Loyal customer for years. Always taken great care of the staff. But experienced today that loyalty is NOT reciprocated and they could care less about my dog, or me as a customer. Find another salon to take your beloved pet to, I wish I did a long time ago.

We just love Melissa and Andrew. They are the best dog 🐕 groomers in Payson. We always make sure they cut our Mickey dogs hair. We're always looking for perfection and they always bring it on!

Heard groomer in the back, yelling at a dog and cussing, During pre-inspection of my dogs, was told the matting on my dogs was minor, and wouldn't be an issue, but groomer decided to charge a matting fee.
