The store manager @ this location is so rude and thinks she's better than everyone. She will scream at you if you have questions. I still do not know how she is a manager with her stank attitude! PetSmart doesn't usually allow such toxic people to work for them.

Did a adoption day. These are ran by a shelter or The humane society. Its to get fosters or dogs that have been in the shelter a while some attention and a day out to possibly get a furever home. Please always look out for signs in the store or ask an employee 🙏

Funny how they keep their fish in little 20 gal tanks and won't sell to someone who has grown koi up to 2.5 ft. Hahaha what a joke of a place I come here to give their fish a better chance of survival

This location specifically gets 5stars because of Jon. We have taken multiple dogs through the puppy/dog training course with Jon that has made a world of difference in our dogs behavior especially Tank our Alaskan Malamute. Jon truly loves animals and he’s made our experience truly special.

I highly recommend Kerry, in the Grooming Salon. She was wonderful with my nervous dog and she listened to how I wanted her trimmed. She certainly has my business while I'm in Mesa.

Fun place to shop. My dog enjoyed exalting the aisles. If you buy a food your animal doesn't like you can return it. Save your receipt.

A little bit frustrated in that they are mostly focused on cats and dogs with very little for other animals. Once I did finally find the item I needed they were out of the larger size. Not sure if that’s common. But unlike other stores I was easily able to find someone to help me which was nice. One person checking out and there was consistently a line.

I come here to buy crickets for my reptile weekly .. I purchased a 15 bulb and it went out 15-18 days after purchase didn’t have any issues exchanging it for new one, very friendly workers who love what they do . .. you can’t find customer service like this anywhere these people here have big hearts and it really shows 👏🏾👏🏾

PetSmart has all the supplies ya need for your pet but kinda of costly, did you know they also own Chewy the online pet store and will price match anything you find on there? Just have it pulled up on your phone. Also the staff was friendly and helpful and the store was clean and organized! Way to go PetSmart!

Wonderful customer service! Thank you to the young lady who fitted my service dog with three new items of attire he needed. This took a lot of stress off of me and helped me a great deal. Love this store. Staff is friendly and also always happy to be there. Store is clean and well organized and lit. Isle are roomy and clearly labeled. I gave four stars because every time never fails I have to wait on a sales associate to help Great animals, have not had any issues with them. Below is one of my tanks one golden mystery and one black mystery snails, and 2 female guppies. Oh one thing my female guppy the day after I got her she had 14 fry. Every Pet Smart is always a great experience. Never busy. The employees don't bug you. And I have recieved helpful information about dog foods, allergies, vaccinations, mobile vets and dog toy safety from the knowledge of the employees. I always appreciate Pet Smart. It's the only place I shop for my pet food, medicine, toys and other pet products.
