They did an incredible job with my Dog Zetta. I let them know ahead of time some of her training and her issues that she has had and they did an exceptional job at compensating for her. They were very pleasant people and seem to care deeply for their clients and dogs. I don’t know if I can ever go to another pet groomer again and be this pleased with their service. Definitely a five star grooming service that goes above and beyond for each of their clients.(I added some pictures of the happy pup after her haircut)

My dog millie LOVES Olivia and Looking Sharp. They always accommodate me and have fair pricing. They do an incredible job as well and always do exactly what I ask. Definitely would reccomend Looking Sharp!

Took my dog there for his first time going to a groomer. Setting up an appointment was easy and convenient through text. Staff was very kind and welcoming when I dropped him off. Trapper was very happy when I picked him up, he looks and smells great.

Have been to this house many times, my dog has been choosing theirs since the first bath. They are cruel and kind to dogs. I had to cut my Pomeranian because of the heat, and it worked so well. This is the third day after cutting, the more I look, the more I like it.

I’ve been gatekeeping this place because it’s so amazing but they deserve a 5 star review. I have a husky and have been to a lot of different groomers. Looking Sharp Dog Grooming is hands down the best place I’ve ever gone to. Booking an appointment is easy, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly- I don’t have to re-brush my dog once I get back home! I will never go to another groomer’s again!

I absolutely LOVE taking my Shelbe here! First let me start with the booking process, I choose to do mine through text which makes it very easy. Mike (owner) responds quickly your appointment is confirmed with a confirmation text & you are all set! If you’re not the text type just give him a call he is very kind and always willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Now for the service, Olivia (owner) is very patient which for my crazy barking Shelbe is definitely appreciated. She is thorough makes sure you are both on the same page as to what service you would like provided. She don’t try to up-sell you on anything extra which is what my experience has been at other places. Shelbe always looks great & smells great wether it is Olivia doing the job or her staff. I have NEVER had any issues with service or his cut. My Shelbe absolutely adores her and you know what they say dogs can sense a good person with great energy! Just a little side note I would follow Looking Sharp Groomers anywhere in the valley their service and commitment to taking care of dogs in a RESPONSIBLE manner is unmatched. Thank you Mike, Olivia and staff!

Our little baby loves the service and comes home so happy and perky. He was recently attacked by a large dog that broke off his leash so we have been dealing with stress issues but this team brings out the best in him. I highly recommend the caring and wonderful service they provide. Passing their cards along to all of my friends and neighbors too. Reasonably priced with fine service, can’t beat that.

Looking Sharp is great groomer! They take such good care of both my boys. I'm always thrilled with how Dresden & Triton look when I pick them up. Not to mention neither of them balk or cower in fear when we drop them off, unlike at other groomers in the past. I highly recommend Looking Sharp to anyone with a doggo!

Real quality grooming, they really treat the dogs like family. They value that dogs aren't stressed and are safe and properly cared for during their visit! They used quality shampoos and conditioners! Their appointment system was really nice as well. Be sure to take a look at their website because a lot of my own questions I answered just by reading through their website which was great. They took really great care of my little Peaches and she looks and feels tons better now Thank you, looking sharp!

Great staff, reasonably priced and they always have availability within 48 hours unlike other places that need 2-3 weeks of advance booking. They have a great automated appointment reservation system. Works even after hours so you can reserve a spot 24/7.

my boyfriend and i took his husky to get groomed yesterday which was the first time Bruce had been to this groomer and they did amazing with him. They got done 30min-1hr faster than they thought they would and they even replaced the pink bandana he was wearing with a new plaid one❤️ dont mind his dirty arms he decided to dig up the yard this morning😂

I have a very old medically fragile baby, they were great with her. She looked beautiful when they finished. I also took my 3 yr old Aussie Doodle and they did an amazing job on him. ( and he was a complete mess when he got there.) I definitely will be going back. Both my dog love it there. They both seem to be really happy while they were being groomed.

My little pup is always so happy when I drop her off and pick her up from Looking Sharp, enough she is usually very anxious for grooming trips. Her nails are always trimmed well and smooth. Best of all she always smells amazing when she is done! Thank you always taking good care of my tiny fur baby!

What an amazing groomer! My Yorkie mix looks amazing and they did an excellent job with his ears and paws! Everyone there is super friendly. They are fast and efficient. I'm so glad I brought my pup to them. I will be back again!

We had a great experience at Looking Sharp today. Our 7 month old mini golden doodle had his first grooming and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! Olivia was very friendly and talented. After all was said and done, she gave us suggestions about our pup's future grooming. Definitely a top rating.

we've been to multiple groomers. Our dog, Panda, has become a little anxious and nervous when it comes to grooming. This was our first time at Looking Sharp and we were beyond happy with everything! they took extra care of Panda and Mike was very communicative throughout the whole process! they made both us and Panda feel extremely comfortable. I have been using looking sharp dog groomer for the last year and I’m extremely happy with their service not only the salon is beautiful and spotless husband greets clients and books appointments he also runs the business while his wife Olivia is the groomer and she is wonderful I have a 8year old Lhasa apso who can be difficult at times but thanks to Olivia her patience and kindness exceeds every groomer I’ve ever had. This was my first time not using a commercial groomer like Petco where it would normally take as long as 4hrs for my little guy. Here I received MUCH faster service and it was tremendously more thorough! Titan took very well to the groomers and was a bundle of joy when I picked him up. The owner Mike who assisted me was also very helpful!!Update: I do not intend to take away from the original portion of the review because that was my true experience at that time. However… upon our second visit the groomer scalped the inside of his ear completely bare that resulted in an ear infection less than 10hrs after getting picked up. When I called the owner Mike, did all but take responsibility. Continuously said that they are supposed to clean his ears as if I don’t know that. No one is perfect, but letting me know they cut his fur too short in his ear could’ve allowed me the opportunity to be proactive yet they wanted no responsibility. I will not be returning. Do as you wish with this review

