We have been coming here for almost three years. I have recommended them to others who also have loved this store. The groomers here are very kind and helpful. They have listened to what I have seen and helped our dog. They know the temperament of my dog and at one point let me know that I may want to schedule on a different day because they had a couple of other dogs that day that may get my dog worked up. Best of all, our dog loves his groomer and is so excited to see her each time he goes.

I don’t know why, but these girls do not want to groom 😭. As soon as I put my pup down, they said they couldn’t cut my dog because her matting was too bad on her ears. I had to take her to the vet for “vet grooming”. Now I have never heard this before. My dog is a shih tzu so she gets groomed often. Gave them the benefit of the doubt since she did have a bit of matting there and took her to the vet. My vet just told me there is no reason she could not have been groomed as the matting was external… so unprofessional. Never wasting my time here again.

Great customer service! We love the ladies at the Mesa Riverview location! They always make sure our Esmeralda is taken care of and she comes back feeling, smelling, and looking clean everytime!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🙂

We were very satisfied with the nail trimming on our greyhound puppy Lilly. She is only 15 months old and we weren't sure if she had ever had her nails trimmed or not. Emily and Kendal were very professional and kind with her, and Lilly behaved very well while Emily cut and buffed her nails. She behaved so well that we decided to get her nails polished as well, again Emily did a wonderful job with the sparkling silver polish.

I love the way my dog is treated and the other dogs I see there. Emily is great at listening to what I say and does an awesome job. The store is clean and they have hours of operation that accommodate my needs. Pricing is very comparable to other groomers in the area. But this is the best for service, friendliness and cleanliness I have found. This is the only store in the Riverview area I can honestly say that about the service, friendliness and cleanliness

I had my dog groomed there two times. The manager did an awesome job, the first time. The blonde lady groomed my dog the second time and did a horrid job. I decided to give them one more try and no groomers were there the day I was scheduled. I was scheduled two weeks in advance. No phone call, anything. Service was pretty shoddy at that time as well. Done going here.

We have the most amazing groomer in Kendyl. She is so caring and professional and she really knows her way around not only grooming, but pet care product suggestions as well. You can tell she enjoys what she does and that's why we drive the extra distance just to see her at Petco. Every time we visit this location in Mesa, AZ we are treated by ALL the staff with care and professionalism.

Had an appointment canceled when 10-15 mins late, on top of that she immediately booked groomings for that time so on arrival I was told my apt was cancelled. They did send me a text at 10 min after that I was being cancelled, I was driving and unable to cll them. I replied within 2 minutes that I was in the parking lot. I waited a long time for this appointment, was told to rebook it when I could. This is after getting my Dads 100 pd dog into the car and driving half an hour from his assisted living. On my insistence she did agree to keep her and do a modified appointment and I was happy with atleast that much but she was unable to complete doing a sani shave and said she needed her second groomer to assist but that she was too busy. Such a bad policy and I am very disappointed.

The tech was very friendly and patient with my dog. It was his first time and he was scared. He normally barks at everyone but she took the time to be gentle and patient. She was quick and efficient, talking to brody throughout the session. Overall, great!

My dog Otis just had a full grooming by Kaitlyn. My dog has been to many groomers over the years and he generally isn't happy when he comes home. This is the best grooming he has ever had and he is very happy. We will be back. Thank you ❤️

The salon was so nice! My dog does not like having his nails trimmed and she was so nice and friendly. And did a good job. His nails grow so fast and she got them as short as possible!

We take our dog (Ginger) every month to Petco for grooming with Kaitlyn.We request that she doesn't go on a kennel (she is traumatized by kennels.)They charge extra to avoid the kennel, but that's ok with us.Today we arrived at 11:45am for a 12:00 appointment. Kaitlyn her groomer was so stressed out. She said Ginger would have to be sitting in a kennel because we were too early. So we offered to walk Ginger around the store and come back at 12, but Kaitlyn said no. She said "i won't have time to check her in at 12 since we are going to check her in now she has to sit in a kennel"we asked what could we do to not make her go on a kennel (we could ve sat there or wait there or whatever needed to be done) she said nothing to do she was going to be in a kennel. So we cancelled. This is a request that we had from day one this is not her first appointment we don't understand why she wouldn't let us walk around and come back at 12. Is my dog i can walk and do what i want until her appointment at 12 we were not late. Late is an issue not early we were trying to give her the extra time to check her in but it seemed like a big deal to herBefore leaving she said "NEXT TIME, no more online booking, call me, and don't schedule on weekends schedule during the week, specially since i never know when you are going to arrive" what?? No one knows when anyone is going to arrive.We said thank you and left...but NEXT TIME we are taking her somewhere else!

We took our dog to Petco for a full bath and nail trim. When we picked him up and carried him to the car, he was bleeding so much on his nails, blood even got on our shirts and pants. We immediately took him back to Petco and the employees they did not even know he was bleeding ?! How can they not know with that amount of blood? Well, things got worse.I made a phone call to PetCo Service and did their survey to just receive an email saying "sorry didn't meet your expectations". I was expecting more response from PetCo. PetCo didn't apologize for the poor service provided nor said how PetCo would improve situations like that in the future? I'm honestly quite surprised of how PetCo taking this matter like nothing.I have been patient and contacted PetCo for cutting my dog and didn't even know about it. I just can't understand how she missed that.And PetCo's response is "well, sorry didn't meet your expectation"? Now I know that not only the grooming service is bad but also the customer service.The hair cut wasn't bad and I understand mistakes happen. But the way PetCo responded to the situation was very bad. Other people need to know this before they spend money just to have PetCo cut their pet bleeding.
