My wife and I went to the recent Home and Garden Show and one of the vendors stood out to me over the others, Semper-Fi.They were VERY friendly and knowledgeable and unlike ALL the other vendors weren't pushy for us to buy their product. We have two air conditioner units for our 3074 square-foot house and they were built in 2009 and have been worked on several times. It only took one day for them to pull all of the old stuff out and put in high efficiency units, I was very pleased with the work ethic especially Trace And his professionalism!

My experience with Semper Fi Heating and cooling was seamless. From my initial call and making an appointment for an inspection of my 21 year old unit, to Matt coming and giving me the rundown on what my unit needed and didn't need, and to the installation process, everything was perfect. The day of installation they knew I had to go to work at 1:00 and they made sure they were done and cleaned up so I would not be late for work. They even brought on an extra person to make sure it was completed on time. Their customer service is impeccable. If you need your unit repaired, or, are in the process of getting a new unit, call Semper Fi, you won't be disappointed, I know I sure wasn't. We had a great experience with the sales representative Chase, and the installation team. They all were very professional. What a wonderful choice for fixing heat pump problems. Fast honest product presentations for best choices. Veteran and 1st Responder discounts for significant savings. Easy financing is available and quick but thoroughly installed system available within a day. Timing is everything and Semper Fi met the challenge thumbs 👍 up. Great work ethics and polite employees makes it a pleasure to work with them. Crew arrived on time: Crane on time; recycling truck to pick up trash and old unit on time. A seamless operation. Very satisfying for customers to experience.

Makes you feel you made a solid decision and investment, not to mention, problem solved.Our 36 year old twin AC systems went down, in smoke, December 2023, our neighbor thankfully called and we shut down power as we were on family vacation. Semper Fi have been to our house earlier for regular service, so I immediately called and they did us in after discussing various solutions, that week. 2 days work flawless, only because 2nd unit was shipping week later, special order. Went so smoothly, they also helped us with more savings as our son is Active duty AIR Force. And because heating unit was tight through attic, took care if repairs to door access for us following. Amazing serviceOverall, as I mentioned, highly recommended and trusted.

Crew arrived on time. Introduced themselves and explained what was going to happen. Began removal of old equipment. Installed new equipment and ductwork. Hooked up new A/C unit and thermostat. Removed old unit and cleaned up area. The whole process took longer than I expected but the crew was very able and attentive to their job.

*I hired Semper Fi to install a new split system in my home in July of 2023. It is now January 2024 and I haven’t posted my review because my experience with Semper Fi really drained my wife and I mentally. I try to avoid wasting any more time and energy on them, but if I can spare at least one person from the stress and headaches of dealing with Semper Fi Heating and Cooling, then I will consider this review worth my time. I do not recommend Semper Fi heating and cooling. I wouldn’t want anyone else having to deal with this. I believe my service tech was James. He was absolutely fantastic!! Very kind, easy to talk to and very responsive to my concerns. He arrived right on time, and was very pleasant and sure of what he was doing. I’ve only had two or three occasions to request service and everyone involved from Semper Fi has always been both professional and customer oriented. As a 100% Disabled Vietnam Veteran in a wheelchair I am very pleased to be served by those who have served!

The representative I worked with, Josh, was very professional, thorough and took time to answer my questions and provided detailed explanations. Follow up conversations and communication with Gabe from the front office was great and very much appreciated.In addition, the installation crew was outstanding. Semper Fi! Thank you for a great experience with Jeff, who was so personable and informative when explaining everything to me, and Ernest and Carlos installing my new unit! All were professional, courteous, and nice. Now I don’t have to worry about my 2006 AC breaking down in the middle of summer. Easy new thermostat also. The gigantic crane process made me very nervous, but I guess they’ve done it a few times, and it went as planned. Thanks also to the office staff who helped me with some phone calls. I’d definitely recommend this honest, punctual company and their products. Thanks again.