They really aren't equipped for large breed dogs. Because of this, I had to participate in my dog's bath, and still paid the full $60+ ($69 with tip) for JUST a bath (it was supposed to also include nail bevel, nail and pad trim, breath freshener, and brushing - none of which happened. To be fair my dog didn't need the nail trim, but I wanted everything else done). We were also there for 3 hours.This week I went to Wag n Wash, gave my dog a bath by myself in 30 minutes and paid about a third of the price.Also.. not really related to service, but they are openly rude about "bully" breeds. I have a feeling this is part of why they weren't willing to really try to groom my dog.Edit in response to owner: I think you are mistaking me for someone else, as my dog's name isn't Beast and my dog is a spayed female. Anyways, I'm just expressing that I don't see the point in paying so much money for grooming when nothing more was done than what I could have done myself.You are correct that the fan was a better choice than the dryer, since my dog was nervous of the noise and I appreciated that suggestion. However, it wasn't the drying time that was frustrating, it was that, even with an appointment, we waited over half an hour before she even was taken back to start the bath.

They are absolutely amazing, patient and kind. You can tell they genuinely care about each and every customer and animal. I wouldn't imagine taking my puppies anywhere else except to the "looking sharp" team. Once again they did an amazing job.

My 6 year old olive is a rescue with a love for people despite her past trauma. Even so, she has extreme issues with anxiety which made it very difficult for Olivia to trim her nails. Olivia and staff were very kind and accommodating to the situation and were able to get the job done with some extra effort. I always love meeting people that share the same love for animals that I do. Very affordable prices, but can only speak for the quality of the nail job and the helpful staff! Thank you Olivia!

I am so happy that I was able to find a groom place for my dog, my dog is my baby and it’s scary to move to another city and had to find a new place to take my dog to get groomed. So I google places and found this awesome place. Olivia is so sweet and she knows what she’s doing.. she took care of my dog , she cared for him the moment she saw him, and she did what I asked her to do. The price is just right, she’s sweet and caring. And my dog was happy. Thank you Olivia i appreciate you and I really really recommend her. Oh one more thing Don’t be surprised when you go inside the shop, it looks likes they are remodeling andlooks empty, however she has all she needs to do the job like the pro she is and the way she greeted me and my dog was enough for me to go back again .. ♥️ 🐶👍🏼

I took my dog there last December. Although the place seemed a little less than professional (I actually assumed they had just opened), they did a great job on Buddy.Today I took Buddy back. I felt uncomfortable as soon as I got there. The man working there basically just opened up the door for me to come in. No greeting from either him or the groomer, Olivia. Olivia then sat down in a chair to greet Buddy. He started to get agitated and went for the door. She then said for me to put him on the table but he totally resisted, again going to the door, whimpering and scratching on the door to get out.I said “I wonder if he had a bad experience.” Olivia threw up her hands, said she wouldn’t groom him and walked away. She said she was very offended as she was the only groomer and they had cameras, etc.A bad experience can be any type of event. I did not accuse them of anything. But after my dogs reaction there was no way I was leaving him there.Customer service and a friendly environment go a long way. I have never been to such an unwelcoming place.Feb 10: Just read their reply and it was what I expected. Seems to be a pattern. Feel free to post the audio.

Absolutely top notch groomer!! Olivia is awesome! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and great with my Missy (Shih Tzu)! I really like that they have one client at a time; which means your dog won’t be there all day. Olivia’s husband, Mike, is really great with checking in the clients, and being very informative. I’ll definitely take Missy to see Olivia as her regular groomer.

The person answering the phone for the appointment was rather bland, it is just how he is, so no worries. My dog does not like water or bathed, but this groomer spent time calming her and giving extra efforts to get her to relax and enjoy it. He was the first ever to succeed in this. He spent lots of time thoroughly bathing and cleaning all areas, while checking her skin fir any sign of problems. I was impressed . Hope you have the same experience.

Excellent care is given. The grooming cut was great. At prior groomers - My dog will often appear afraid when I picked her. But, not here. Her tail was wagging, she was doing really good - AND looked great!I will definitely be going back!!!

Called to see if they were able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment and they were so accommodating! My little Shih Tzu was able to get a full-service grooming with Olivia. Olivia groomed my little one exactly to how I requested. Other than the great work, Olivia and her husband were so nice and provided superb customer service! Great to be welcomed with such positive personalities for first time customers!

Olivia has shown such caring and affection for my dog, Annie. Annie always looks great when Olivia is finished with her. I have taken Annie to other groomers previously. She always came home very anxious and her fur was often uneven. This is not the case when she sees Olivia. Her fur is uniformly trimmed even over bony prominences and she is calm and happy when I pick her up. We are customers for life.
