Customer service is absolutely horrible, they are rude and they talk to you with no respect. They wasted 30 minutes of my time and my dog could have already been groomed. They say that if he’s never been groomed it’s not a good time. I know my dog not you, he’s a gentle dog and doesn’t mind being in a crazy space, so for them to tell me about my dog is crazy. I choose to when I want to book them, they also make the whole rabies proof crazy, I had proof for when all of his medical attentions were dated, I showed it and she still continued to make up excuses not to have my dog done! Worst pet smart ever!!!

Inconsistent information by employees with no compassion for shoppers. Used to be a fan and would stop by either this location or the QC one almost weekly to make purchases. You’ve permanently lost my business. I will happily spend more to support a local animal business and not your corporation.

I've been taking my Yorkie here for 3 months now for Dog Training. I have to say Kaidey is absolutely great. My Yorkie loves her, she is the sweetest and has been super helpful and patient with our concerns. Hands down, I trust her with my dog and if anyone is looking for training, she is the answer.

Groomer mentioned something on ears like a “small” Knick which I understand but after looking at it at home after about a week it almost looks like both ears were cut in the same spot….pretty badly they are scabbed still for now but if the dog shows you hurt it on one ear wouldn’t you be more careful on the next? Then I pay around $200 and even tip you…my bad I guess for not examining my dog before leaving…also maybe don’t downplay stuff to the owners “small spot behind ears” regret going to Petsmart.

I stopped by on a whim looking for a Halloween costume for my dog not knowing what to expect. I was surprised to find they had a fairly good selection. So, I got my pup cute pumpkin outfit that looks great on him,,, Happy Halloween!

I have been going to this pet Smart for grooming with Rebecca for a few years now for my dog . Must say how disappointed I am with her as she is not consistent, especially for what I pay and tip her. Not sure if I will return. I even called and spoke with her and she didn't even offer to make it right. 😒

I got Lily from someone I worked with. "FREE to a good home..."She has been spayed, vaccinated, and pampered at this location. They have helped change her life... and mine because of it.I would have liked to have her first grooming to have been perfect, but it looked like a rushed job without consistency. Her health and happiness are perfect, her first groom was disappointing. (She does have hair like a Sloth)I had hoped the groomers would take as much care as the rest of the store.

I come to this PetSmart frequently. I have had SO many good experiences here. For one, I got my sweet baby Syrian hamster here. The girl that helped me let me hold some the night before and showed me this one who was extremely sweet. She strongly encouraged me to take her home. The best decision I ever made. She was a WONDERFUL companion and I am still devastated over her passing a year and a half after we brought her home. The gal that helped me the next day was the same one, who knew exactly which one I was going to bring home. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me accurate information unlike some pet store employees I’ve met in the past.The other very notable experience I had here was with the grooming department. My sweet chow-lab mix had an extremely poor experience at a Petco prior, giving her sudden extreme anxiety when going to groomers. The ladies at Petco had labeled my dog aggressive and said we could never bring her to another groomer again, that she’d have to be muzzled and taken to a vet. Knowing my dog’s temperament, I knew that she just needed someone who would be willing to work with her. That’s when the lovely ladies at Petsmart come in. She bit one of them, so they tried to relax her and comfort her but she bit again (in total, one girl twice and another girl once). They called me, let me know the bites were nothing serious- no blood or broken skin- and that I should come get her early. I showed up in tears. They couldn’t get her out of the kennel, so they had a manager take me back to get her out. She was shaking and nervous. I coaxed her out and they were all so supportive. I figured they’d say that she was aggressive and impossible to work with, but they didn’t. I thought it was over. They proved me wrong. They told me that she was obviously a very sweet and friendly dog, but someone had clearly mishandled her at the other grooming place. They immediately began listing off things we could do to help my dog relax so I didn’t have to take her elsewhere to be sedated or muzzled. The girl that she bit twice, said she really wanted to work with her again and help her build trust with groomers again.Needless to say, I was absolutely thrilled. I was shocked at how gentle, kind, forgiving, and understanding they were. I took her back and she had some issues still, but she again, said that she’s willing to work to find another way to get her to feel safe again.I will continue to recommend this place, over and over. For the love they have shown my dog and for the sweet companion they gave me.

I don’t have an issue with their grooming. It’s always been fine. My complaint is their managing of the grooming dept. I was specifically told I can’t make an apt for anal glands and nails, those were just walk-in apts. A few months ago I brought my two chihuahuas in and the grooming dept was closed during the middle of the day. Today I got there 15 minutes before the grooming dept closed and was standing outside because there was a guy with a dog in the lobby. The groomer and the guy chat for five minutes and they both exit. She tells me that she leaves for the day after their last apt even though the door says they’re open till 6:00 and tells me next time to make an apt! It wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t have two dogs that were difficult to wrangle into the car each time. This is the second time I’ve had to bring them back home without getting done. It’s extremely frustrating. She had to see me standing there and punched out anyways.

Nice store and usually everything in stock. May be out here and there of dog food but always have something else available for my pup. Only reason I gave 2 stars is due to the checkout/cashier's lately. They seem miserable at their jobs and not friendly at all. Always have to wait in line here at this location due to them holding up the customer one way or another and never seem happy at their jobs. They're the face of the store and makes a big difference when choosing to shop here or not based on that. Cashier needs to be more friendly and not so upset looking and can really make you feel uncomfortable.

This location let's you know it's chain pet store with lack of customer serviceManagement hides in the office unless there is a problemThe multiple receptionists at the vet clinic are of no help when you ask them for a product reference regarding dog health, and they are not willing to ask the vet on duty if it means stepping away from their friendsThe cashiers don't listen and throw attitudes when customers ask for product assistance.I could go on, but that would be pointless.

Great service.. they take care of your pets and listen! The only down fall is where you pay for a a wellness plan you would think you could get seen when you need too! Nope. Never in an emergency and always takes months to get in!

I'm out of town from my regular Banfield without a current prescription for my pup's prescription diet. I was able to stop in, get a current prescription, pick up the prescription food, and was back out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Great experience at this location!

Trying to get to see a vet in a rush, e.g. in the next few days, despite having a pet health plan, is like pulling teeth. I'm talking 2 months out!It forces one to take a pet to an emergency vet, which cost a pretty penny, of course. They are still using the Covid excuse as far as I can tell.