We had previous experience with Semper Fi when we purchased a new Airconditioning Unit and installment which was absolutely perfect! This time we met John for a new water heater installment. No disappointments here!!! John is an amazing technician/plumber! We could not have asked for anyone better. He explained everything he was going to do and then when he showed us the finished installment, he explained everything that he did. His Workmanship is outstanding, and his personality goes right along with that. We had such a great experience! We most definitely recommend and endorse Semper Fi !!! On 2/14/24 called SEMPER FI to inquire about an AC quote. Jennifer got me in same day for a quote. I met with Andre at the homesite. Andre assessed my current system. It was determined I needed a new system as my old system was 16 years old. Andre was very professional and helpful in working out details of a new system. I was scheduled next day install. On 2/15/24 installers Blayke & Justin arrived in a timely manner. Both did an amazing job with removal, install and cleanup. I am totally impressed by all the service by SEMPER FI. Highly recommended. Also great discounts can be grabbed.

I have purchased an air conditioning unit and most recently a water heater the best price in town and friendly techs. Fantastic service, Bryce did a great job coming into our house and performing a high quality check. We were having problems with the AC handler in the attic, Bryce diagnosed that our motor was shot and needed replaced, he replaced the motor and mounts in a timely fashion. He also informed me that when checking the coils that the door has never been opened before for inspection factory sealed still. We have had Parker and Son, Collins Comfort and others doing tune ups so beware that they aren't doing quality checks. All and all I would recommend Semper Fi, on time high-quality service and personal.

Decided to try out this company for an A/C tune up offer I got in the mail. When I called to schedule the receptionist (I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out!) I spoke to was extremely friendly and we even carried on a conversation after the fact for a few minutes. I appreciated her candidness and quick, friendly customer service.When the rep, Elijah, came out he was very confident but not cocky and was able to give me an honest review and educate me about my air conditioning. Power outage grounded out our old AC units compressor and we couldn’t cool the house(and summer temps were already here). They came out same day(in the evening) to diagnose and squeezed me into a next day install for a nice new and more energy efficient unit. Everyone that helped me were honest, transparent, and worked hard to get me out of a bad situation with my old AC finally kicking the bucket.

Had my annual service and David M was the tech. Found my drain line was plugged and causing the unit to cycle on and off. Also capacitor was going bad, he fixed both items under warranty. So first off one main reason I went with Semper Fi was an outstanding warranty, better than almost anyone else out there and secondly, everyone from the purchase, to install to checkups has been very thorough.I recommend Semper Fi to anyone who will listen. I called Semper Fi to do their tuneup. The tech Guy came out and let me know that my air conditioner would need to be replaced. He was very good and went over all that different options for me and even schedule the installment for the next day. He took the time out to call the office found a crew and they literally installed my air conditioner the next day. Semper Fi came out for a free inspection and discovered that my condensate line was plugged and needed repaired. They were able to complete the repairs and the full inspection. On 25 April 2024, had 2 Semper Fi plumber techs arrive to flush my water heater. The drain valve was plugged with sediment. I was amazed at their work progress, prompt, very methodical, professional to quickly replace the drain valve. Drain, flush the heater to a clean status. Checked the water softener, plumbing fixtures. Very satisfied with their work. Plus a very reasonable fee.Thank you Semper Fi for the heater project.Rey R.

I had a low cost inspection of my A/C unit with the hot AZ summer looming in the near future. I thought the unit had been charged as recently as the past year. I discovered it was actually 4 years ago. The unit was low on coolant, but was R22 which is no longer made or legal. Aaron was extremely helpful in laying out my available options. He offered some discounts that made absolute sense to take advantage of immediately. Simper Fi would have even installed the new unit the next day, but scheduling conflicts made it better to do the following day. Now…I don’t know about you…but I think that is excellent service. I look forward to the new unit tomorrow and it should serve me for years to come! Thank you Aaron!!!

Overall, we are very pleased with our Semper Fi experience! We called on a Wednesday for a Tune up as we knew our A/C unit was old (still working but running very hard and for long periods of time). Bryce came out on Thursday & confirmed it was 22 years old and patiently answered our questions, walked us through the pictures, & explained multiple signs of problems that were beginning to happen. They got our old one out a new one installed by Monday afternoon. We're happy so far & will likely look into using Semper Fi for our potential home insulation needs as well!
