Cilla helped my dog Indigo today for his Vetco appointment. She was wonderful and treated me and my dog with respect and care that not every pet owner with a reactive dog receives. Couldn’t be happier about the experience my dog and I had with our appointment knowing that these visits are stressful for him. Thank you again!!

The kept telling me I couldn’t buy a fish due to the fact they wouldn’t think it would be in good care. Stated that I need to wait 7days if I buy a tank before I could purchase a fish from the store. Don’t recommend very races because my color and felt to ask me if it would be in good home, very racial slurs given from a woman in Petco and the decided to call each every petsmart and petco to ask me if I was trying to get koi fish

Always friendly and super helpful bring my two husky puppies in every couple weeks just to show some love and train them for social behaviors and they always excited and greet everyone with a smile and are very helpful fish are not expensive and worth coming in to see the store and lots of treats for puppies and kitties and etc

I stopped by here last Tuesday to pick up some dental chews and a new toy for my standard poodle, Jet. I needed a little help with selection, so I quickly found an employee and he provided outstanding customer service. He even recommended some good toys that he recently bought for his 2 German shepards. Overall this was a great trip, I'll be back soon, and I left very pleased!

Anais, an alert & compassionate cashier, observed my dog (16lbs) outside the store; leashed but loose after my thumb caught in my locked car door. Anais's immediate action & quick-thinking saved my small dog from what could've happened...Then, Anais gave me paper towels to stop the bleeding & GM, John, gave me bandaids.I'm grateful Anais noticed my dog, while actively working! That's the highest level of "multitasking" I've ever seen. We both appreciate Anais's take-charge attitude, stopping a developing "situation."🐾🐾 3-26-2024

This store always has a great team and willing to talk about everything and work thru problems with any n everyone. They love their pets and it shows! No groomer on site or clinic but vetco on Tuesdays n Fridays... I think.

I bought my lizard from a private breeder and signed up with petco for feeder insects. After a couple of weeks my lizard died and petco said "you still have to pay us for the rest of the year. They didn't tell me that when I got it. DON'T SHOP AT PETCO!

Wonderfully friendly staff and literally within walking distance. It could just be me but when did pet food become so expensive?! This location does not have a groomer. They do have vacination clinics that help keep down the high cost of pet ownership these days. If not for college cars and lifespan, I belive it is now more expensive to raise a dog than it is to raise a kid. I say that somewhat in jest but when a bag of dogfood exceeds 60.00, grooming (not at this location but in general) is rarely less than 50.00 and a dental cleaning (again not done here) can cost up to $600.But they bring so much love and Petco helps you with great selection, well known brands and friendly service

Went inside for my daughter she built an aquarium and I wanted to get some gold fish to add. 2 gold fish = $1.08 after tax. Even though we spent so little we were treated above and beyond which is so rare. 2 thumbs up. Thank you guys !

Well it didn't appear to be the cleanest store, had a bad odor as you walk inside. I bought two guppies,both were dead by morning. Probably not Petco fault as I have for some reason problems with tank since I last cleaned it. Lady at register was very friendly.

People are super friendly at this Petco. The neighborhood is a little sad, but that is not an issue inside this Petco. In the past, I've purchased crickets here and all kinds of dog treats and bunny necessities.

This is the closest pet store to my house but I will always drive an extra 5 miles to go to a different store. There is never anyone here to help you- EVER. The employees don't look or act like they work there. It takes forever to check out. The store is dark, musky, and run-down looking. The prices are high. Price tags and signage are missing. The livestock look bad. And this store has Always been that way, for at least a decade. I don't know why I even come here anymore.

I've been going here since my kids were little. It's where we bot our 1st goldfish. Not they're young adults, so we get dog food, as they've outgrown goldfish. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Petco offers lots of services beyond pet food.

I love this store. Actually anywhere I can take my dog inside with me because 106° weather requires that I leave my car running with the air on when I can't bring her with me and I feel one day someone's going to take her and my car. Anyway, it's a great store where my dog can show me what she likes. It's fun for both of us. A little expensive, but worth it.

I’ve been coming to this store for years. Came in this morning to purchase 15 crickets, mind you the last two times I have spent money on gas and my time to go there they have been out of crickets. When I get my 15 crickets, which I asked for large size, they looked small to medium at most. I didn’t complain. I noticed too that they appeared almost half dead and not moving much but I didn’t bother saying anything. I get home, unload my car and take the crickets into the house and all of them are dead. I take the time to drive back spending probably more in gas than the 15 crickets cost for the cashier to claim it was my fault they died and refused to get me 15 more crickets. He said I would have to pay for 15 more. I told him I would like to speak to the manager and he claims he was the manager, John. Well John, you just cost yourself a solid customer. I will drive 5 more miles and go somewhere else before I consider ever going back to Petco. Your $2.79 you saved by claiming it was my fault cost a lot more. If I was the owner I would be proud that my manager saved me $2.79 to lose a lifelong customer.

Update 4/22/24: They now charge for plastic bags. 10 cents per bag. I'm sure they pay around 5 cents themselves, and in turn add it to the price of their products. So, they're charging us double, paying off their bags and making double the money in the process. If their goal is to encourage people to stop using plastic bags then drop the charge to what you pay for them, and reduce your prices to offset the cost as well. Arizona is becoming the next Commiefornia, thanks douchebag liberals.Friendly service, and reasonable prices. They do have everything you need for your pet (best friend).

If I could have given a zero I would have! If you are looking for a pet store or any store with the absolute WORST customer service, this is the store! I’ve been in this store twice and each time I’ve NEVER been greeted or asked is I needed help finding anything. The employees are too busy taking amongst themselves. I will NEVER step foot in this business again! Pathetic!

Used to work here and have a regular that still comes to me for advice because no one here knows anything about bearded dragons, recently her bearded dragon died because this store had an outbreak of crypto, no proper sanitation’s done and they did not inform anyone of the outbreak, they infected her best friend she constantly brought here and then told her it wasn’t them I recommend not going to this store as I won’t advise any of my old customers from this store to keep going, instead go to predators reptiles! More informational and caring about your pets!
