There’s an expectation from anyone that goes to a store to spend money. Good customer service. Reasonable prices , fast and friendly staff. Customer service to me isn’t forcing a customer to take a cart loaded with goods for themselves or their family and taking it to self check out, and bag myself and just hand over $100 or more.Fast and friendly staff/ good customer service isn’t one of your employees telling a customer with a cart loaded of goods “ I get upset when I pay my bills too” it isn’t about paying my bills I’m blessed not to struggle there anymore.Yall failed in 2 of the 3 basic areas of service.

Placed online pickup in store because I didnt read correctly the first time. Understandable. But what was crazy was asking customer service if there was anyway they could go grab since i was already there and it was ONE item, to be told I HAD to wait the 2 hours and then wait the two hours to be told it was out of stock when it showed in stock and pickup online at time of order. Ridiculous. Never placing a pick up order at this target again.

I always avoid the electronic section when I am in here and for good reason. The retail salesman are rude and they badger you. I walked by and said "No, Thank You." And he asks me an additional 2 times, and makes a backhanded comment while I walk away. Shouldn't have to deal with this.

While shopping at Target today, I was approached by a salesperson pitching on behalf of AT&T. I decided to provide some of my information so that he can give me a quote. Later, I receive an email from AT&T confirming my account. I never signed up for an account. How can this be possible?? This created so much stress and headache for me contacting my current provider to ensure that nobody had ported my phone numbers over to AT&T without my permission. Of course being a Sunday, I can't speak to anybody at this time, so I've sent emails, hopefully locked my account, and will need to follow up during normal business hours with my provider tomorrow. Not to mention AT&T to ensure they're not trying to bill me for some account that I never signed up for! Unbelievable that Target would even allow representatives inside their stores exhibiting this type of behavior. Done with Target from here on out. And AT&T will never have my business ever.

I thought the sticker shock and price gouging were bad at Walmart. Frankly, if it weren't for the high limit on the Red Card, I wouldn't shop here at all, for any reason. As a man, I do not feel welcome here.

Not fast, fun, and friendly service from being a former target GSTL this target is not upholding keeping the guest 1st and completing flawless service. Very understaffed! Target you can do better 1 worker to accommodate? I even came inside to grab my order instead of drive up due to the wait time being so long.

Having a baby boy and seeing the clothing aisles is wonderful. There are more selections to choose from other than just blue or dinosaur selections.

This Target was our go too Target but lately we have been seeing more pets/animals, (these are NOT service animals) in the store on leashes, some without leashes, some barking in the store, some even sitting in the carts! You know some people are allergic to pet dander and not only that I find it unsanitary that they are able to walk them in the store let alone through the food isles with employees passing them up and not saying anything to them or bringing it to the managers attention. Don't get me wrong, I like animals/pets. I just don't think they should be allowed in the stores let alone the carts. ONLY Sevice Pets/animals should be allowed allowed in the stores!!

the targetPOLICE are the best. I like to call them the men in black. with their earpiece was walking in multiples. LOL anyways the ones at the store are not as incognito as maybe necessary. well maybe not to some people, but I notice. if you are being followed, follow them back. it's fun!

Lack of communication with the drive up orders instead of telling someone to wait cause there is a delay on the order and then sending nobody out or updating the customer for 15 mins after they check in….. walk outside and inform them like come on. Oh and maybe trying answering your phones so the customer can ask what is going on. Just common sense

This is my main location that I go to on a regular basis and I don't know what it is but ever since it got redone after the fire at has seemed to gone downhill. There's nothing worse than being at Target with Walmart characteristics.... a hand sanitizer sitting at the front and every day you pass by its empty. I thought Target was at a higher standard so maybe I'm wrong

I went off peak and there were 15 people in line for self check out and they still wouldn't open any registers with team members. The only people that seemed to be working here was the girl at self check out and security. Customer service here is awful

I don’t think I’ll ever be returning to this location. There is clearly racism in the atmosphere as no matter what it is as little as a cup with a black girl with puffy pigtails on it is all on clearance..Then- I’m standing in line; I’m the second person in line and the girl at the Ulta counter comes and pulls the two white ladies from the END of the line who had SEVEN+ items when I had TWO items and says, “are you paying with card? I can check you out over here.” Absolutely appalled. And for some reason the self check out was closed? Not sure why you’re down to one register there’s an entire line and an employee has the audacity to pull the two white women from the back of the line when I was next and there were two other minorities behind me. I’ve NEVER been at a store where they pull someone from the end of the line who has MORE items than the next person in line or even the 3rd or 4th person in line.

The clerk at customer service was very kind and polite. She helped price match and gave knowledge about the rewards program and app, which in turn helped save me money! I will definitely make this my home Target

Not our go to location. It was a clean, as you fully expect Target to be, but there was a less than pleasant smell all throughout the front half of the store. Employees were friendly and helpful and the shelves and aisles were neat and organized. Found what we were there for, made our purchase and went on our way.

Target is a great place to shop! It’s always clean, has plenty of highly desirable items in stock and the employees are friendly and outgoing.They always have plenty of people working the registers as well as have self checkout if that’s your thing.

Lady at self checkout refused to honor mismatched pricing policy saying it's a vendor issue and they can't change the vendors prices even if they're incorrect. I've literally never had an issue buying collectables until now, everyone has honored the mismatched price or an online price match but I got the feeling she just wanted to not be there and rush me out.

I love this Target ....My only complaint tho, is that they seem to only have 1, maybe 2 registers opened all day. It's mostly self check out. which is fine, until you got a line out the door, and they're not opening anymore registers!

Absolutely awesome, helpful staff; will scan any code to find more inventory in the back! The history: it's a reopen of a store that had a fire where everything was lost. The inventory may need a little restocking, but the staff and shoppers are EXTREMELY appreciative. Give em a visit 🙏❤️🇺🇸

Overall great customer service aside maybe a few employees. Giving this Target a 3 due to their stock on items. This target lacks big time when it comes to even having some of the most basic items in stock like Mixed Green Lettuce and especially since they never have any Peanut Sauce. That’s just two items, multiples times not even having anything but Skim Milk in stock. Not sure what it is about this location but hell, ordered chicken one time and was told it was out of stock.

Cashier failed to give me all the items that I purchased. I checked out, paid, grabbed the one bag she put in front of me because it was perfectly reasonable that the small number of items could all be contained in one bag, and left. When I got home, I noticed that I was missing items. I had a similar experience the last time I shopped at this location. Cashier bagged items and did not actually hand me the bag from down in her little bag pit until I reminded her to do so.

It still smells like smoke, I came out smelling like smoke it's a shame after that remodel to it's a shame what people can do to a nice store maybe they need to do the vents and clean coils on the units maybe that might help

Super long lines with only one cashier and no one helping her, I was shopping between 4:30-5:15 tonight and I saw multiple target employees walk by. The lady at the register was extremely nice an apologetic and I honestly feel the store let her down. Because she didn't deserve to be the only one up their by herself on a Friday night.
