We absolutely LOVE taking our pups to Cheyenne at Mad About Dogs! They’re so caring and attentive to our pups and it truly shows. I hate that we’ve moved farther away and it makes it harder to bring the girls back here, but if we ever move back closer to MAB again, we will bring our pups back in a HEARTBEAT. We love this place!!

Madeline and her team are the absolute best!!! I have been taking my Pomeranians to Madeline since I moved here from Michigan 6 years ago. She is so patient and so kind with my babies. My sassy Sophie does not like her paws touched at all, she bit Madeline while getting groomed and I was mortified. So Madeline suggested that I get a prescription from my vet to help calm Sophie when she is getting groomed, which I did and it helped a ton. After 2 years or so on the meds, Madeline suggested we try grooming Soph without the meds and she is doing a lot better. I feel like most groomers wouldn’t care and just have your dog keep taking the meds. I trust them with my babies and Madeline knows all things about dogs which is very helpful. She is always on time and even sends a text 15 minutes before they are finished. My babies all smell so good and look perfect after their appointments. My vet and a lot of other people even comment how good my poms coats look. I even get a cute little pink streak in Sophie’s tail. I cannot say enough good things about Madeline and her team. I will never take my babies anywhere else!

Caitlin does an amazing job with our dogs! I have tried a few places in the east valley and Caitlin is definitely the best - she listens to what we want and we get the best looking dogs! 10/10 recommend!

We take our dog Whiskey to Caitlin to get groomed. We have NEVER had a bad experience. She is an amazing groomer and always helpful if we have any questions when it comes to Whiskey. Everyone in the shop has always been friendly and the dogs that I have seen being groomed always look amazing! The shop is always clean and the dogs there look happy. My dog even gets happy when I ask him if he wants to see Caitlin. The price is reasonable the location is great, I easily recommend Mad About Dogs to everyone. I would not trust anyone one else with my dog.

I couldn't be happier having Madeline grooming our dogs! She is knowledgeable about the breed we have, and it's wonderful knowing when we pick them up they will look exactly like the breed should.After struggling to find a groomer that completely understood the details of how our particular breed of dog should be cut, we were referred to Madeline.We have seen other dogs coming out of the shop after being groomed, and they look excellent as well.Our dogs can be kept in a crate together and are happy when we pick them up. It's a low stress shop, and it's obvious the staff loves dogs and cares about their customers.Finding the right grooming shop and groomer for your dog can be stressful, but we know we have found the right one for our furbabies!

Madeline is an amazing groomer! We moved here from Minnesota area, I was looking for a groomer who would do exactly what we asked, we like to keep our doodle longer in length and she does just that! Dropping Charley off and getting a message 15 minutes before she’s ready so she doesn’t have to sit in a kennel is another plus. If you’re looking for perfection call Madeline!

Mad About Dogs is the absolute best! I’ve been taking my Saint Bernard/Poodle mix Miller here for over a year, and it’s his favorite day of the month. He literally jumps out of the car with excitement when we pull up. Caitlin does an amazing job with his grooming and he always comes home looking so handsome. Highly recommend Mad About Dogs & Caitlin if you’re looking for a groomer!

Amazing, I can't say enough good things about my experiences over the years with Madeline and her crew. When you first walk in and you look to your right... you will see all the grooming trophies. If you want the best experience for your dog, you go to the best groomers!Definitely ask about the maintenance plans. I drop my dogs off every other Saturday, do some shopping, run some errands, and pick up dogs that look like (and smell like) they are ready for the runway. Mad about dogs is the only salon I have found, where my pups are actually excited to go the groomers.They did raise their prices some, but I can't find any store- dog related or not- that did not also raise prices for any goods. But there are no hidden markups or upcharges that I have found at other salons.So... between customer service, the quality of the grooms, and the amount of knowledge Madeline has on all things dogs, I will continue to support her business for years to come.

We stopped in to get our dogs nails trimmed a few days ago and I’m so grateful we found Mad About Dogs. My wife and I are still talking about it. We had a bad experience at a different groomer and this was the complete opposite. The vibes in the salon were so calm, the other animals were calm, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. Our boys are a little hesitant with getting their nails trimmed from the prior poor experience but the two groomers who helped us were so gentle and patient, I couldn’t be happier. I’m hoping our boys will be less stressed about getting their nails trimmed as we continue to visit Mad About Dogs and they continue to receive gentle care from the staff. Highly recommend

I have been extremely happy with the grooming my two pomeranian dogs have had over the years at Mad About Dogs. My dogs always seem relaxed when I pick them up and in good care while they are there. I do would recommend this place to everyone.

We’re a four dog household and we love coming to mad about dogs. They really seem to know and care about the different personalities of our pets. My dogs are generally nervous about arriving some place but when they see we’re at mad about dogs they’re at ease, and that makes me know that they are well loved and treated with kindness.

Chayenne has been amazing. I have taken my Bernedoodle puppy twice to this place and it has been great. She worked slowly since it was Pepper’s first time and she did an amazing job. It was exactly what I told her I wanted. The exact length and overall look. It is obvious that she has tons of experience with doodles. She is so kind and Pepper loves her. Highly recommended! I have been to many dog groomers over the years and Madeline and her staff at Mad About Dogs is the absolute best groomer that I have ever encountered…I have Westies and it is tough to find someone who can groom them to look like they are supposed to look and highlight their strengths!! She is a fantastic groomer and regardless of the purebred or mixed breed dog I see coming out of her shop, they all look great!! The shop is clean, staff are kind and efficient and Madeline is amazing..This shop is NOT to be confused with the average box store or neighborhood groomer…Prices areFair given the care your dog will get and the expertise of this groomer…You will not be disappointed!! She is quite simply, the BEST!!

This was Olive's first professional haircut, I am SO happy with how amazing her hair turned out. The Owner was very nice and took amazing care of my baby. Olive is 12 and requires a little extra care and they treated her like gold. Olive absolutely loved the Owner of this Salon. We will be coming back for all future spa days!

Brought my newly rescued Aussie here because it's right by my house, and I read the reviews about their experience with new rescues. I was nervous because he is quite skittish and is at risk for fleeing. They did an amazing job with him! I was so happy to see his new cut. She made sure to ask me what I wanted to have done for him. He seemed very comfortable with them. Definitely coming back here for his next cut. She even took adorable photos of him!!

Let me start by saying that they generally do a good job at grooming. However their customer service and attitude towards customer is the reason I gave them a 2 star. They made us a reservation for Dec, 3-4 months in advance and I forgot to take a note of it. Come Dec and I didn’t receive their reminder text (probably cuz I was out of country on vacation) and didn’t confirm the appointment (it asks for me to confirm the appointment at the end of the text). They texted me the day of appointment and I obviously couldn’t make it in time since it was already too late. Called the same day, they told me there is no other times available the same day so made me a new appointment for next week. When I went to pick up my dog on that rescheduled appointment, they charged me a no-show despite all my explanations. Plus they charged me a dematting fee, something that never happened to my 6 yo silky terrier. As I said, they’re good groomers, but very unprofessional when it comes to customer service and client retention! Will certainly look for another local business who understands the value of clients!

We are first-time dog owners and we took our 5 month old puppy for his first hair cut and Amber was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. The dog is a rescue, so he’s super scared of new people, but Amber was so patient and kind with him. She did an amazing job keeping the cute puppy look, while cutting away a lot of hair so it’s easier on him these warmer months. We will definitely be coming back and we highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for great service at a great price.

Our first time at this groomer, after a great recommendation. I’m really picky about my groomers, but having just moved here, I didn’t know where to go.
