Safeway the store is 10/10 recommend.Monica came in and handled the situation better than I personally would've.But the STARBUCKS EMPLOYEELUCIAHORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. You can tell she likes a fight. Going back and forth with me knowing she was in the wrong. She tried to hold me back by taking her sweet time handling the other customers knowing I've been there for over 20 minutes, a couple ppl who ordered after me got their coffee and left.There was a couple of girls standing behind me; heard my whole situation. And Ms Lucia sat there with them laughing about my "messed up drink" situation.Once I asked for a refund she had to call the manager- she looked at me and told me "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAN YOU MOVE TO THE SIDE SO I CAN HANDLE ANOTHER CUSTOMER BEHIND YOU"Once the manager came she KNEW she was in the wrong for trying to push me to the side. So she told the customer behind me to step back so they can give me a refundWhen the manager told me let's go to customer service LUCIA screamed out loud "HAVE A GREAT DAY" to try to piss me off.10/10 don't recommend the Starbucks.SAFEWAY ITS SELF IS A GREAT STORE.

Very poor management and false advertising. I went in to buy a bottle of regular Sky Vodka or Platinum vodka for 12 or 13 dollars. They had none. Saw the Titos listed for $18.95 so I grabbed that and headed to check out. Got to check out and there seemed to be an issue there with only 1 person in front of me. A 20 minute issue. Not sure what the issue was another employee had to be called in to help and they had to go and try to find the customer who.had left in the parking lot. So after 20 minutes I finally get rung up. $27.00 for that bottle of vodka. I wasn't happy. The manager was brought to the checkout. He said they are out of Platinum and Sky. He went and looked at the sticker I seen for $18.95 which took even more time.He came back and said I l needed to buy a 6 pack of vodka to get each bottle at that price. It said it on the small print. That's Bull####! Who buys a 6 pack of Vodka. It should have said $27.00 real big not $18.00. Anyway he was no help. He should have adjusted the price or something to make up for the wait,the false advertising,and the inconvenience. Instead I left unhappy and empty handed. I won't be going there again.

This store is clean, well organized and well stocked. I can always find what I am looking for. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Was trying to call the store but only pharmecy phone number in Google map. When I called the store pharmacy the pharmacist told me I have to call the front deck for my question. And I ask if she can transferring me to front desk. She said no she can't. When I ask her if she is able to tell me the front desk phone number. Again she said she don't have the phone number. I should look it up online. And she hang up on me.That was verry nice of Safeway pharmacist costumer service.I didn't leave one star rating because I don't hate any one.

Your store is well kept & provides easy shopping. The employees are polite & helpful. I ordered the Deluxe Turkey Dinner for Thanksgiving. It was absolutely perfect, actually more than I expected.🍃

Safeway needs a goood cleanup. Safeway is way more expensive than Frys, has less inventory and no checkout people after 7. Why do I give it5 stars? People like Laura at self checkout. You owe her big time.

My go to grocery store. Everyone is always so helpful and nice. The produce is almost always fresh. I've stopped buying the pre-packaged salad since it always seems to be bad already. Their meat is always fresh. The pharmacy always has amazing staff too!

This was my first visit, and I believe the cashier could use a bit more training she double rang me for three different items three additional times. The store was clean, and the fruit and vegetable selection was outstanding! Had to figure that app out for the sales, and the cashier knew nothing!!

I purchased an Elegance cake... it was heavenly! The birthday girl and all the guests loved it. I trust Safeway's bakery for all my special-occasion desserts. The cream puffs are delicious, too!

Store Administrator ( whatever that is) decided for himself that he would not accept an unopened item ( phone charger) to be return because it was purchased at a Safeway 7 miles away. I explained that my car is in the body shop and I Ubered to the closest location. I didn't know I could not return to a different Safeway. He tells me I can, but at his discretion and still turns me away. Terrible customer service. Going back to Frys.

Overall, ah average experience. For the products that I needed for laundry and cleaning, they didn't have them in the powdered version in non plastic containers. However, the variety in beer and wine was pretty good, though slightly above average market price. The convenience of also being able to go to the pharmacy for my flu shot and receiving a 10% off grocery and cleaning items would have made up for it had they had them; so it balances. The staff at self check-out and customer service were friendly and engaging.

Great location with a Starbucks inside. Always clean and well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. The kalamata olive bread from the bakery is excellent. The deli chicken wings/boneless wings in the heated pans are really good, but always sell out quickly. Need more please!!

Update, 12/23-Nothing has changed. It's possibly gotten worse. The prices are misleading and if you go to Customer Service, there's nobody there.This used to be my go to grocery store. Since Albertson's is in the picture, I shop here less. Sale items are out of stock, favorite items discontinued and customer service is down. Big disappointment. The Safeway of yesteryear is gone.

Always can find what I’m looking for & the staff is always so helpful and sweet. Noel went above and beyond to help when I had broke something. He was so kind while getting everything taken care of, along with the other young woman who oversees the self-checkout line in the evenings who always smiles and greets me. Great energy at this grocery store!!

I love my local Safeway! This store is always stocked and clean. Ericka at customer service is so friendly and helpful, when my family and I shop here we feel like we're visiting a family friend! She goes above and beyond to make sure we are helped to the fullest and we always leave with a smile!

Super clean, and very well run.. how this location has been handling the pandemic is particularly impressive. They had sanitation employees posted through the store wiping down surfaces and shopping carts. It's apparent they treat their employees well, because the employees treat customers very well. It's clear safety is a priority and I can relax when I do my grocery shopping here unlike other places. This is my go to store for the majority of my shopping, and kudos to management for a job well done!

A little pricey but much better selections. Very clean and nice looking store. Kind and professional employees. I go there for lunch break and there is always a wide variety of sandwiches. Chicken. Salads. Fresh fruits and vegetables. A must try is the fresh deli roasted turkey breast or whole herb roasted chicken. The in store made tortilla chips, also made in deli, are to die for! Try the spinach artichoke dip or 7 layer dip. Great store. Good food for those tired of same ole fast food! 😁

Gotta give some KUDOS to Kim in the Bakery! I was in store yesterday and talked to Cruz about a cake I need next week. I do not live close to this store, so I can not just stop by anytime. He took my order, but I was still worried that the decorators would not understand our description. I was taking ideas from 3-4 cakes and changing them around. So, he gave me Kim's name to call today. After speaking to Kim this morning, I am confident that my cake is going to be perfect as I desire. She perfectly understood every aspect and was confident and knowledgeable about each design I mentioned. This store has a great staff, at least in the bakery! Thank you!

Store is always clean and never seems to he too busy. Staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I just wish Safeway would catch up with the times and put at least a couple of self check-out registers in. They do the 3 is a crowd thing but I find it faster and more convenient to just be able to scan and go, especially on visits when just need a couple things and am trying to get in and out fast.

Last 2 times I've walked in there not 1 shopping cart was available. It's just a representation of lazy and negligent management. Yeah, i could grab one of the dozens of carts out in the parking lot on my way in but that isn't the point is it? Get some new management in there already

Shopping experience was good but I made the mistake of giving my phone number at the checkout to get their discount. On the week after that I've been receiving at least 5 times as many scam or marketing texts from unknown numbers. I believe that my contact info was sold.

Not the lowest grocery prices, but the great quality certainly makes up for that. And the club card deals do help. One of the cleanest, well organized stores I've been to in the area. Some really good deli food!
