schedule can come early if it’s ok with me. It was great they could come early and I’m glad they could. Their technician sent me a text so I knew about what time he would arrive and I had a photo of him supplied for safety sake. None of this was requested, but ai liked the extra details provided. Then the tech was able to diagnose a problem with the contractor and a transformer both of which needed replacement on on 12 year old system. Repairs are complete and my system is blowing cold. The tech was a professional and had a great attitude that also made this a positive experience! Thank You True Home Maintenance Team!

Travis and the team at True Home Maintenance are fantastic! They have helped my family several times. Most recently our AC went out and needed a part that no one in the area had and would not arrive for several days. They sent someone to a warehouse very far out of their way so we wouldn't have to go the entire weekend without AC during the summer. Most companies would have just said too bad but they went above and beyond!

True Home replaced my HVAC unit when I bought this house 5-ish years ago. A technician comes out twice a year to check on it. I've had no issues with the unit until this past weekend. It just stopped turning on. I called on Saturday and they scheduled me for Monday for the routine inspection before summer. Woohoo no trip charge! Turns out two pipes rubbed together causing a leak. Once I arranged financing they scheduled for Tuesday. The same technician came out and did the repairs.True Home was very responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. They tried to save me some money and reminded me of my warranty that was expiring soon with the manufacturer. All around positive experience. Except for paying for the work... I hate that part... I highly recommend them for HVAC work.

True Home Maintenance is the absolute best! I had 2 other air conditioning companies come out before them and they said they couldn’t help me with my air conditioner and they didn’t seem to want to deal with my home warranty (Fidelity) even though Fidelity was the ones that sent them out! Then True Home Maintenance was the 3rd company to come out to my home & they went above and beyond to get me a new AC replacement since my unit was over 35 years old and was not repairable. Their professionalism and communication and reliability was excellent! Even though it took a long time for my home warranty to approve the replacement, True Home Maintenance continued to call them and give me updates! Joshua came on apr 15 to do maintenance check for summer, he always cheerful , helpful with any question I have and shows me how to do things like setting thermostat for summer savings, after 7 years of telling other techs about settings that working ,Joshua showed how there is a reset button to use if I change temp setting and how to get back to program (a subject that I always told other tech about the setting not working right, no one ever mention reset till now. Joshua is very pleasant and is also from Wis so we get to talk home, he is from Racine about 30 miles from my where I lived (Milwaukee).
