We called ahead and made an appointment for the washing station and had an awesome experience. Super convenient, cheap to use and the staff members were awesome. Spoiled our boy with treats afterward. Definitely going back!

GREAT place to bring your dog in for a do-it-yourself wash! Private room with tub, harness, shampoo, sprayer & dryer. Enthusiastic employee showed us how to use everything beforehand. She even gave our doggie a free treat to entice her into the walk-up tub. Fantastic price too....far better and faster than pricey groomers and easier than arm wrestling doggie at home in the bathroom tub. We'll be regulars!

We used the pet wash. The staff member was very helpful since it was our first time using the facility. The wash station was large enough for my daughter's Great Dane to turn around in. He enjoyed the treat he was given by the team member. Thank you!

Very impressed with how knowledgeable they are about their products! Explained our concerns with our dog’s allergies and were looking for a grain-free & fowl-free dry food. Not only did they have the perfect food, but told us about a supplement that might help our dog ward off heart issues. We’ve been using the product most of this year, and we can definitely tell by her behavior if we forget to give it to her. Janie is 10.5 yrs and has way more energy and acts like a puppy again. And the best part was that her vet could no longer hear her heart murmur during a recent procedure!Thank you from Janie & her family!

Was at great clips next door when the ladies who work here walked by my husband standing outside with our dog and told him to stop in for a free treat. We decided to go in once I was done at great clips, and it was the BEST experience ever. I have a very very picky puppy who has not eaten the last 6 foods I have bought from Walmart or petsmart. I’ve even gone to lengths of spending $70 on a bag of food but still no luck. I left Pet Planet spending about $40 on a smaller bag of food with pumpkin purée and some raw meat and food toppers for my dog. My puppy has eaten three bowls of food since this morning with a 10 minute licking the bowl clean afterwards. The ladies who helped us for 30 minutes figure out all solutions for a good food for her were absolutely knowledgeable and very kind. I will definitely be returning for more and more!

They carry great products. Staff is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive (but not overly) Bonus is that if your pet doesn't enjoy a new food you have an option to return it

Special ordered a cat product over the phone. Was told it would arrive a week later. Ten days later I left a voicemail and got no return call. I called again and was told that my order hadn't arrived and the store clerk wasn't sure if it would ever arrive. I asked for a refund and he told me I needed to request the refund in person with the credit card I used. I visited the store and the refund was processed. This seems like a disorganized store. I won't be shopping here again. As a follow up, I contacted corporate regarding my issue and haven't heard back after a week.

This store has everything I need for my pet. Prices are good - on par with other retailers, including Amazon. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

This place is great. Only place I get my dog food, nothing in the store is from China and always has my dogs food in stock and they make sure they order it because they know I will get next months food supply there. I appreciate the employees kindness and just because people that walk in to shop don’t get yelled at for not wearing masks that’s not a reason to leave a one star review for this store. Very good place. Thank you
